So the fuel pump in my truck went out! I had went to Napa and bought one earlier in the week.. got my truck over to my place of business via tow truck . I took off my bed removed the pump opened the packaging from napas fuel pump and learned the was a huge crack in the fuel pump! I was like crap.. I looked up to see if they had another one and the place was closed on Saturdays! So I called a ride and went to o reillys.. I had never gotten parts there before but I m glad I stopped because they had everything I needed including a lifetime warranty! I put the new one in and now my truck runs better then ever and my gas gauge works again! Thanks oreillys u saved the day!

I got the help I needed, I bought the head lights and the worker helped me install them. He was so helpful and professional compare to the other auto part location down the street where the manager told me to go to a mechanic to replace my headlights. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this store the owner is sweet and chill so are all the accociates. I have never had a problem with anyone at this location 10/10 recommended this store.

Now that Brandon no longer is at this location it is once again the best parts store in town! As I said before always a good experience here

I always use Orielly's as my go to parts store. They have a great selection in store and the staff here is usually pretty attentive even while busy they will always acknowledge you. Sometimes I'll go just to get in a good mood. for this location

The 2 young ladies behind the counter today were amazing, I have a oddball Italian bike they found me a filter in stock. I really wish I had got their names they were fantastic

Came to buy a hub assembly, spoke directly with the store manager. This location didn't have it, but it was at a neighboring store. Manager called that store to verify, spoke to their store manager. Other store manager verified it was in stock and they would hold it for me, I paid and went straight to that store. When I arrived (30 minutes) they searched around only to realize that the shuttle driver pulled the item and delivered it back to the Winder location. Went back to the original store, manager was very apologetic and blamed it on the other store. The other employees made comments about " that sounds like something that they would do" "sounds about right" "not the first time". That's not what I want to hear after wasting an hour and a half of my day chasing parts. Best part is that it turns out to be the wrong part. It does not fit on this vehicle.

I had the best experience here. I was over an hour from home with my newborn baby when one of my car's belts broke and my car stopped functioning properly. Power steering was out but I was able to get to the O'Reilly's.I spoke to a manager who said that someone would be happy to look and see what was wrong with the car and what parts were needed. Alex spent over an hour diagnosing the problem, removing the belt pieces, and replacing that belt and another belt that was about to break. He also tested everything to be sure that I was safe to drive home without issue.Alex went above and beyond to help me with my car and to make sure I could get home safely. Thank you so much!!!

Will only give my business to this store ! The entire team was exceptional and knowledgeable. I had been having issues with my vehicle not starting at different times. The manager listened to my concerns and we were able to determine it was a battery issue. We replaced the battery and it s been great ever since. I will be back for all my car repair needs. Thank you!

Stopped in winder location for check eng light on...Employee(I assume)dressed rather unprofessionally...Shorts and a to small shirt he kept tugging at and pulling down while checking light. He was very dry, uninterested, and looking at me as though very annoyed to giving me customer service. Didnt offer any help/suggestions once reading was done, I was asking him questions and he seemed eager to be done walking off. I realized quickly what I was dealing with, racism. I've been to several oreillys around Georgia over the years, needless to say I know not to bother with this one crappiest one so far!

Also like getting my vehicle parts needs from O'Reilly Auto Parts. The staff is helpful, friendly and most times will help install wiper blades, batteries and oil.Update: Dylan is amazing, he has been working with us to get parts for my 91 Dodge Dakota that are extremely difficult to find. He has been working above and beyond on this for us when other parts stores told us oh I can't get that for you and none of the other parts stores will be able to get either. Wrong Dylan is the one who is doing his best and so far has came through.

I've come here quite a few times and had no issues. Today they were happy to test my battery and when it tested good they didn't try to sell me a new one anyways. I ended up buying one anyways and that was a simple, quick purchase.

Not much to say. It's an auto parts store. Carry about everything and if not it can be ordered. Competitive pricing and will do price match. Oh yeah, they've finally got back to being open after 6pm again!

