Both my daughters and my parents have gotten a car from K.K. , and we all are very happy with our vehicles . I love that they have a service department to handle routine maintenance or repairs, Neal was awesome and installed a few aftermarket accessories on our truck, it's always nice to see the same familiar faces as we did when we first walked in the door 9 years ago. GREAT people and really nice cars!

Went thru 2 cars and one the 3ed and the Alignment was and is messaged up and Fuel center was messed up and they won't fix either one

Got my car at the Cartersville location, but had to get the dome light fixed and Riley here at the shop in white is great to get it fixed in a timely manner. They also have tow trucks that they can come get you if you break down. Awesome service for the money!

This is probably the fourth time I ve called and gotten the lady with the bad attitude. She literally talks to me like garbage. Every time. At first, I chalked it up to she must be having a bad day. But now I know this is literally how she treats people. Do you guys just not care about customer service? It s left such a bad taste in my mouth that I d rather take my money and go somewhere else if this is how I m going to continue to be treated. No matter what, I am a paying customer and a human being. Maybe treat me like that instead of like I m beneath you. I want to set up an arrangement to pay you guys but I will not speak to that woman anymore.

We had a great experience getting a car from the White location. Lee was friendly and very personable. One of the best car buying experiences we have had.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, professional, and polite. The vehicle we test drive was well above expectations. Unfortunately it wasn t in our budget in the end. I would have rated it five stars, unfortunately I do have one complaint. Through shopping around for other vehicles I have come to notice the prices on some of their selection is much healthier higher than other dealership and even comparing to it prices found in CarMax. However, I still suggest shopping her for your next car if you re not on a budget.

Hands down the BEST buying experience Iv ever had... An emergency buy w only a couple of ours is never a good thing. NOT IN THIS CASE. I was scared about buy here pay here bc so many things can go wrong Roswell Auto arent the same. They take care of you even after your buy, they are helpful all the way threw and definitely a different breed from other lots... Ill never deal w another... Thanks, yall came threw at a time I really just needed ease and reliable...

Had a great experience. No one was pushy and they all were very down to earth unlike some of these other places that when you walk in you just feel uncomfortable. I haven't picked out the right car yet, but my whole family has and they are very highly recommended.

It was time for a new ride. So riding around with the Mrs. we drove by and saw several nice vehicles and I bought one. The service was prompt and courteous. All my questions were answered they made everything easy. I would recommend stopping by for a look for U too may find a new vehicle.

My experience with Roswell auto broker was so fantastic and wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family. They took the time to listen to me and put me in the car that I will be completely satisfied with. Hands down they made this my best car experience ever. Mike, Robin and Kay Kay they are the best.

Friendly , not pushy like most car lots I went to , biggest selection cause they have 5 or 6 stores between Calhoun and Cartersville, it was easy to get approved= a job , down payment and get insurance and I was riding in my 2016 Accord for $73 a week. Can't beat that. I will go back there in the future.for sure

Went all the from north Georgia to car lot after being told I was approved for loan and they had car I wanted ready but when got there they tried to give me a older truck that was not what wanted they not honest people

Very friendly receptionist. Free tires, you just dig through to find ur size. They put them on my van for a reasonable price

Friendly and helpful staff a very good selection of used vehicles most vehicles are high mileage it's an Auto Broker you're not going to get a warranty you know what you're getting when you deal with used vehicles but the staff seems to be willing to help the prices seem to be just a little on the high side but negotiable . all in all it seems to be a fairly well established used car lot

Myself, husband, and nephew stopped by to look a specific truck we were very interested in purchasing a about 5:45 Friday evening a.d were told very rudely that they were closing and we needed to leave! ! Wow don't they work on commission? ??
