I had a transmission with issues. They not only rebuilt it but it had another problem. They found it and fixed it. They were loving, and caring. I found my mechanics.

Unfortunately this is a family friend. I paid this man 5400 dollars to rebuild my grandfather's truck. It took from august 24th to april 12th to even get my truck back.when i had my truck towed home somehow two tires we ripped off the rim from being drug through there parking lot. Got to pay for that at my expense. I was told they didnt know what happened. Less than 9000 miles later the transmission leaks like a siv and on top of that I ended up having to have another shop look at it. They found unused bolts stuck to the magnetic transmission pan along with two sensors that were not even put back on. Overall I learned a valuable lesson from this. Do not do business with family or friends. This is what you will get.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was told that there were multiple cars in front of me and I waited a month before finding out, they did not want to work on my car after having me pay 120$. Every-time I called I barely got someone and when I did it was not the owner. When I voiced my concerns, I was told that he did not have time to listen to my complaints. Additionally, I had to remind everytime I called what I need. Very unprofessional environment. If you like to hear excuses, he s your car guy.

I LOVE this place! Robby Brown does such an amazing job that I don t trust my car with anyone else! They are very trustworthy and do an amazing job for an even better price! I recommend this shop to everyone I know. Definitely deserves at least five stars.

Wow! A TRULY honest mechanic!When my wife s transmission failed, Robbie went to the trouble of first finding out that there was a recall on the transmission, and then he drove our car to the dealer! The dealer fixed their portion, which left only the solenoids to be replaced by Robbie.To make a long story short, a job that I thought would cost us $2,500 only cost me a little more than $600! Robbie could have EASILY not looked up the recall info and just told me the transmission simply needed to be replaced.Thank you, Robbie. I will certainly be bringing our car back to you. I will truly be a very faithful customer of yours from now on!

On family emergency trip had contacted them to do some work to our tahoe during the trip fuel pump came disconnected and repairs in Mississippi cost me a 1000.00 dollars to fix don't recommend to use them

I paid them 1000.00$ to rebuild my transmission in March. In June the transmission went out again, being under warranty I took it back to get repaired again. The second time it took 6 weeks to get my truck back. Now 3 months later the transmission is out AGAIN. I will not recommend using their services.

He "rebuilt" my silverado transmission for $1400. It still shifted like garbage but he got it working again. It fell apart nine months later. Luckily I drive a lot and this happened inside the 1 year warranty. I finally called him after two weeks without a vehicle and he had lost my number and then when I went to pick it up at 4 on Friday, he left early for the weekend. Hopefully I won't have to deal with him again.

A transmission cannot be properly "rebuilt" in a few hours... mine wasnt shifting right afterwards so i took it back to hiim twice and he told me it was fine! About 30 miles after the second visit it died. 16,000 miles is all it went... i wouldnt recommend this shop!

Jerry had my car for weeks, car stopped within a month then. He had it for a week more and he still didn't repair what he said he would but charged me money for it. Now I'm spending more money for something he should had done. He's dishonest!!!
