They stuck a boat plug in my motor and it is leaking oil. Could have blown my motor. My bad for not reading the paper where they described this so called fix for stripping out the original oil plug. I found out when I saw oil all over the garage floor. They should have made it clear that they half way fixed the issue. I brought the 4wheeler to the shop for steering issue. I did agree to the oil change and did not think I needed look under the 4wheeler at the plug. (It s a simple oil change). Needless to say they could have spoken to me directly at pick up. They didn t have a phone conversation stating the issue. They did call when something cost more money. But not say the messed up. If there was an issue with a previous repair then call and say that. But take your ATV there at your own risk. End of the day I didn t think I would need to check the oil plug at pickup or that a mechanic would put a boat plug in a drain. It didn t leak before it went to the shop.

I took them an ATV that a previous mechanic wasn t able to fix, they are amazing went above and beyond on their service. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They definitely earned my business. Keep up the great service!

Had a great experience. Fixed everything that I asked, didn't push any extra repairs, ( I am aware of a couple of down the line repairs needed). People were super nice, attentive, and communicated well throughout the entire process. Will always go back to them for any future needs.
