Not a good place to do business with,they want payment on everything up front but take time getting to your vehicle. Not happy with the way they do business at all.

I called in desperation because my husbands truck had broke down. An older man answered the phone, I told him my husband was in dire need that he was stranded and did he have someone that could tow his truck back to Waycross from Millwood. He abruptly said no and hung up on me. He advertises they provide towing service. Thank you The Body Shop for your prompt and friendly service !!

They now have a Secretary. I had to pay every week and if I was even a day late my car would be turned off. You don't have to set up your payments that way though. He will work with you. The one thing I didn't like was that before he got a secretary the mechanic did everything and the other man was never there or too lazy to get up to see what you wanted. Things are better now that he hired help. I would recommend this company.

The verdict is still out! Waiting on owner to give payoff amount(car was totalled) to insurance company( it's been over a month)... Smells like some extra milking going on! Will review again after this dealership gets necessary documents to the insurance company.

Was great to deal with. Always did what they said and did it and on time. We had our Mercury Montego for 4 years and put over 200K on it and on it until it had an electrical fire and totaled it. It had bee long paid off.++++

This is not a good place to do business with. The service is less than bad. Office is always closed. Spend more time trying to make payments than actually making payments on vehicle purchased there. The mechanic seems to be the only person who actually works there and I'm sure he is underpaid. Another instance of a son trying to run a business made successful by his father and failing miserably.

Really had a great experience with them! They work hard to help you out and not only that they are not out to con people! Everyone is so friendly and down to earth! I would recommend them!

They helped us get the vehicle we wanted and make sure there was nothing wrong and if there was a fixed it answered any questions we had and we're always there when we needed them today

Staff is ok
