Spoke with Bob Setzer about finding a used vehicle and he was super helpful. I ended buying from another dealership but highly recommend Bob and the Walker Jones team. They will go out of their way to help you find what you want. Great customer service!!!

I had a bad experience with Walker Jones about a battery but I was able to speak with the right persons to get replaced due to it being under warranty. I brought my 2nd vehicle from them also. Great place to shop for a good vehicle.

Every moment of our car buying experience at Walker Jones was pleasant and stress free! Our salesman, Austin, was friendly, helpful, and definitely understood the assignment! He found us the perfect vehicle and the finance team wrapped it all up in a friendly way. 10/10 recommended Walker Jones!!

I went to Walker Jones for a front end alignment.On my 2011 Camaro SS. As it was there, they were telling me that It needed a camber bolt in order for them to do the alignment after arguing with the mechanic and service manager for about 15 minutes. The service manager gives me my money back and tells me to go somewhere else if I can get the job done better. So I did go somewhere else, went to Aaron's down the road from them, and Aaron's was able to do the alignment without the camber bolt Walker Jones tried to up sell me $200 for a camber bolt kit that I didn't need I have been a repeat customer of Walker Jones for 8 to 10 years. I have never been treated in that manner. I do not think I will be going back to Walker Jones to do any more. Business I was about to purchase a AT4 2500 Pick up truck brand new But I think I will carry my business somewhere else.

We came to Walker Jones in search of a roomy family vehicle as my current was just too small. Upon calling we came in touch with salesman Dylan Swenson. He was able to search through all of the inventory and pick out vehicles that met our needs and were in our price range. When arriving at the dealership he had vehicles ready to test drive and went over APR , prices, and payments immediatly. He was very personable and made the process as smooth as possible. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a purchase, it was almost like working with a really good friend. I will definitely be returning to Walker Jones Mega center for my next vehicle and will request Dylan specifically.

I NEVER VISITED THIS PLACE! I do not know why Google has it on my review list but I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM DUE TO jennifer pittman.. They could'nt GIVE me a car that I'd keep!I had filed for bankruptcy,and started receiving mail from them due to them seeing this on public record,and thinking they could help me get a car. I NEVER CONTACTED THEM FOR THIS!After receivng 3 letters from them,I called and spoke to jennifer pittman. I asked her how she knew that I was going through bankruptcy,and then told her to stop sending me cards and letters,because my Camaro WAS NOT DECLARED,AND I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN DOING ANYTHING WITH THEM!From that day on,I received an unmarked card or letter from her every week or so! I finally called her boss Brandin,and told him that I was NOT interested in doing any business with them,and the borderline harassment from j pittman needed to stop NOW! He snickered,apologized,and then said that he would "take care of it."I was to the point of having my Attorney gettting involved;but have not received anything in a few days,so hopefully the problem was "taken care of."Some people need to learn that NO MEANS NO!

I went to Walker Jones because I have had such great service there in the past. I have had several Dodge Ram Pickups over the years, and they have always looked after me. The Staff are so helpful, in particular Julianne Mullis, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went just right.

I could say so much about the helpfulness, generosity and the over unselfishness I received. This place has helped me out tremendously and are willing to go above and beyond to much sure me and other customers are satisfied. They are patient and willing to work with as long as you are willing to work with them. Walker Jones Mega Center truly care about the customers that come to their lot and have an open mind and actually listen to what the customers wants. They are more than truthful when helping customers and making sure things are done right by the customer. Thank you so much Walker Jones Mega Center you all have truly been a light in the darkness.

Mrs. Marrisa worked with my wife and I. Kept me updated with new arrivals as they did not have the one we wanted at the time. Purchased a very nice 2022 Honda Civic! My wife loves it! Amazing job Walker Jones Honda!

I bought a truck on Oct 4th and took possession of said vehicle, trading my 2017 car which Walker Jones has. Financing should have been completed and I should have been able to register my truck before the temp tags expire on 11/26. My trade in vehicle has not yet been paid off.Financing is not finalized because Walker Jones failed to provide all the info we had given them and then ignored the lender when the lender returned the financing to them. The returned loan sat in limbo for weeks until we finally called the lender wanting to make a payment. Finally we are getting somewhere since we, not Walker Jones, provided the missing info. Walker Jones states that they received funding...however, my trade in is still not paid off. So I now have to make a payment on my old vehicle and my current auto loan.when trying to get this resolved, Walker Jones had an attitude that they could care less about their customer. Basically said their end of the deal is done. Go contact lender. It's their problem now. I have the text message to prove it. This was the biggest mess I have ever experienced to purchase a vehicle in my life, and I have purchased a few. My advice...steer clear. Not worth dealing with them. I wish I had gone someplace else. Dylan Swenson from the mega center is seriously the BEST! From customer service, to getting me the best vehicle, and still being in my price range! I ll never work with anyone or anywhere else. Quality makes a difference, and I was SOLD and left with the vehicle I ve been dreaming of THAT DAY!

I am completely satisfied with Walker Jones service department. I requested my rack and pinion to be replaced because of it leaking. My 2008 GMC Sierra was fixed promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service or repair to their vehicle. Thank you Walker Jones for the work and respect along with the proficient way my repair was handled.

My previous post of WALKER JONES I wanna say they made good on fixing my 2000 Cadillac DTS. It was a challenge and took what seem to be forever. But my car is finally fixed. Fixed stuff one their mechanics messed up after allowing this guy to fix one the side. But Toby worked it out with me and I satisfied. Toby said the next time I needed something come to him.

Not very happy with sales staff. Never got a call back THREE times about my credit application after receiving a letter offering to "help" with financing. Made me think was that letter just designed to make a sale, or actually help. I would be satisfied if I could have someone from there just be honest, because isn t it customary to call someone back and not ignore them?They just lost a sale and a customer. Very angry to lead someone with false intent of help.when all it seems is a letter to get a lead in.

If you've had to file bankruptcy, don't waste time looking anywhere else. I was turned down by four, "Bankruptcy Specialists"... I was approved in 7 minutes, by Austin and the team at Walker Jones, mega center. It's worth the short drive.