I will not be using them ever again it's ashamed to be working employees on a holiday they should have the day off just like everyone else does. Plus the new manager is a piece of work, fails at keeping the store stocked with the right parts. How can you do a proper tune up if the part store only has one part. Corporate needs to start investigating this store. Use to be a great store no longer it is.

Staff does not seem knowledgeable. We had them look up windshield wipers for our vehicle. They gave us one correct size but wrong type then the other was wrong size. After about 15 minutes and the guy finally realizing he can't attach the wrong wiper, we just asked for our money back. He was going to leave on the wrong size one even though we kept telling him there was no way that it was the right size.

Always amazing quality parts, usually has the majority of what I need or want in stock. Staff is always willing to make sure you get what you want, and not making you feel like you need to buy the stuff you don t. Will always get my parts from Oreilly s!

Matthew is great! Came in with a list of dozen items needed for new engine install. He found every item! So nice, knowledgeable & patient! Erin also helped with a few things, she was also nice! We actually quit coming to this store because of 2 former employees. Oreillys now has a great staff. Will definetly be back. Great job Matthew!

The sells associates were very noligable about parts? I love the fact that if you order a part in the morning if they don't have it in stock they will have it by 3 ish the same day. At other auto part stores you have to wait days if part is not in stock. Great service. I will be making this my regular go to place for auto parts. The prices are competitive.

I usually like the store but it has always had slow service/nobody up front at all. Had a core exchange done recently that did not go smoothly. First i walked in holding the core return box which was obviously fairly large/heavy, staff looked at me and looked away and didn't say a word. So i had to find a empty table and guess were to sit it. The core was for a item purchased 3 days prior, was told it was not in there system. They asked who i dealt with, i described the woman and was told they have no female staff up front. Guys then stared at me like i was crazy or making up my story. Had to tell them that it was busy that day and she came from the back to help. I went out to my car to look for a receipt which i could not find. So i instead pulled up the charge on my bank account to show them, walked back in and was told that the lady had made a mistake and had not charged me. So i guess they wanted me to pay for the part again. I then had to show them the bank statement showing that i had been charged. I was then told that the lady must have rung up the wrong part and was finally given my core charge back. I can totally understand a mistake being made. But the entire time i was telling them what happened i was told that i was either wrong or i was stared at like i was making the story up.

If I could give a no star I would. They didn't mind taking my $43.00 for the windsheild wipers. When I asked if someone could put them on the man inside the store said that he was in the store by himself. So I ask the guy outside that was helping another customer if he would put them on. He asked me to give him 5 minutes. I stood there for 20 minutes. When I looked inside there was another employee in the store. So the guy wasn't by himself. They never put them on. I will never shop there again. And I will tell all my friends not to go there.

What a joke. Time posted CLOSE WEDNESDAY 10PM.BROKE down my wife takes a uber to get parts we need , arrives 9:20pm employees inside lock door. Wow 5year old son standing in cold.Good thing she has family that picked them up.I walked 7 miles home after working 16hrs.Thanks .Autozone from now on..

I took my car there to test the battery. The man there told me I needed to turn the car off to do so . I knew it would not start again and I didnt . The guy then grabbed his little machine to jump it and it wouldn't jump start either . So I went in and asked about the cost of a battery. 139.99 !!! What??!! I asked if they would install it and the man showed me the monitor where it says ...self Install and said they could not Install it...so I called advanced their battery 69.99 !! Much better . They told me they Install for free !! But unfortunately I didnt go there . When I got back I asked if they had tools he wheeled out and cart and said here ya go ..no help at all ...one bolt I couldnt get lose ..the big guy barely tried and went to look for wd40 he Informed I could buy some that they didnt have any for store use anymore !!! Seriously !!!! So a very nice man going their to buy oil changed it for me without even blinking ! Moral of the story is do not look for them fat lazy men to help with anything !!! They dont feel a bit sorry nor are they even able to do it . I will never spend another penny there!!
