Went to get a battery for my Mercedes C300 and they had it in stock and installed it for free. Saved me over $300 installation charge at the dealership. Completed in less than 10 minutes.

I stopped by tonight to get new wiper blades for my car. I had several internet sites telling me different sizes on what I needed to buy. The sales associate, Jacob, was so very helpful in helping me pick the right wiper blades. He even walked outside and put them on my car for me! Jacob gets 5 stars for his customer service!

The issue I have is the discrepancy between the web page and actual inventory in the store when you show up expecting to get a simple part, but they say they don't have it. Also buying a generic part (CV boot clamp) required me to give year, make, model of a car instead of then searching for "CV boot clamp"...

Today I tried the new Holly Springs store to check my batteries on my F250. The young lady offered to help. There were also two older men working. She came out with just the checking machine. I told her she may have to disconnect one of them to get a good reading. She went in the store and came back to say they don t need to do that any longer. She looked at her checker and my engine and entered the data. Then she said that the sticker with the starting charge. She said she was sorry but they would not be able to check it. I left and went to my usual Advance Auto in Canton. They took care of me and sure enough one of my batteries was bad and I bought a new platinum battery. I won t be using the new Holly Springs store again.

I ve been there several times getting parts and fluids.It s always been fine. And always been friendly.Last time I was there for a throttle return spring and got exactly what I needed.These folks are doing the best they can.I m glad they are here.

Well I was curious how this brand new location was already rated so bad.. now I know, bad customer service.So I came here today at 3pm, after calling to confirm they had the part that their website Vin checker system said would fit. The man checking me our verified it would fit.... I got home, wouldn't fit. Came back at 640 pm to return it, and they told me they can't return any electrical parts.. but it's a manual feel pump, well because it has two wires for the sending unit they count that as an electrical part? Uhhhh .. what? Lol. So anywho, skip this location, I know it's convenient but skip them. Time for this new store to close.

Terrible! This store is a joke they make up rules, and find ways to inconvenience customers. I had to return some LED blinker bulbs that were not the right size. The gentleman says no cannot return. I left that store went down to the next Advance and they returned it no problem! I called the store to speak with them regarding the refusal for my return. I get some mumbo gumbo response from the same guy! This store is a waste! Replace the employees or your business will struggle, they are not their to help. They are their to run you off, or lie to get you on your way to their competition.

The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Tech was able to replace the battery of my car and clean thr terminals quickly. Great prices and excellent customer service.

Clean and organized new store by the bakery... There was a young girl with red hair she was very sweet and helped me find what I needed. She also recommended a home remedy to get smoke smell out of my car and it worked !! The older man was nice as well I will be shopping with this location again

This store is absolutely the worst! The employees are not knowledgeable, and lack customer service skills. Each and every occasion of me doing business at this store there is always a problem. It s a shame my local auto parts store is ran by incompetent employees. They are all characters each one has a look and or a way about them that s very unprofessional. Why have a new store with employees who don t want to serve customers?

Prices are way to High!What a ripe off !Compare their prices with others.We were given prices of $22 for 50/50 antifreeze and $500 for radiator.Got radiator elsewhere New $125 !
