I was inside Advanced Auto Parts buying windshield wipers and also wanted to ask the associate if they knew why my car was smelling like heavy gasoline (i know nothing about cars). Thankfully, Chandler was inside buying parts and offered to take a look at it and told me he had his own shop. I got my car towed to his shop and he quickly fixed my car and got the parts. He was very kind and attentive to my concerns and fixed everything that was wrong with my car and also cleaned my engine for me! Very knowledgeable about everything and super nice! Definitely coming here in the future for anything including oil changes!!!

I had a bad experience at a dealership service department and wanted a second opinion. I was recommended Chandler Automotive from a family member and they did not disappoint! Chad was very professional and kept me informed the entire time. His quote was HALF of what the dealership was going to charge for the same work! I definitely plan to go back for all my regular maintenance, too! Thank you, Chad!

So far we have had our work vans worked on by Chad at Chandler Automotive Services 3 times now. He is quick and to respond- keeps you updated and has a quick turnaround time.His rates are affordable as well.It s a pleasure doing business with him.If you are around the athens , Winterville area looking for an honest mechanic with integrity then this is your dude

2018 Lincoln Mkz Transmission replacement.10/10 great service friendly and the prices..you can't beat them thank you for bringing my car back to life in the promised 2 days. Kept me updated throughout the process. Took the car for a 1.5h 60 miles test drive nobody does that these days.i wish I could give you 6 stars keep up the good work !

We have used Chandler Automotive for multiple vehicles in our household, for everything from an oil change/tire rotation on our big trucks, to bringing my old mustang (that hadn t run in YEARS) back to life! Chad does quality work and doesn t try to sell you on things you don t need. I would highly recommend people to choose this place to get their car repaired. I am very careful about where I take my old car to get it repaired because of bad experiences I had in the past concerning my car. I definitely trust this place to work on my car because I recently had my back tire come off the wheel ball joint and wheel hub. This was very scarey for me when it happened, but I happened to find this place and decided to try it out. Chad did a wonderful job replacing my cars steering and suspension system and making sure the job was done right.He is very knowledgeable in fixing cars. Now I feel safe driving my car and it drives real well. I am very happy with the service I was given, and I will continue to return for future repairs when I need them done. Also, he was able to put in a used transmission into one of my family members cars and the car absolutely drives great. Chad was absolutely amazing to work with! He was quick to respond with a quote and was spot on. He didn t try to make unnecessary fixes and that is hard to find these days. Chad is definitely one of the good ones in this industry! Chad has worked on my vehicles front end, axles, timing belt, and radiator. He has rebuilt the top of my engine along with basic maintenance items. Ive been a customer since he opened and have always been pleased.Highly recommend him!

Needed front rotors and brakes installed. I bought my own parts amd had them with me when I came but he was very proactive in asking the day before all my vehicle information so he could go ahead and have everyrhing ready if needes. He was extremely affordable. 2/3 cheaper than what I was quoted at other shops in the area! Very flexible with availability. And job was done very quickly. No more sounds and the ride home was great! Con man... Overcharged and tried one of the oldest tricks in the book. Damaged my radiator and loosened the cap so fluid would run out slow. I do most of my own work on my cars and trucks for this reason. Sometimes, I'd rather pay someone for the convenience but not this clown. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend Chad he is very honest and has great customer service. The times I have taken my old 4Runner to him for maintenance I have been extremely pleased with his attention to detail and fair prices.
