I really appreciate all the people in the parts & service department.Doing business with Tom Nehl has been pleasurable.They get me what I need & do quality work. I really appreciate Mr & Mrs Luke Altemose in the service department.They are very knowledgeable and caring people. They go above and beyond to see to it you re back on the road with the least amount of downtime possible.Yeah Tom Nehl!!!Luke and Danielle deserve a raise.Their customer service is going to keep your customers happy and coming back for future service.

I came in to ask questions about my truck. I enjoyed how professional these guys were. Luke has been a big help answering my questions and steering me into em the right direction. The other guy in the parts department ( I forgot his name. Sorry) with the butterfly tattoo on his left arm was very nice and helpful as well. Keep hiring people like them because with these guys in your corner your truck shop will always have professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere.

I would like to thank the Waycross shop, they helped me when I ran out of fuel and I didn't think good people existed no more. They have giving me faith that good people still exist and help you out. I highly recommend them and God bless them for all they do. I'm he 23 Peterbilt guy who was stuck in the middle of the overpass. Thank you.

These guys were promt, professional, and the most upfront shop I ve been to in a long time. I m a owner operator who popped their service line in the middle of the night and also broke my 7 pin on my trailer. I read the reviews here waited until they opened and explained what happened. They jumped right on my truck and had me in and out in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Appreciate you guys for not making this a dreadful experience. Thank you

Good people, ruby does an excellent job taking care of my needs. She eill ship my parts same day to a shop for me. Good inventory. Andy Grady and Cliff here for your needs as well

Never like to have to go to a shop but if I do this is the best! Christopher McCarthy is always awesome and is very good at keeping me updated on progress. All staff, the mechanics to office personnel are always nice and actually seem to care. If I have to go to a shop this is my 1st choice.

I called this location to return a core part before going to Jacksonville, FL Tom Nehl which the rep stated I could return at this location since it s the same company. I arrived at this location and the manager said I can t return at this location since I don t have an account. My only option is driver another 2hr to Jacksonville, FL location. I will avoid purchasing parts at any Tom Nehl moving forward.

I highly recommend these guys. Luke and his team treated me like it was their truck that was down do to my regen. They had me in and out within 24hrs only because I had to wait on the parts. They were professional and courteous. I cannot forget they dropped me off and pick me up from my hotel. Thank you I really appreciate that.

After having more than 1 Volvo shop check my truck and charge me without resolving my emissions issue I made the 275 mile trip to Tom Neil to have them evaluate the problem. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous to me. I arranged my day there in advance and they were able to find the problem and correct it that same day. Techs were very helpful in explaining to me everything that they were doing as far as the repair, they showed me the parts they removed and explained the failures to me. They explained the checkout procedure. They had all the parts available that were needed which really surprised me because the other shops would check it out and tell me what they thought the problem was but then they would charge me four to $600 and tell me just to keep driving because they couldn't get the parts. Everyone at the shop was courteous and professional and most of all they understand that as an owner operator these trucks are our livelihood and when they are down we are not only spending money but we are not making money either. They showed me things that I did not even know about the truck that should be included in regular maintenance. This being my first compliant truck there was a lot that I did not know. Any planned repairs that need to be done, I will return to these guys for service. Thank you Tom Neil Truck Co service department!

Yes I didn't visit here I picked up a load of filters that was for our Dublin store one time and then another time we did a load that come back to us in Atlanta we hope to continue to keep doing business let's keep up the good work thank you and God bless

We order semi parts here at Tom Nehl all the time. The staff are always friendly and are ready to help. Ms. Ruby is our go to person at the Waycross location.
