We had been visiting family and the day we left had battery issues. I found Akins Ford doing a search online. They took care of us right away, got us in and out within an hour. They even let us bring our dog inside. They also provided free coffee, soda, and ice cream.

What a joke!! Typical for Akins though. They're going to get your wallet every possible way they can. Called up to order some parts instead of ordering on Ford's website. The pricing came back more than Ford's prices. When I questioned it, the associate laughed and said I wasn't the first person to say something but that yeah, they are more expensive than online. Thanks but no thanks Akins Ford!!

Great job! I got there a little late about 5:20. They did an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon and got out for a little over $30.00. Can't beat it. Great people doing a great job. See you guys soon.

I m not one to complain a lot, but now I am. When i ve taken my car here before I noticed that they don t put air in the tires, so this time I specifically asked for them to check air. (Which I did before I left) she even wrote it down got home tires were still 10-12 psi under what the tire is rated for. VERY AGITATED!!!!

Had many issue for my company with vehicles here. Taking hours and hours for oil changes, getting called to pick up a vehicle that was not at Akins, and going to pick up a truck that they had no record of even though I was the one that dropped it off hours earlier. Their organization and customer service has fallen off in the past few years. I used to recommend everyone get service here but not anymore. I would say instead find any place you trust. If akins is more expensive? Then go somewhere else.

The service here is the best. Great advisors and great service technicians. I ve never had a bad experience. They have the best price on maintenance. The best price on tires!

Needed an alignment on the 12th and was told they couldn't do it till the 26th.... I just cant see how an alignment rack is THAT busy. I feel like these guys pick and choose who/what they want to service. Terrible for their business

I made an appointment two weeks in advance. My truck sat there for two days and was never serviced. I picked it up the third day, still in services.

Love getting my vehicles serviced at Akins. They take great care of my vehicles and great care of me there lobby is very comfortable
