They're Parts might be higher but at least you got some people to with knowledge instead of these little young dumb teenagers and don't dare go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts and Winder cuz you will never get nothing that you need or it'll be the wrong product that you need

I called about a relay switch & was quoted 1 price, got there & was charged a higher price. The guy that quoted me denied that he gave me the quote.

Love these guys. If they don't have your item in stock then they can get it same day or next day. Guys go over and above to help you with a part or diagnosis. A perfect place for a female to go in and need mechanical assistance. I have been going in for over 10+ years. These guys have always been kind, professional, helpful and has helped educate me on my task. I go no where else. Will not go any where else. Highly recommend this location. I have stopped in other locations all over the U.S and I found out I am spoiled by the Winder Napa location. I had expected the same attention and customer service and I was so very disappointed but on the same instant I realized how great the guys are in Winder. Brian, Steve, Chris, Chad, Pops and RIP Wade. Love you guys, you are appreciated. I must have written that a long time ago. Some reason I didn't hit send. I included Wade. Miss him a lot!! Again, I still didn't hit send. The recommendations is still the same.2023Elisha

Best experience at an auto parts store. This is where I'll be going from now on. Going to be towing an RV and completely forgot about my mirror extensions. I was due to pick up my RV in two days. They got the mirror extensions for me in less than 24 hours.

Had exactly what I needed for a good price right when I needed it. They knew exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend it.

Love these guys. I have been shopping and ordering from these guys for many years. I will not go any other place. They spoil me and when I need advice or suggestions they are there willing to help. As a female they don't make me feel like an oddity trying to fix my own mechanical failures. They teach me. I have been to other Napa stores and I always regret the lost time. Thanks, Brian, Steve, Wade, and new comer Chris!!

I have a rare decomissioned Kawasaki police issue motorcycle that takes a hard to find, high capacity battery in a very weird size. I needed a new battery, walked in, told them the exact size and specs. They went to the back and returned with what I needed. Literally nobody else in town would have had that in stock 5 stars for that alone.

One of the last real old school parts stores still standing. No after-school dummies here. Most other parts stores today are fast- food junk. When you finnaly grow up and get serious about your car, go see Brian & the crew @ NAPA.
