I stopped in to have my battery tested, and Colby was very happy to do so. Turned out I needed a new one. Colby changed my battery out for me in no time. It was great to finally go to an auto parts store where they genuinely like to help customers. Great Job and Thank you Colby again brother.

They will tell you if they don't have the idem in they're store they will send for it if it's in any of they're other outlets. Fast service as always and they always offer the lesser price but warranties very because of that reason. If it's auto parts you need stop there and see. Two thumbs up for real.

A friend of mine named James living and I went to O'Reilly's to get some power steering fluid for his truck they treat us real good and gave us a paper towel to wipe the phone out that we were going to use other than that the guy was real respectful real nice and I appreciate that cuz that goes a long way with me respect with my thanks and sincerely Calvin a Rollins senior

My Mother had an issue with her car battery that I was taking care of. Jamey, the Manager, in Waycross, GA and his staff were more than helpful. Jamey is a definite asset to your company! He's one of the most pleasant, professional & down to earth people I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. I highly recommend (not all O'Reillys) but in particular, this location. Thanks again Jamey! Olivia

Bad experienceManager although was with a trainee there were only two customers in the store including myself.I spent 45 minutes trying to buy tail lights. Cut my fingers doing soHad to buy gloves and the manager had no interest in my situation.Finally came out after I asked him to. Couldn't fix it so I left.Went next door to AutoZoneManager was glad to come out and help and quickly diagnosed that I needed a tail light assembly.I thanked him and went on my way.THANK YOU AUTOZONEI'll be shopping with YOU next time

About a year ago I switched from an online auto parts distributor to my local Oreilly's. The guys here are always helpful and work hard to find the fastest way to get the parts I need. I have nothing but positive things about this location.

I do NOT SEE how this place was rated 4.5. These people can be so rude. Park where THEY don't want you to. They cannot keep the same.manager for more than 6 to 9 months. They give their neighbor customers grief. We ask no one use these people. One time workers were sitting on the hood of my car smoking when I came to get in it. Ya I was livid, I do not smoke!

Randall is not helpful at all. Asked if I drove over 2000 miles and there s no oil in my truck how quarts of oil do I need. Oh that s up to you I don t know how many u need. Wow what good are if you don t know anything. Maybe the sunflower seeds you were eating might have taken you away from earth.

Whenever i need anything for my vehical, they always have it. A bigger variety of cleaning products, always great to have. They staff is also very helpful.

We were AutoZone shoppers until today. Battery died and Chuck tested and replaced our battery. Not an easy task on a Nissan Quest. He saved the family vacation. Thanks Chuck!!!!
