Been coming here for years, totally trust these guys to do the right thing. Bought a new (used) car this weekend, 2011 Jeep Patriot, so of course my first stop today was to have them give it a once over. They changed the oil, recommended a few needed services, told me the rest looked fine. TJ took very good care of everything I needed, Rocky was there as always, and today I even got to meet THE Gege! What a day! I love these guys, they help me keep 5 older cars on the road and running top notch, so I can stay away from any car payments. I'll keep coming here as long as they'll let me. Won't You Join Me?

Edit: customer service has went to zero. I brought a new vehicle up here for the hundredth time, and instead of them accepting they may have made a mistake(2 at least). All of the oil leaked out of said vehicle luckily in the driveway. In the same conversation they said " somebody tampered with it......., but the only way to get to the plug is with a jack" so you're telling me, someone backed out a drain pan bolt, with a jack, in broad daylight HALFWAY... To sabotage said vehicle? Smooth move on not accepting human fallibility. We will be taking our 8 vehicles elsewhere over a small oil issue.Old review......they've been taken care of my company vehicles and personal vehicles for 10 years. Mostly because of their customer service.they're also extremely quick at what they do and they've never had any issues out of the hundred of oil/ fluid changes we've done with their company. I've never steered us wrong or tried to sell us things that weren't necessary or unneeded at that time. Quick and experienced."

They've recently undergone a complete underhaul. Management and owner's have changed and what was once some of the best teamwork I've ever seen just got sloppy. They've raised prices by 20-30% which you could argue is on account of the service, but it's just not there anymore. I was there for almost an hour and a half and they only serviced 5 cars. Granted the woman in front of me seemed to have an extensive amount of work done 45 minutes to pay 107 +tax+ tip just isn't justified even if it is high milage. The strength of this bussiness was it's quality and expertise and it's not justified anymore for that price.

I cannot express how comforting it is to have this team of individuals in this community working so hard. I recently had work done on my transmission and went in for an oil change. They noticed something not looking right and recommended I get in touch with who d done the work. It turned out to be nothing just something that wasn t cleaned up. What I value is that too many people turn their cheek to things that aren t their work or concern too many times. They did not! Will trust GeGe with my car always!

No matter what anyone says against this establishment do not listen. 15 minutes before close my girlfriend and I pulled in, very last minute, and 8 minutes later we were singing the receipt and pulling off. They were extremely fast, professional and friendly. You may another oil change that saves a few dollars, but everyone else within 20 miles had a 90 minute wait just to start. Gege's is the place to stop when you're low on time or just don't want to spend your afternoon in a line.

I got my oil changed here and they were some of the nicest people I have met! They are thorough! I highly recommend! Best place in Winder GA to get that oil changed. Quick and efficient. If you just bought a used car, the guys there are happy to give it a once over and let you know anything you should get ready to fix. Top notch!

We went to Gege's Express Lube today to have the oil changed in our vehicle before leaving to go out of state. We chose Gege's because we knew it would be quicker than going 1 mile down the road to the dealership.The dealership takes 2 hours to change the oil even with an appointment. But unfortunately the mechanic at Gege's was unable to change the oil in our vehicle. The oil pan plug had been incorrectly inserted into the oil pan at our previous oil change and service. It was inserted crookedly and it was warped due to over tightening . The mechanic didn't want to try to loosen the plug because he was concerned he might cause a rip in the aluminum oil pan. We appreciate Rocky's honesty. Thank you so much for helping us.

This is a great place the people there are wonderful, they tell you what you need up front and don't charge until you agree to whatever it is the suggest you need. I am a female and I have always taken my cars there for oil change. Never have a problem. The have educated me on things other places wouldn't because I'm a female they would try to get over on me. I just want to say if you need a oil change and want excellent service all around the board take your vehicles there.

