I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown to me. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water- so nice! Everyone went out of their way to explain what was being done, and the condition of my vehicle. It was evident that the technicians were well trained. I would highly recommend Take 5.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Gabe as he was taking care of all of my car's needs at the time. This gentleman is very respectful, very informative and took care of everything I needed to have done with my car in a very timely manner! I would definitely request Gabe to work on my vehicle at our next visit.

Very polite and detailed with the description of service they were performing. Even changed a filter didn't even know existed in my car... I've had my car for 15 years! It's seem to be running so much better now! Very happy with my experience!!!

Went for oil change and got the high mileage a couple of months back, Super nice people and super honest. Went yesterday for an oil change, they offered me a bottle of water , then checked they oil in my car and showed me I didn't need to do it yet and said I was a little low in oil, added it and also refilled my windshield wiper fluid at no cost to me. Being a woman I can surely appreciate the honesty. I recommend them blind folded. My respects to them and their professionalism even though they looked very young. Thank you all so much. You now have a steady customer from here on out.

I drive 90,000 miles per year because of my occupation and get oil changes done on my car a lot. They always are friendly, professional, efficient, and do good work at a good price. They are an outstanding drive-in oil change shop!

Was way overcharged for an oil change for a Ford Expedition. My wife took the vehicle in, was not quoted a price before the work was done. Charged over $100 for an oil change. Other than that the experience was good.

Very quick which is awesome. All three people I dealt with were very polite and courteous. I didn t feel high pressure sales like a lot of oil change locations put you through. If that would have happened I would not complain or leave this feedback, I would simply not come back. I had a great experience and since the location is right across the street from my work I look forward to making this my go to location for oil changes.

It definitely took over 5 minutes for sure. So definitely don t take the Take 5 serious. It was very expensive for an oil change. I only went there because my car was telling me I needed an oil change. Also, I have a 2016 Cherokee Latitude with only 79,000 something miles. I just wanted economy but they were trying to push a $30 more oil change because they said I needed synthetic. I have low miles for one and two I don t drive the vehicle much at all. So why would I pay higher for something I don t need? Then he said I will need to get an oil change at 3,000 miles instead of 5,000 because of it. Ok, because again, I don t drive the car much. Anyway, if you re rich good place to go. If you re middle class or poor find someone cheaper cause they are out. My mechanic sure is cheaper. Plus, he doesn t try to screw me because I am a female.

Well I thought they were a bit overpriced ! But my work schedule has been a lot so it was a quick service!They didn't put washer fluid in that I requested or top off my coolant , I was told my air filter that I did need was 10$ off it was notI will probably go back to my usual place next time for a more professional environment!No the best or worst experience

Just found this place in Winder that I m now using for oil changes for all my cars. Just across from Ace Hardware hard to get to, but great service, a little higher price than others but these guys know what they re doing! In and out in the short period of time. Got the oil change And cabin filter and oil filter in both cars were nasty They don t just tell you that to make money and they re not cheap To replace but it s needed.Hate off to Adam, John, William- i ve only taken two of my cars in, but these guys are top-notch even gave me a bottle of water while I waited and just sat in the car listening to music on my phone while they did their job. Very Knowledgeable and professional. Just what I like!!! I ll pay a few more dollars to know it was done right. Highly Recommend!

These boys were fast and efficient very knowledgeable of any questions. I ask them they took care of above and beyond. I am an extremely satisfied customer and this location of take five is where I will always go. Thank you for giving me great service for my car. I look forward to future oil changes.

Excellent customer service! They were like a well oiled machine!! Everybody doing their part, I was in and out with no problems. And it cost just as much as it would've had I taken it to where I used to go. 10 out of 10

I liked it when gege was here, it was affordable for oil changes. Now it little pricey with take 5. So I'll be going somewhere else for oil change. But they do have friendly services. Nice people.

Love love love this place!!! I went in for a oil change and they took care of me They changed my windshield wipers I haven t replaced in years and trust me I knew difference the next time it rained lol My air filter as well I didn t feel cheated or lied too it s was more of a oh so that s why this and that yes I m guilty I just get in my car and drive At least I know to change my oil so I don t blow my engine lol I will be back definitely!!! Thanks again guys!!!

they did my oil change quick and easy, they showed evidence the oil was clean after the change as well without me asking. the workers are friendly and even give good recommendations if they see you need it.

Musa and William were fantastic as of come to expect with the entire Take 5 organization. I recently moved to Braselton and I no longer have a location close by, but I am happy to travel because I know what I m getting and that I will have a great experience. Thanks again for the great friendly and knowledgeable service, you guys are like the Chick-fil-A of the oil change business in my opinion

Very friendly, quick, and professional. Gave me amazing service and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Instantly my vehicle ran better, which tells me they use quality oil. Will return again. Shout out to manager William as well.

I inquired about their service before paying. According to the tech they use a synthetic that is good for 7500 miles and if you pay more you get a synthetic that lasts longer which I have to assume the regular is a lower grade synthetic oil for their full synthetic oil change and it includes a standard grade filter, for $15 more you get the better filter. $85 and you get lower quality supplies. I passed and I did my own for $35 with the top of the line Quaker State and Fram gold filter.

Never have I seen a more complete oil change. They were so coordinated it was amazing to me I just sat there and watched them they were talking to each other and calling out the parts numbers and stuff they were really really great it was a joy to watch not so much to pay for it but they really did a complete job and took care of me really good and as a woman who lives alone that made me feel really good. I highly recommend your company the one in Winder Georgia. Thank you for your service.

Early morning oil change on the P.O.S. work van. In and out fast. The guys were great and had a great sense of humor about the aging work van. They pointed out everything wrong that we already knew but much appreciated. Leaks, leaks everywhere.

So this is my first time here And my oil change was high cause I have a Volvo but the guy saved me 15% so I will start coming here my other oil place in Lawrenceville is closed so I will start coming here very nice people great customer service got to stay in my car got windshield wiper blades buy 1 get one free and the guy Adam is truly amazing and John was awesome as well

The team at Take 5 are wonderful, they are quick to get the oil change done. My battery died after they completed my oil change and they were kind enough to jump my car and advice need of a new battery.

Service people were nice, it's just too expensive. With a 15% discount it was still $109 for a minivan. I took another car to @Akins Ford down the street and got synthetic blend for $71.I won't be back based purely on the price.
