Legit the best car buying experience I've ever had. I inquired about a Tundra a few months before I was ready to purchase. Kelly, the sales manager, reached out and was not pushy when I told her that I wasn't ready to commit to anything. She periodically followed up but some other dealerships would call or text me every other day.Then, when I was ready to come look, Kelly and Noel Harris - an allstar salesman - welcomed me with open arms. I was able to negotiate a great deal and while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered, Noel provided solid updates each step of the way.Finally, upon delivery, the finance manager was easy to work with and clearly explained all the options.I've never been happier with my new car and a big part was how great WJT was to work with. If I could give ten stars to Walker Jones Toyota, I would.

Last Sept Nikki Brantley helped us as we looked for new vehicle. After many visits we decided on 2023 RAV4. Nikki never pressured us and was very knowledgeable. Even after purchase she helped us with any questions we had and helped link my phone to vehicle. I took new RAV4 for first service appt. this morning and Ryan and Journey were helpful and courteous. Very pleased with service we have received so far.

Even if you are walking, RUN from Walker Jones. They will advertise a lower price on their website, then try to hide a ~15% upcharge as a "fee they have to charge". When you call them on it, it's because "it's the first 24 model on the lot". I wasted 4 hours of my Saturday, just to walk out and buy another truck 10k cheaper an hour away. Do not trust them and do not buy from them.

I was initially looking for a 12 V battery for my 2012 Toyota Prius C hybrid. I was having a very difficult time trying to get someone to help me called Walker Jones, in Waycross talked to a gentleman named Glenn, which is awesome by the way, he made it a mission to help me and I appreciate that because he was the first one to actually try to help me even though I m from Brunswick and these people don t know me from Adam. I drove to Waycross then I find out that it s not that battery that it was actually my hybrid battery. (Ugh no!) They were so good to me and treated me like family, and you don t get that Service hardly anywhere anymore . I definitely am a huge fan of Walker Jones, Toyota, and their team. I will be buying my next car from Walker Jones Toyota in Waycross, Georgia. You guy rock!!

I came in for an oil change and routine service. The staff was great. Everything I needed to have done was done. I waited for my vehicle in the waiting area. I think it took less than an hour to get everything done. I think the price is a little bit high, but that's to be expected in a small city with little competition.

Beyond great experience purchasing a vehicle from Walker Jones Toyota. We found online that they had a Highlander Hybrid arriving in a ~Month, I clicked that I was interested in the vehicle on their website, got a call within ~5 min and then completed all the pre-buying work that same day. Come a month later and the vehicle arrives, they let me know, we came in (drove 2 hours) and they had all the paper work and everything ready to complete the purchase (took less than 1 hour). The sales and financing staff were wonderful to work with. One of the best car buying experience I've had of yet.

The car that I purchased was not the car I received. No heated seats & Steering wheel. No rain sensing wipers. But....charged the same price! Should have deducted the extras off for the car I got. I didn't notice until I had 600 miles on it. Too late to do anything about it! They didn't seem to care. Today I came in for scheduled service with my 7 year old. We walked through the show room to the waiting area & the most vulgar words played loudly from a salesmans phone while he laughed. I yelled seriously & took my child outside. Reported it to the girl in service. Again I guess it's no big deal to them but my child don't hear stuff like that. This place is the most unprofessional place EVER! Now I know why my family & friends go to Brunswick!

We took our 2021 Tacoma several times for warranty work (oil change, etc.) since we moved to Waycross last February. The service team members are great.Unfortunately, that truck was rear-ended on 12.22.23. We had the truck towed back to Toyota since we didn't know where to go. The little we dealt with the bodyshop was good. We didn't follow through with the repair as we traded the truck in for a Rav4.Nikki Brantley is our sales person and she is an asset to Toyota. She wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale. She is knowledgeable on the vehicles and accessories. If she isn't sure about something, she asks instead of giving faulty information. She said if we had any questions to call or stop by and we have. She was just as pleasant and friendly as she was when she was making her sale. She took more time with us than the sales person at Toyota of Melbourne did.Yes, I recommend Walker Jones Toyota!

Sales at the mega center gave me the lowest offer for the vehicle purchased new from walker jones with 12,000 miles. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend them.

It was good other than dealing with Blake Boyd I believe that is his name that works in the Toyota service area. He has an attitude toward me when i went up there. And because he doesn t keep up with anything i had to go up there 3 times for the same thing. So i went to someone else and got it all fixed.

