My first visit was great, my head light was replaced by one of the young employees. A couple months later I went back there for the same issue, at first the employee who assisted said he will also be able to help me install it, then when it was time to do do the manager told me to go to a mechanic instead. I got refunded and went down the street to a competitor who did the job no problem.

Always has what I need and the staff are nice. It can be hard to get out of the parking lot. There is also an unnecessary speed bump in the parking lot that I always see people go around. Anyways, the staff are nice, the place is clean and organized, and also well stocked.

Emmanuel Hinds took care of me when I came in and he was so nice/ professional. He is a hard worker for this company and needs to be the manager instead of that girl she's rude.

Wonderful experience inside and outside of this auto zone location! Very helpful employee's along with respect from management. Have busy days like everywhere else has, but they keep it moving, making sure everyone leaves with a smile on our face Great job! Keep up your good work

I got the part I needed and it worked out wonderful but I had a twenty dollar store credit and the lady didn't do it correctly so it shows it got used but I did not receive the twenty dollars off of my part.

Melissa was Great in helping me find "The Mystery Headlight" for my '98 Formula TransAm Ws6, last minute for an out of state funeral.& Was very supportive & reassuring that i would have no problem handling it myself.She was right.I knocked it out in no time.Thanks Allot,I owe you one Gurl.

Friendly and helpful staff. Best service ever. Another place down the street said the battery I needed was too difficult to install, but not for these guys. He changed it out faster than I could replace a taillight.

The staff was very helpful, but the store seemed short staffed. I needed help with getting the battery out of the car but it was difficult for him to leave the store because he was the only one available. Not staffs fault. They just need more. The price and the service was good.

Very dissatisfied with our experience. We ordered a part yesterday and we were told it would be here today by employee. Went today to pick up the item in the evening and part was not at the store. When the tracking info was looked up it showed part was going from Mississippi to Kentucky arriving tomorrow (not showing Georgia were we live). So no estimate when to expect it here. We were told we would have to wait another day and then could receive a substitute or we could pay more today to get upgraded item which was in store. We finally asked for refund and put back other items we were going to purchase. We went elsewhere to purchase item. We noticed on refund slip that it was not correct and brought it to the employee's attention. Our problem has not been resolved and will be contacting corporate about the issue. The original receipt part was $44.99 before tax. The refund slip was $37.97 + $2.66 tax for a total of $40.63. Poor customer service.

I'll be honest, this isn't the first time this has happened at an Autozone. Please hire people who are knowledgeable about vehicles, otherwise customers get the wrong parts and are stuck with parts that they can't use. Like giving me disc brakes and not drum brakes. So O Reilly's will be getting my money. I'm officially done with Autozone.

I met with store manager Darwin in regards to a error made by another store in Nashville Tn.I m a traveling Construction Superintendent and I deal with Auto Zone because not only their great products but there is a store regardless of what state I m in.The store in Nashville made an error on my battery purchase for my diesel (2 batteries) the store in Nasville only recorded 1 battery under warranty. I was told to call the store to get it corrected but the only problem is a tornado demolished the building and it is no longer there so customer service contacted Darwin at the Winder Store.Darwin contacted me and I went to store and he made the mistake made in Nashville Good and Honored Auto Zone Warranty. He and his Staff are Very Professional and I m Thankful Customer Service Still Exist and I highly recommend this store.Thanks

Every time I order parts from the store it seems they never arrive from the hub the next day without fail it has happened every-time. I placed and paid for my part on Saturday was told it would arrive around 6pm on Sunday. I was in desperate need for this part to get to work Monday , and without fail it s 8pm they are closed and no one called me or picked up when I called them. Thanks autozone !

Had what I needed. Super helpful staff put my windshield wipers on for me. Also let me replace a brake light bulb without paying for it first to make sure it was a bulb problem and not a wiring problem.

Patsy the manager here was so helpful when our check engine light came on in the jeep. We had to call for directions and the guy who helped us also was very good. Great dependable service. No upsaling. Clean bathroom.

Called to order a part on Saturday. The KID on the phone assured me it would be there on Sunday by 6pm. When I got there he never ordered the part now I have to uber to work tomorrow. More money down the drain. From now on im going to spend my money elsewhere! On a side note the staff that was there was really nice to me maybe that kid shouldn't be working there as the staff knew exactly who I talked to on the phone! Sounds like he's been a problem before.

The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable, which is not usually the case with other AutoZone stores that I ve been to. They even had what I was looking for! Also unusual for me. I will definitely go back to that location again when I need to.

Employees are knowledgeable & helpful if u ask. However they did track down the waterpump w/gasket I needed. They had it at the store the day they told me. Price was cheaper than quoted. Also suggested a coolant flush before installing waterpump. But I was already going to do that.

I paid for a battery online at Autozone this morning. I swear by all that's HOLY and Honest, 15 minutes after I hit send the New Battery was driving up my driveway via Uber!!!!! I called to check on a price, the gentleman that answered the phone was really polite and very helpful. Unfortunately he gave me the wrong price (large difference) and apparently he was gone for the day because the two employees that i came into contact with were just rude.

Top notch. Went in with a problem with a battery problem. They diagnosed and resolved the issue at no charge. Went in to purchase some jumper cables and wiper blades and got solid advice without upselling pressure. Won't be going anywhere else.

I was not happy that I had to wait a long time for a simple car part. There were employees in the back that could have helped. Front cash register didn t work at all and manager was not being professional. I would not recommend to come to this location.
