So we've had some strong winds here recently and my basketball goal got knocked over onto my 2020 Chevy Malibu RS. Called my insurance company and took it to Sky. Glass was broken & a few dents. Took them 2 weeks total. Got the vehicle back today and looked great. Had a small issue, but I pointed it out to the owner while I was there, & he said give him 10 minutes and he will fix it. About 5 minutes later he came back and the problem was solved. The entire time I was waiting they were keeping me informed with text messages on how the repairs were going. I was skeptical at first because I had heard a few bad comments about sky, but all in all the final result I was very happy with. Would use them again and would recommend them.Service: Painting

Ya'll, when I tell you Sky Collision of Winder fixed my car again 2nd time due to an accident in Athens. I just appreciate you all for laughing with me on how this happened and how reassuring me that everything will be alright because things happen in life. Well, "Fine As Wine" runs like new and looks great, better than great but fantastic! If you are ever in a car accident and need body work or the whole car serviced, call Sky Collision of Winder. My car took abunch of damage and i was expecting for it to to take a good minute to fix, kept being told 2 weeks over the whole month and a half that they had it. Somehow wires ended up shorter so things that I had no longer reach, I had to put my own head rests back on my back seats. There was trim next to the back windsheild on both sides that were taken off and never put back on correctly so they are hanging with the airbags and wires exposed. The body work they did looks great just wish i would have been told straight up how long instead of beating around a bush and I would have liked my car to have been handled with better care for a $6,000 job. Now I have to take it somewhere else because I can't trust that fixing these parts will be done correctly.

Sky Collision had their hands full with my repair after a rear end collision almost totaled my car. Although it took 16 weeks to get it back, it looks fantastic. Ryan and the tech that took care of my car are my heroes. Any issues I had, were resolved as quickly as they could have been (body shops can't control how long it takes to get in parts or how long it takes for paint to dry). The only negative comment I have is that I was given 4 different completion dates. I would rather be given a truthful answer than to get my hopes up. That being said, I would recommend and use again (but hopefully I won't need to). :)

My experience here was awful. They left a scratch on the back of my car when it was a front end deer collision. They also didn't replace the washer fluid tank..it leaks and doesn't work. Insurance covered everything and they didn't fully do what they were paid to.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

On Christmas night my daughter went off road and hit a tree doing significant damage to the driver's side rear of her vehicle. Not having need for collision repair in the area before, I asked the deputy for a nearby repair facility. The car was taken to Sky Collision in Winder and I contacted them the next business day. While I've had the bad luck of needing repairs twice in the last 6 months, Sky Collision did a great job of fixing my car on both occasions. The body work is great, and they matched a tricky color very well. I received friendly service and timely updates on both occasions. I am very pleased to have found such great service in Winder.

John Turner provided outstanding service and follow up in repairing the body work previously done by another collision shop on my 2018 Subaru Outback. John, took the time to explain everything that was needed to repair my car including before and after pictures at a very reasonable price.With so many choices available I was pleased I chose Sky Collision in Winder. In the future (if the need arises) I won t hesitate to use them again and have already referred two friends.There are many businesses today that don t understand the importance of customers service but, clearly the team at Sky Collision does and for that I say Thank You. Unfortunately, the wrong bumper came in and we the right one came in the next week. The 4 stars is because they never called to tell us that they got the wrong parts. In addition, the Manager let us know that we will order the parts and will call us when getting them; which he did. He just never called to tell us they had the wrong bumper and failed to explain the issue until I called bc my husband was in a rental car. I would definitely go back there and I'm so glad that everything came out.

Liars. Thieves. Also swapped out my owner s manual and when confronted got defensive and denied anyone would have got into the glove box but considering they were having troubles with the cameras I find that very odd. I purchased my truck brand new with an owner s manual and now I have a 2013 Explorer manual. Would never go back here and do not recommend.

My husband and I were in a wreck and needed front end work done on our only car. The guys at Sky Collision in Winder were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with- just what we needed during a stressful time. They cooperated with our insurance company and answered all of our questions patiently. We got our car back in a very reasonable time frame, and it looked better than it did before the wreck! I would not hesitate to recommend Sky Collision in Winder to anyone.

Seriously, I have never been treated better by any business. The high level of perfection, and the insistence by Alan and Rick to make me happy are rare qualities in this day and time. They actually restored my faith in people, and I cannot say enough good things about Sky Collision in Winder. And, besides wonderful people, the work they did was perfect. I am so happy I found this place, and I strongly recommend them for your repair needs.

I can't say good or bad on quality because they would not help me. An amateur had done a bad job on my door and they seemed unwilling to help fix it. I thought body shops were supposed to fix problems not judge. I guess they have all the work they need and don't need my business.

My vehicle was brought here for body work and wheel replace after an accident. The body work was great. The new wheel that had been install to my vehicle had some chips and tire marks. I never notice until this week. Pretty disappointed cause i was expecting to get it back like how it was but the new wheel had been damaged by whoever had install the tires on the wheel and no one had told me and had to find out myself after a week later. But over all the body work was good.

Sky collision has performed work on my wife's car and on my truck. They are very professional, and I could not have asked for a better job. They have been extremely helpful and always respond. My wife's Trans Am looks brand new again. They have and will keep my business. Thank you Vern and Sky Collision for doing such a great job.

I was in an accident and the front of my car was a complete mess. Mr. Alan Traylor was awesome through the whole process. He kept me update on everything that was going on. I got my car back today and it looks like how I got it off the lot. It was clean inside and out. It looks like nothing ever happened. Mr. Alan was extremely kind and friendly. If ever need anything done to my car I know where to take it. Sky Collision!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great customer service and timely completion of the work needed on my car. The adjusters made sure to explain everything needed to us and the ETA on time needed to fix the car. They also worked very well with the insurance companies.

My car had work done from them. When I got my car back, it looked almost brand new. There was a loose piece that they forgot to tighten but they fixed it right away. Other than that they did an outstanding job. I would totally recommend Sky Collision.

I have been a Lexus, Toyota, and Scion factory trained Master tech for over a decade. The amount of body shops I trust to work on my cars are few and far between. I have seen the handy work of countless body shops that fall below acceptable to my standards. The quality of work I got on my personal Lexus at Sky collision was beyond excellent and borders on perfection. That s saying a lot when you pick out paint color mismatch s, orange peel, and imperfections on a daily basis.

They take their time but always do a great job. We've taken 3 vehicles here and I would recommend Sky Collision to anyone! Great prices and willing to work with you if paying out of pocket.

I suffer from ptsd and am unable to navigate through conflict. After being re-ended I took my vehicle to a different collision shop. The communication there was very bad and it caused me to have issues with my triggers, making me almost incapable to move forward. I went to Sky Collision in Winder for help. I was a mess! Rick was who greeted me and immediately was able to calm me and get my out of my ptsd episode. The shop took in my vehicle and address the issues It was done with such an outpouring of care. I observed how back end employees and front end employees had such awesome moral. This shop does more than exceed excellent work, they also bring genuine care for humanity - which I know makes them someone I can trust with any future need. Highly recommend by me.

New guy there named Keith is really great; he took care of everything while another guy there called Enterprise for a car for me. I was ready to stay there about 45 minutes, but was out in like 15-20.

They've fixed my vehicle twice now, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else after. They are very friendly, upfront on times and pricing, and stay in constant contact with updates. 10/10 would recommend.

Alan is the man to go see. Had a pretty good scratch on The door of my new truck. Sky took it and blended the metal flake into the back door and front fender, don t even know a scratch was in it. Well use again.
