Absolutely LOVE Ricky and his staff! They have always been available when I need them and if not, they somehow open a slot no matter how big or small the issue is. My company also takes all our cars to him and trust him very much.

If I could rate him at 1,000 I would. I love this place. Ricky really takes care of me and he's the only person I trust with my car . He's great at what he does if you're looking for a dependable , experienced , trustworthy mechanic take your vehicles to RICKY!!!! You will not be disappointed!

My son was traveling to Florida and had a piece from under his car dragging..called this place to see if they could take a look and they said to send him right over. Even though he had other work, he came right out and removed the piece and assured my son he did not need to replace it and wished him a safe trip. Thankful for his help and kindness! Definitely highly recommend!

Strickland Automotive is the best place around. Owner Ricky makes sure your vehicle is taken care of throughly. He replaced my engine in my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche & all hoses/belts. It runs like a hoss now. He has also repaired a few other things. If your check engine light comes on, stop by & see Ricky. If it's a quick fix, he will take care of you right away. Thank you Ricky for taking such great care of my truck.

They fit my daughter's car in for service on VERY short notice. Being over twelve hours away, it was nice to know that my daughter was in good hands. She said her car was fixed quickly and everyone was very nice. The price was also reasonable, making this a very satisfactory experience. She will be sure to take her car to Strickland's again should it need servicing in the future. THANKS SO MUCH!

I have been a customer for many years and have ALWAYS been treated with honesty, superior workmanship and excellent service. Ricky is ethical and takes care with his precision work. Ronnie is capable and one of the best mechanics I have ever encountered. You cannot go wrong with Strickland's

DO NOT take your car to this place! I work in west point but live 40 miles away. My car broke down in west point and needed a place to have it fixed so I towed it to this place to have it checked out and I got back on the road and went home (since I had to be back at work the next day and also had issues to take care of at home). 24 hours later - I still did not receive a call from them. I had to CALL THEM to check up on my car AFTER 24 HOURS! They said the transmission is gone so basically needs a new one. I told them to hold the car as I had to figure out a way to have a company buy the junk car and for me to buy a new one. This was not going to be easy - since I work as a temp and do not get any paid time off - so I had to be at work and could not miss many days or I could lose my job. Not to mention I had to find a ride to work because I live 40 MILES AWAY. A few days went by and I called them to tell them that I found a company that had to come out of town to buy my old car (which was only worth about $150.) This place charged me $85 just to see what was wrong with the car - which they did not tell me UPFRONT what the cost would be when I initially brought it in. I know places in my home town that only charge $35 to put it on a machine to tell you the problem! This company took extra steps (they claim)to find the type of transmission it needs etc. and did unnecessary work just to justify the price - when I never told them I even wanted them to fix it in the first place! I only wanted to know WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT! So instead of helping me out, they decided to charge me $200 for holding the car at their place. NO Help, No discount, No sympathy whatsoever. And when I had to get the car from the back of their shop - it was stuffed in the back with trash and tree leafs all on top of it. While I was in the back, they did not even check up on me to make sure everything was ok when I was trying to dig the car out to have it towed! Don't be fooled by their pretty little website - its all "show and no go." These people need a class on how to LISTEN to the customer instead of arguing with the customer. These people are money hungry - STAY AWAY from this place. Hundreds of people drive many miles to work at the big auto plant here in West point just like me and I will be sure to warn them about this place! I recommend trying Valley Auto Service or any other car service in West Point.

You can trust them. Best oil change around, so fair on prices. Ricky and all the staff are wonderful to deal with and always go the extra mile. 5 stars.
