I want to give zero stars bc I ve been sitting under the little red tent they want us to stand under for service 25+ mins with no one to take my order I went inside 2 times the guy Matt told me that someone was going to help me second time the guy Matt was a great assist but the other guy just sat there while I was just standing there so Matt ended up just ringing me up inside since nb could help give me a oil change

Stood in line for 10 minutes before getting any help. Got skipped in line. Now I ve been standing outside waiting for them to take my paper for another 10 minutes. Don t come here if you actually have anything to do.Update: I ended up leaving after waiting for 45 minutes and not getting any help. Absolutely worthless.

Took car in for oil change they only ones that have done it. Yet this time they put they engine cover in the trunk and don't tell us why. When asked they say it's on the paper there was onmy one screw holding it on. It's like okay so when ya took it off where the other screws go. It's was not faulty when it was left but they say it was dragging under car. Not happy they gave poor excuse did not fix it nor even have decency to say what they had done just placed it in the trunk and hoped we drove away. Good job we had shopping to go in the back to find it. Will never recommend next time going to do it our selves.

Do not get your oil changed here!! I got mine done the other day and they didn t put oil in! After that our spark plugs went out our mass air flow sensor went out and now our ignition coils!! All because they messed up our oil change!

First of all I went in last week to have two tires replaced after being told on the phone that they had went back and checked and had 4 of these tires in stock. I went there was checked in and waited in the store for about an hour only to be told they didn't have the tires. Then I went back yesterday and the guy who did the service put the new ones in the back instead of the front which was clearly requested after bringing this to their attention they told him he has to pull it back in at which point he started acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum. He was slamming my tires around and just being very excessive. A few of them acted as if this was nothing new for him so my question is why do you have someone who acts like this working on people's cars. God forbid he does something that causes someone to have an accident due to his neglect and ignorance.

Very slow, sometimes takes forever to get someone at the register. Said they had tires i needed after checking and then didn't have them

Got there at 10:45, they let me know they were busy which is a usual. I go in walmart to shop a little and come back at 1 and I'm 4th in line.. okay I walk around and finally just take a seat. I see they finally get my car and I watch as they stop and talk to everyone as they pass one even stops to pick his nose several times. 3pm rolls around and the manger "Brad I think is his name" asks what I'm waiting on because I've been there a while, I tell him the tire change they are working on now and he rushes out and gets the ball rolling. I finally get out of there at 3:45ish. This was ridiculous!!

Usually a busy place but after waiting the staff is friendly and takes care of you! Great prices too.

You get there at ten til 7 and wait 4 hours and they say there s nothing wrong with your tire when there s a leak in them. Garbage place. Do not come here. They don t care. Don t deserve to be open.

Waycross tire center is slow I got here when it opened at 7am now its going on 10:30am. So if you come here be prepared to wait a long time..

I was only getting motor oil before grocery shopping. The associate that was working in that isle was very helpful. I was able to find everything I wanted.

Got here at 11:00 A.M for an oil change. They told me I was third in line and they just pulled the second car in at 1. That s an hour per change.
