Roberson Ford fixed my F150 that a Ford Dealership in PA worked on for 4 days and charged me $1000 and DIDN'T fix anything. Roberson Service was great (Matt was prolite, professional and kept me informed) and most of all the tech was competent and fixed the problem. Thank you Roberson Service.

What a great place to have your Ford serviced. This is my go to repair facility from routine care to a new engine swap. ALL the staff are friendly and special shout out to service manager Matt Stone who keeps you up to date on what you need for trouble free motoring. Tech Austin went the extra mile to fix an issue that the "other" dealer failed TWICE!! Thanks Robbie R for a great experience.

Went In to see why heater wasn t working , and what was causing coolant leak, told me I hand blown head gaskets and quoted me $7,000 for a new engine and turned out it needed the water pump and thermostat replaced

Excellent salesmanship from David! Professionalism from every person we came in contact with. When we first entered their facility, we advised them we were highly compromised and needed to be careful. We did not have to remind them of this not one time. Our salesman, David, advised everyone to practice distancing and take precautions with us just as we had asked. David and the others in the facility treated us with the utmost respect and I cannot express enough the professionalism and respect we received while doing business with them. We highly recommend them!!

These folks saved me. Really.My car broke just off I-95 in the middle of nowhere. I had to sleep on a screen porch.I called the next morning and they were crazy busy but squeezed me in.They had me on my way in 90 minutes.Very nice and really accommodating.

I see from the reviews that selling cars are their thing but not working on them!!! I called to get an appt for my car and I was given a date for 2 weeks later and that is fine. So the beginning of September I dropped my car off to see about the transmission. It is now the end of October and I still have not rec'd my car!!! I have been 2 mths without a car!!! I have asked about a rental in which my extended warranty does cover from the time I dropped my car off but I have been given the run around on that too. Everytime I call I get the run around on the update of my car!!! I am a very patient person but my patience is gone!!! I will be calling someone on Monday to see what or where I go to file a formal complaint!!! DO NOT take your car here for service either!!! I take my car in for service and this transmission problem should have been caught before now!!! When I looked at my last service they were to check all fluids and everything but the transmission was checked off. They just put not checked for some reason and now I know why!!! I can just about bet you that when I do eventually get my car back, there will be problems!!!!

I have always had nothing but praise for this dealership. I would have continued to give them a 5 star rating except for the fact that their service department has slipped recently. I find it much more difficult to obtain an appointment and on my last visit, not all of the requested service work was performed. This is extremely frustrating since I do not live in the Waycross area, I only visit there about twice a month.I know that they have had turnover in the service department so I hope that the service improves going forward.

Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond. The service center is amazing and you can truly trust their technicians with your vehicle. The shuttle service during services and online appointment scheduling is also a major perk and convenience. I was able to get 2 recalls and an oil change done in less than 2 hours. Robbie Roberson will definitely be my permanent choice for vehicle needs.

In short (poor service, overpriced,just want to get you out )full story Took my mustang in for wheel bearings to be done , when I booked the car in I asked if they could just look underneath the car if they need to repair anything else, the lady that booked the car in agreed BUT they did not look under the car.When I received the car I asked if there were any more problems that needed to be fixed, they said no but when I drove home I noticed a squeaking noise and called them back to hear if the mechanic had noticed something, they just said that the car was just brought for wheel bearings and not to be diagnosed, what is worse is that they charged me more for the job than they gave me a quote forThe customer service and quality is not held to any standards,

Longtime customer. Bought my first car here and have used their service department for everything. Today, I picked up my car from the service department. It needed a tire change. Took it in Friday got it back Wednesday. Felt like I was given the runaround when I called to check up on the progress. First it was wrong tire sent. Then the wrong tire again. Finally the right tire was received and put on. Now, this could have been true, but the fact the don t call to tell me of an issue and I have to keep calling them about what s taking so long on one, has made me want to go elsewhere. We had a good run Robbie Roberson Ford but I feel it s time for me to move own. I wish y all the best of luck.Service: Tires

While they do offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on new purchases, they unfortunately add on an additional $3,000 markup on every new vehicle they sell, which is just not how car dealerships should do business, especially in times like these with gas prices skyrocketing through the roof, and folks still recovering from the pandemic. I was shocked that they would take advantage of these situations to price gouge their clients by charging such high fees to purchase a new vehicle which they have very little stock on hand as it is. My take is that YOU DESERVE BETTER, no honest business takes advantage of it's customers just because IT CAN. That's not how you deserve to be treated, and I for one, would NOT do business with this group of con-artists. You're far better off taking your business to nearby Blackshear to Mike Burch Ford where such shenanigans aren't carried on. If they're willing to take advantage of you at the start of doing business with them, it's highly likely they'll continue to take advantage of you in the future. I'm sorry, I don't do business with those who value the $$$ over their relationships with their customers. It's their loss that they refused to give this DISABLED VETERAN a break on the cost of a new vehicle. They can find customers who are MORE gullible than I, but it's my recommendation that you take your valuable business ELSEWHERE. They don't deserve it. They're price gouging folks, and I will not stand for it or support it. If you wish to do so, by all means, feel free to let them take advantage of you, I refuse to let them do this to me. I SHOULD HOPE YOU'LL CHOOSE LIKEWISE.

I bought my used vehicle at this dealership last year. After the purchase, they introduced me to Adam, who is part of the Service Team. Smart move! I ve had several repairs completed and when I drive away, I know the work was completed correctly.I drive 65 miles one way to visit this Service Department, so that should speak for itself!Service: Auto engine tuning

Dewey was a lot of help getting us the vehicle we needed & at the right price. Office staff was very friendly. Even though this is the first vehicle we have bought from Robbie Roberson, we have had our vehicles serviced there for a few years. Adam does a great job scheduling the repairs and service department works hard to get it done in a timely manner.

First i will say that the older gentleman was nice, for that i give them a star. Besides that the experience was a waste. I was looking to compare something i customized at the chevy dealership across the street. I bring that print out in to ask some questions so i can compare trims, accessories, etc. I was basically told to go online and configure it. I've been a computer consultant for over 10 years. I know that if someone comes to me to for advice on comparison they don't know the difference between an AMD and Intel processor. They rely on me to help them make an informed decision. To translate the difference in product lines and choices. That is what i expected and where they failed. There was no one in the show room at all. Darn near a ghost town. The gentleman didn't even try and say let's look at what you got.As a Ford Explorer owner i was disappointed. I guess its time to switch sides as i go for my first 2500 class truck. Those guys at Chevy were great and helped me understand what i was getting. They said, "Hey order the truck and you can cancel it if you want, we know its gonna sell". They wanted my business and they will get it.

I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 3 years from this dealership in which I have had great customer service to achieve a good deal on my vehicles. Lyn Wooten and Robbie Roberson have been very helpful with the finance options and rebates on the new vehicles in excess of 90k in vehicles. I would recommend anyone to use this great dealership for their knowledge and honesty in buying a new vehicle.