Brought my car in there for oil change they told me my drain plugwas bad. I worked at a shop for 27 years till they closed.i change my own oil in this car every time I know the drain plug wasn't bad so I said no. so they build me for a oil change I have my receipt I paid $50 they gave me $4.39 change. Then I told Ricky the manager to go ahead and put the oil drain plug and also wipers. The total bill after was $75 and some change. Thought everything was good wife went back for another oil change the lady was very rude unprofessional throw the paper in my wife's face she lied and said my wife cussed her so in my opinion they're not only crooks their are liars also. They had me listed as Mike my name is not Mike. They said I've had a Ford edge in there and a Silverado pickup truck. My name is not Mike. I do not have a Silverado pickup truck. I said well since the Silverado pickup truck is in my name also or the name y'all chose to give me. I asked did it get a oil change drain plug in wipers and he said he couldn't tell me that. today looked up under my car and in my opinion they charged me for a drain plug but I pretty sure they put the same one back in there.it was not new and it was not rounded off. I'm just telling you winder do not go to Gigi's in my opinion and experience I had with them if you ever have problems with them you can forget working it out tried to tell the lady what happened and she would not listen very rude it was her way or no way hit the road. Wished I knew some of the x employees up there sure we could get an earfull. I am 55 years old been in the car business tire business all my life since I was 17 and I never dealt with unappropriate people like that in my entire life and I assure you I will never do it again. Please if you do do business with Gigi make sure that you get what you pay for. Because in my opinion everyone does it.

Do not use them!!!! They will strip your oil plug!!!! I've personally seen this happen to multiple friends and family. They will say it was damaged before and try to con you in the repair. Dishonest and shabby work. Use anyone but them. Terrible service

I called to ask the price of an oil change for my car and the gut that answered the phone told me he didn't know he was eating his lunch and he'd have to stop eating to get on his computer and see. Very rude.. I'm a female and do not know cars as well. I'm not sure of motor size so he doesn't want to do his job correctly. Pls fire him. He is not good for your business!!

Can't say enough about this place. I have been going here for about 2 years and it literally takes less than 10 minutes to get my oil changed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and the staff always makes sure everything is okay with your car each time. Every time i go here to get my oil changed the employees are great! Always friendly! The past time i went i was in a new truck i recently bought they let me know what to keep an eye on as the miles get on up on it. They didn t try to tell me i had to get this changed or this was wrong with it like some places seem to do now days. To sum it up they are good honest people!

Try going there for just an oil change and they will recommend you everything else just to make extra money. My wife had exact same experience, each oil change ended up costing her $80-$90. Never come here! They will scam you .every time I ve came here it s been 90-100$ for an oil change. They will literally lie to your face. They told me I had multiple oil leaks and made me get something to fix the oil leak. This last time I went they said my oil pan was missing. If my car doesn t have any oil pan how would my car be running? Please let me know .Service: Oil change

Everyone was great!! A different facility stripped my oil drain plug and on the next visit informed me they couldn't loosen it. The guys at GeGe's had no problems! I will be coming back!

This is my favorite place to go for every vehicle I have owned now. They do the work right. They top off your fluids. I even took a car I was thinking of purchasing here to get them to take a look at it. Thet wrote a full estimate list of every little thing wrong with the car and were honest with me that I should only purchase if i was looking for a project or fixer upper. They are fabulous and all the techs are nice and knowledgeable. Ignore the rude reviews. This place has been great to me and other members of my family for years.

I love this place! Ever since i started coming here last year i don't get my oil changed any where else! The guys are super nice and fast. They don't push other services on you but they will do a quick check to make sure your car is ok!

Amazing service! I feel like family when I come here to have my car worked on! Everyone here is so helpful and friendly! They've definitely saved me alot of money unlike most mechanic shops who try to charge as much as possible. I love the people & the service here!

Good, fast, and cheap. These guys know their stuff. I've taken my cars there for three years now, and I always have a good experience. If they can't fix something there, they have good relationships with other mechanics who can.

I been going to this guys for a few years now. And I'm always treated well with service and newer suggestions to improve my vehicle's performance. The worker are great at what they do and they are reasonable with prices. Great service that they provide is hard to find.