Had to buy a little rubber bushing/grommet for my wife's 2003 Corolla to repair the linkage between the gear shift knob and the gear shift cable. Can get on Amazon or e-bay for $8. Toyota has them for $2.50.

Absolutely wonderful! Walker Jones Toyota has met my every need in a friendly and timely manner. I am buying my third Toyota today (I like to change up fairly often) and as usual I am not disappointed! The staff is very helpful and stand by their word when it comes to warranty and etc. Kayli has been very helpful and we had a good conversation through out the visit! I couldn't imagine buying a vehicle from anyone else when Toyota always meets my needs. Feel free to stop in and receive the same great service I have for all these years!!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had, and I ve bought many cars over my lifetime! Transaction was very easy. Paperwork was ready when I arrived! I requested no phone calls during the bargaining process, and my wishes were well respected! All was handled by texting. Everyone was super nice! The manager, finance person, and the salesman! Highly recommend WJ!

Everyone involved in this transaction went above and beyond my expectations. They were patient, informative, and kind.Hunter Lane was extremely helpful and personable. Big purchases like this typically give me anxiety, but he was able to make the experience fun and memorable. I have no doubt that I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I tried to get in touch with a sales person at Toyota, after being transferred a few times, I ended up with a voicemail. I called back and, again, after being transferred a few times, they just hung up this time. I guess I'll give my business to somebody else who values customers' time properly and can actually answer a phone call.

Well I m not sure how to begin but here goes. I helped twin boys get some good starter trucks. One a 2000 and the other 2004. Both were Toyota Tacoma 4 wheel drives. Both trucks appeared to have some minor issues. We took both trucks up there to Walker Jones Toyota. Apparently the regular service person who writes the vehicles up and gets things taken care of wasn t there. So an individual was standing in to help this process. (10/08/21)Friday that s 6 days ago. He wrote down my name, phone number the vin numbers and what I would like done to these two vehicles and took the keys for both vehiclesI returned to the dealership today Thursday (06/14/21) that s 6 days to find out nothing had been done. I asked Mr Blake for an update. He said they were outback and they would try to get them worked in but they are busy and short handed. He said he already had vehicles on the schedule and didn t know when he could get them worked in. He then gave me a phone number to call to get the trucks on the schedule. My question is why hasn t this been done already. He didn t know. So I called the number and they are now on the schedule.Why wasn t the number offered to me to begin with. I wasn t aware.

The dumbest service scheduling process in the world. Not to mention they hire anyone to work on your car. The young man who helped me with my appointment was fantastic and earned an extra star.

I just had a marvelous experience of buying my new Prius C at Walker Jones Toyota in Waycross. They worked with me - gave me a very good deal and made everything so clear that it didn't take me hours but minutes to get this thing worked out. I enjoyed their honesty and their ability to get what I needed even though they didn't have it at first. Friendly, reliable, and good-humored, I enjoyed making the sale with them. I recommend Walker Jones Toyota.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment to have my Toyota Highlander serviced (oil change and tire rotation). They had the work completed in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient.

My experience at Walker Jones was excellent. Bill is the best just recently purchased a Chrysler 200 from there and Bill was on point very informational and very helpful even after. I wouldn't go anywhere else...

absolutely terrible service!!!! took my 2014 Toyota tundra to them to have a simple oil change. after i get home i see oil all over my brand new 12K dollar drive way the root cause of the problem is because they didn't even snug up the oil filter housing. the oil filter cover still had the wrench and special socket attached to it when i took the skid plate off to see what was going on the oil filter and everything associated with the filter fell off. i called the service manager there and all i got was sorry. not even a simple free oil change or a reimbursement of my $70 . DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

On May 4th 2021 I took my tundra in for routine maintenance. I had the transmission flushed, differentials flushed and a new engine drive belt put on. On May 5th 2021 the drive belt shredded wrapping around the fan pulley. I can see where part of the belt looks it is half way off of a pulley maybe the tension wasn't adjusted. Called this morning to tell service manager and sent pictures. Waiting on rollback from them 4hrs.

Love Fern Stevenot at Walker Jones Toyota. I have been looking for a new car forever and just happen to see an add from Walker Jones. Fern called me the next day and she got me more for my car that I was trading in and made me a sweet deal on a 2018 TOYOTA CHR Premium. Go see Fern and she will treat you right. Very friendly dealer ship. I will up date on service department when I take my in my car for the 5k service.
