I dropped off a truck to this repair shop walked in the office there was a nice young lady in the that took me to a gentleman to find out where to drop the truck off at I proceeded to drop the truck off the the on the left I proceeded to drop the truck another gentleman came out and told me to put it somewhere else across the parking lot to leave it in the spot where he told me to once I got ready to drop the truck the owner came back out and started screaming and hollering at me telling me he's the owner and for me to put the truck back where he told what he told me to put it at and I asked the owner why is she screaming the hollering at me and he proceeded to tell me what he's the owner he owns this lot for me to get off of his life the owner was very rude very very aggressive and so forth the other guy came back out and told me to leave it where he told me to leave it and was very apologetic for the owner actions as a owner he does not care about other people's feelings because he really hurt my feelings by disrespecting me all I was was the tow truck driver the owner should be accountable for his actions when it comes down to doing business or Helen his business and his customers

Mechanic, Yuriy, was amazing however management and billing is typical take advantage of the truck driver method. $120 not including part cost to go get an alternator belt and cable connector which could ve been bought 3 miles away at O reillys, which had it in stock, and been back in 10. 2 hours later they come finish the job up. $250 call out fee to go 1.8 miles to the truck. So basically 5 hours labor to swap out an alternator and belt , put a new cable connector on and pick up a belt and use of my tools. Total $695 which $40 was the belt and connector.

My husband got a lot of work done on his truck from these guys and was really impressed with how quick they got everything done. In the trucking business time is money so he was able to get back on the road in a couple of days.
