Dropped my vehicle in for transmission issue diagnosis. The team were very friendly and got me appointed promptly. Dropped the vehicle in and had a response almost within the hour with a very fair quote. Will be using them to do the work and highly recommend.

We ve used a few other shops around Towne Lake and have yet to walk away with a good experience. Alpha was referred to us by a friend and wow! I wish we d known to come here sooner! They diagnosed the issues in an hour or so and we picked it up the next day. It was ready in the morning. And the cost was beyond fair! I couldn t approve it fastest enough! LOL We highly recommend them and will be back! Thank you!

Great shop. Great people. They fixed my truck up so I could pass emissions. They even let me bring it back after I did a drive cycle to test it for free to make sure it would pass emissions. They know what they are doing. I'll be coming back.

These people always take great care of my vehicles. I recently had a flat l filled tire drove to them they fixed it then scheduled me for the best day for tire rotation and oil change. They do ny brakes alignment and many other services over the years. They've always been great, but when I came in via wrecker service and were able to get me out same-day, they became my heroes!Adding to my last post...I went again today for a questionable "feeling" and a separate sound. They diagnosed the issue quickly (minor now but left unchecked could become a worse issue), found the sound source (again, minor) and had me fixed and back on the road super quick! They are the only ones I trust to help my over 285k-mile-van keep moving like a champ.

These guys quoted me about $150 less than the place I was originally going with to install my brush guard. They also replaced several screws with the brush guard that I had installed incorrectly. Did it all in a single day. Super nice too!!

Great people to work with.they replaced 2 tires fix my front end under neath,don't ask me what im75 and can't remember suit. Plus they fix the tail light on my 5�8 pull trailer. The price was very very reasonable. Thanks guys

This is the second time they fix my Ford F-150, this time was incredible, because I was scared because my gauges light was like crazy beeping, so I took it to the first mechanic I found. This place charged me almost 500 to check and diagnose the problem and they told me to fix it I needed to change the engine and they would replace it with a used one. So of course I towed it to my trusted mechanic.They fixed the problem of the gauges and fixed my breaks for 540 so... Yes I really recommend Alpha & Omega Automotive.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

I came in at 10:30 am on a Friday to have them look at the damage i did to my car. I hid a curb messed up my alignment no one else would fix it or work on it without it costing me over $1500. I was referee to this place and they truly took care of my car. My car is my only transportation i had no one to pick me up till they were done. Ed offered to get me a ride or let me know i could stay if needed. He helped me so much by finding a way to lower the initial price of what it was going to cost to accommodate me. I truly do appreciate Ed and the man that worked on my car. You guys are awesome!!!! They got me in and fixed my car same day(4hours)! Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend this spot if you are in a pickle and need somewhere fast and accommodating to your needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

STAY AWAY. The price we were quoted was more than doubled when we picked the vehicle up. I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I CERTAINLY WILL.I'VE HEARD IT'S NOT JUST WOMEN THEY TAKE ADVANGE OF.

Great place with great people! The owner was so kind, he came and picked up my vehicle because my husband just had back surgery and couldn t drive me. They found a low mileage engine, removed the broken engine. Installed the new engine. Opened the hood, Clean man was I impressed, great job. Running like a new sewing machine. Short time in the shop. For all they had to do. Extras new fuel pump, filter all the bells and whistle s. Great shop , I have used them 3 times. And will continue using them and you should too. If you want a job well done. I do trust them . That is very important. I m not waiting or walking. D.B

I had a mysterious electrical issue with my car. Although we still aren t sure what is wrong, after a week of several people looking at the car, they didn t even charge me a fee for looking! They just told me to bring it back if it did it again and they would try again to duplicate my issues. Not very often someone has multiple people work on a vehicle without charging you. Yes, I know they didn t fix it but any place else would ve charge me the better part of $200 to tell me they had no clue what was wrong and they certainly wouldn t have spent a week trying to find the issue for free! Kudos to good customer service gentleman!!

Alpha Omega is the hometown auto mechanic people always talk about, but no one seems to be able to find. They do great work for reasonable prices, and they genuinely do care about doing the job right the first time. Horrible experience, 1st time took them 2 months just to get it started. Picked it up with greasy hand prints inside and out. Nearly broke down on the way home. Certain features didn't work as they did. Parts missing. I called as soon as I got home. I asked for a refund, they convinced me they would make it right, just to be disappointed again. They had to send it to another shop because they couldn't seem to figure out the problem.Only to keep it for 2 more months. Upon delivery they convertable top did not work. I had to figure that out. Then I drove it a short distance broke down and had to call wrecker service to tow it home. I wound up fixing it myself. Turned out to be a relay, and corrosion in the rear can bus, it seemed no one though to check if rear battery was charging. I would not recommend this shop, or Roccos to anyone.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I had an emergency with my a/c. I called in a bit of a panic explaining I had to drive down to Atlanta the next day. I was able to bring my car right in, get it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours. You all really helped me out and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Ed and the guys let me drop my overheating Yukon off and checked it first thing the next day. Fixed the thermostat, hose clamp, flushed the radiator and put new plugs and wires. Runs like a top and had it done by 5. Called a few days later to make sure everything was good.
