I took my cbr250 here to get 2 new tires a chain and both sprockets replaced. Found out I needed dampers replaced in my rear wheel. Everything went smooth the bike rides like a new bike to me. They communicated with me through the whole process and ordered all the parts. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and have found my new bike mechanic. Great people to work with.

Today, I visited this shop. Highly recommend! Michell installed my new grips, fuel door and other cosmetic additions on my 2023 Triglide. Mike and Michell and very knowledgable and provide excellent customer service. When you leave for the first time, you feel like one of the family. I trust them with all of my vehicles (and that trust is not given often). Thank you both for making my experience completely satisfied . I WILL be back!!

Will be using the shop more often! Prices, and customer service are top notch! They communicate everything and had a quick turnaround for the job they did for me. The work performed was great.

-I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND ALLrather your getting work done or just need parts (in my case a new chain) definitely the spot to be. Michelle does awesome at finding the best prices and if she can't she takes the extra time to try....-You guys are awesome!! Tried to tighten chain ourselves and tire turned out to be slightly off. Fixed me right up and got bike back next day. They even lubed my chain for me.. the shop that really tries to help make your life easier-Boyfriend got a bike and I model so I really wanted new tires done quick so I could have it at photoshoot and go riding today (everyone else wanted to overcharge and keep bike for a day) they did it for me at fraction of price and done that day. They are amazing. Go above and beyond for their customers. Sure saved me from a nice little walk.. definitely gonna be our new go to shop. In pics mines the smaller one

I recently took one of our fleet ATVs to M&M Motorsports for diagnosis of a stalling issue and routine tune-up.Michell worked with me to schedule drop-off and she regularly called me with updates as requested.Mike spoke with me at drop-off to detail the intended maintenance and again at pick-up to detail the work that had been complete.Both Michell and Mike were professional, genuine, and friendly. Pricing was fair, service time was quick, and quality of work was excellent.Ground Force Division of Pest Force LLC has found its ATV maintenance partner!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL !I told them I wanted my bike completely gone through as I just bought it used and wanted to know if it were jetted and what kinda tune I had along with a carb Clean and adjustment because I had a drivability issue at mid to high RPMs and wasn t able to ride it. She assured me she would go through it clean the carb and check the Jets and make sure everything was right for my set up and I also wanted to have my valves adjusted and front and rear brakes put on and a rear tire and tube installed On my bike, My bike was there for almost a month and there was hardly any communication unless I called them and then when they finally called me and told me my bike was ready that they d already test drove it and it was doing fine. I picked up my bike and got a miles down the road and it was still doing the same thing . So I returned my bike And told them I was still having the same issue. She assured me it would be done as soon as she could and a week goes by and I called them back because I hadn t heard from them and they said they haven t even touched it yet so out of frustration I picked my bike up and took it to another shop in town and they fixed it same day and it was just a clogged air filter, so at the end of the day they told me what they wanted me to hear to get my business and didn t care what I wanted done to my bike and just did what they wanted to do to make some money instead of having a returning Customer I will not be bringing my bike back, nor will I be referring anybody to M&M . BIG shoutout to the other shop in town for actually listening to my concerns and not trying to just take my money they will have my business from now on .

I don't know anything about motorcycles mechanically, and it makes you feel good when you find someone you can trust to do maintenance for you and not try to sell you something you don't need, even when you think you may need it. That lets me know for sure that Mike and Micelle are not out for a money grab, but to help you ride as safe and secure as possible without over exaggerating your needs. After taking my bike to them for a basic oil change and inspection, I went in thinking I needed tires and was more than ready to pay for them, but I was told my tires are in good shape with possibly 3000 miles left on them. when someone doesn't take advantage of the unknowing, then that's someone I can trust.Services: Tires, Oil change

It was a great experience, these guys are friendly and very young at mind and heart. I brought my bike in for service and was hooked on by the way they greeted me. I am looking forward to make this place home although I am 18 miles away and have closer options.

I took my ATV to M&M Motorsports for a repair.The first time I had been there.Mike & Michelle are a amazing.They understand what customer service means.So nice and kind and patient.i dropped it off and got it back the same day problem solved back to the woods I go. Fantastic all around! When I called and asked about a tire issue, they assured me they could help me with it quickly and the price was less than I expected. When I told them I d take the tire off and walk there with it the next day (from the other side of Winder) they insisted they could come pick me up and drop me back off after the repair.I m sure that s not something they re always able to do but this blew my mind. Between the amazing service/cost and the very friendly people, M&M will be my go-to for any motorcycle related repairs I need in the future.

I tried installing a tire by myself but could not get it to seat properly on the Wheel. Took it to M&M and Mike was able to show me what the problem was. Turned out to be a problem with the wheel itself. So he installed a new tube and remounted the tire super fast and had me rolling within the hour. Both Mike and Michell were super nice and very knowledgeable, even about my '83 Honda Nighthawk. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Great to have a good shop close by too!!Service: Tires

Mike and Michell were very easy to work with during the repair of my 1996 Virago 1100. I tried to clean the carbs on this bike several years ago, but I never got it right. She would not go over 60mph. M&M took this bike and fixed her up with new plugs, air filter, fuel filter, replaced both tires (due to dry rot) and got that clogged up carb clean. They also recommended a valve adjustment because they heard abnormal ticking. Michell called me to inform me of any issues along the way and always got my authorization before doing any additional repairs.Picked up the bike and she is back up to highway speedsSuper happy I found M&M. I will continue to work with them in the future!

Great motorcycle repair shop in Winder. Mike and Michelle are very friendly and knowledgeable.I took a wheel and tire in to have the tire mounted and told Mike the direction of spin. When I got home I found that I was wrong and the tire was mounted backwards.I went back the next day fully expecting to pay to have it mounted again as it was my mistake - no charge!!!!I'll definitely be doing more business with M&M.

Literally the nicest people and great work performance on top of that. From the minute I pulled up Michelle and Michael helped me get my bike out of my busted van and even helped fix the back door! They are extremely thorough, professional and have excellent communication. Michelle spent the time to help explain the insurance process; what to do (paperwork step by step), where to go ( wrote addresses and gave phone numbers) and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Their shop is unique, clean, tidy, extremely organized and offers riding essentials for purchase. These guys really do go above and beyond for their customers and I would recommend everyone and anyone to their shop first for any repair needs.

...took my 2022 Kawasaki Concours in for her first oil change, and things went great...it was a quick turnaround, and my bike was returned to me in perfect condition...they carry AMS oil and it is worth every dime.Above all, I felt like I made 2 new friends. This outfit is Veteran and First Responder friendly, and the costs are more than reasonable.I'm getting some help from them on LED light upgrades, and will not hesitate to let them take that project from start to finish.Again, superb work and even more superb customer service.Great work and most appreciated, bp

Just purchased my first motorcycle and came down here to get some stuff for an oil change had lots of questions both Mike and Michelle were super happy to answer any questions I had any work I have done on the bike I will have done here!I went back to M&M Motorsports to get some tires done so I could ride this weekend they were awesome got my tires in very quick put them on so I can go ride for the weekend they even worked around my schedule and came in on their day off so I could pick up my bike so I can enjoy my weekend that was really awesome not many places would do that!

I've left my Valkyrie with Mike and Michelle 3 times I'm the last two years. I always get an honest assessment. I get a good explanation or an "I don't know what that is" But they eventually find the component and call me, then repair. Last time I had some intermittent engine smoking. They traced it to an oil seal. Fixed it. I've run it 300 miles since then and no smoke/smell. Thanks Mike & Michelle for keeping my bike in great condition.
