You re honestly coming to the best when you come here. Professional, they can text you with updates, deliver their promise, have financing, warranty and techs are experts! My transmission is rebuilt and not the same junk GM put out. Even looks amazing!

I recently had my transmission serviced at this shop and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Russell and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly. The quality of their work was exceptional, and the turnaround time was impressive. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of transmission services!!!

I had to get my car towed here recently for a transmission fluid issue. The team, especially Joey who took care of me, were very helpful and caring. They filled my transmission fluid back up for me and were more than fair on pricing. Even though they were very busy with lots of cars, they still took the time to make sure that my own car was fixed and safe to drive. My fiance' and I are going to take our cars here for anything they need in future and will always be so grateful for the AAMCO team for taking such thorough care of us.

Had to have a transmission replaced and was on a time crunch. They said it could take a couple of weeks depending on parts but they would do their best. Well they did just that, somehow they got it do in two days. When people say they will do their best they usually say it to get you out of their space but these guys really did what they said they would do. Trust worthy and great work, not to mention the people listening to you when you are in there instead of rushing you out. Great shop.

Had some transmission, brake, and general tune up work completed at this location. The service manager, Russell, was very professional and did a great job addressing all of the issues I had. Pricing was more than fair and reasonable. Recommend this shop and make sure you ask for Russell!

Russell and his team were fantastic! Even with how packed they were, I was able to get a transmission drain and refill done in a timely manner. Prices were cheaper than the dealership yet somehow, the customer service was way better! Would highly recommend to friends and family!

This AAMCO on Main Street, has a repeat customer in me. Their customer service is exceptional. Joey is the gold standard, from welcoming me in, listening to my concerns, the speed in which they were able to fit me in, and genuine conversation. You can tell they are really trying to provide a service and care about their customers. They followed up with me twice to check on me, even though my repairs were happening elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Now day it's hard to trust the vehicle repair industry. You must do your do diligence, and have a working knowledge of how things work. Having my transmission shot, and needing replaced, and the expense of such endeavor. I had no choice but to do my homework. One phone call to AAMCO on Main St. In Woodstock GA, was more than enough, and it was apparent, the person I was taking to possessed knowledge, and was passionate in his craft. My mind was put at ease, and confidence was instilled. This experience is rare today to say the least. From beginning to end there was transparency, no fast talking, or surprises in cost of replacement. I not only felt I was treated fare, I felt like I was treated like a friend. How refreshing thanks AAMCO! Job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! The customer service that I received over the phone from Joey is the reason why I chose to have my vehicle serviced at this location. Prior to setting up my inspection, I informed Joey that I don t have another vehicle or anyone who can pick me up, so I would not be able to leave. I stated that I was willing to wait for an extended period of time if that was ok with them. Joey s response was, Of course you can wait. I must warn you that it may take up to three hours to complete everything, but if you re ok with that, then we d love the company. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile and offered water and coffee by Mr. Russell and Joey while I was waiting. Not only was the inspection and transmission replacement finished earlier than the estimated time, but they were also upfront with the issues and associated costs. There were no hidden fees and they offered 12 months no interest. I was driven to and from the rental car place by Mr. Gary. He was so pleasant! He waited to ensure that I was taken care of prior to leaving. Everyone that I encountered was so kind and welcoming. The positive energy within the AAMCO-Woodstock team was so infectious. I hope not to have to make such a huge investment in the future. However, if I do or if I know someone who needs transmission services, then I ll recommend this location above anywhere else! Thank you so much for the 5-star experience! You make customer service look so easy! I m truly blessed to have met such amazing people!

Excellent customer service. These guys are transparent about everything they're doing and educate you along the way.I brought my '09 Edge in b/c of some transmission issues I have had with it for quite some time. It had been rebuilt in the past (not by AAMCO) but was never quite right. It would shift hard in low speed low demand situations. Before going into the transmission, they found a software update/change/calibration that could be made and did that instead. I'm happy to report that the issue seems to have been resolved. They did not charge for this work b/c we can't be 100% sure the issue was resolved. They didn't have to do that but they did.Stand up guys. Great shop. Thank you!

They were absolutely fantastic. They rebuilt my entire transmission for my ford explorer. Extremely friendly staff and I m so appreciative of the work they did. Very understanding people. Cannot recommend them enough!!

They are extremely professional and very friendly! I had to have my transmission rebuilt on my car before thanksgiving. Joey made sure that I had my car back in time for thanksgiving and it s now running great! Highly recommended coming here for your transmission needs! 10/10 service.

I was working along with visiting my siblings in Woodstock, GA for a few weeks. During my tenure, my transmission started slipping.I knew that it needed service right away. I researched different establishments to find the best place to get my truck repaired. I looked at the online reviews at AAMCO and seen nothing but great reviews. I decided to give them a chance. I took it to AAMCO right away. I felt welcomed. Gary and the entire staff were very helpful and honest. The transmission is now rebuilt correctly and I was able to drive my truck safely back to Little Rock, AR with no issues.

Total overhaul of transmission an rear end.real quick to collect money,took forever in getting work done. Having problems with transmission but I will not take it back to them. I have no trust in them. This is the canton location!!

2007 Ford Taurus transmission had to be rebuilt. I was VERY skeptical about having this type of service done. My husband had a bad experience years ago with a rebuild. It s expensive. This particular location is BUSY but Joey and Russel maintained EXCELLENT customer service. Joey handled my situation from beginning to end. He was patient with me asking questions and helped me understand a bit about the process. He even took pics of the transmission after it was taken out of the car. The builders at this location have years of experience, which made me feel more at ease along with the warranty. When my car was ready they told me that my tires were wearing from the inside. I was grateful because I had no clue. So far my car is riding nice, I m happy. Thanks Guys! Thank you Builders! If anything changes regarding this review I will post it.Service: Transmission

Highly recommend AAMCO Transmissios Woodstock. Gary and his staff are honest and upfront about the repairs or replacements needed. We have had one transmission rebuilt ( 2004 ford explorer) and one transmission swapped out.
