Bought 4 new tires at a great price.Had an alignment done and my truck gave their guy a hard time.Their Guy went above and beyond to the point of bringing the owner of the company who did my lift over to prove it was a bad ball joint On a brand new lift kit. Both shops came to an agreement and it hasn t cost me anything. These guys are great, respectful and help solve my problems Highly recommended big thumbs up. Thank you so much.The other shop will finish it up under warranty at again no charge.Love, living in small town, Georgia where shops work together For the better Of the community.

I purchased a set of rims on Ebay being that I live out of state because these guys came highly recommended and the pricing was more than fair. The sales person Peyton helped recommend a slightly different offset rim to help with my rubbing tires situation and I'm glad I took his advice, he also was able to find and ship to me the matching lug nuts. The shipping company lost the lug nuts and one of the rims was defective which wouldn't have even mattered to me if it wasn't a show truck. John and Peyton worked to help make it right even when I started getting frustrated because of the imperfections of the second rim that was delivered. Again, none of these issues were their fault, it was just my luck with the shipper/manufacturer who delivered the items. At the end of the day Peyton worked with his manager John to make sure I was happy in the end.

Customer service was terrible. I called earlier to give a phone number for her to call when the truck is ready. She ended up calling the wrong number that was on the account and telling them though they were not able to pick up the vehicle. I walked in the shop to check on the truck because the lady said earlier that it should be done by the end of the day ( mind you it's been there since last Thursday). She did not greet me, I asked about the truck and she replied with an attitude saying "I have already spoke to his mother". I then asked when the truck will be ready and again I received a rude tone of voice with "As I said, I've already talked to his mother." I have never had a problem at Walker Jones ( where I get my car serviced) and I enjoy talking to staff, but the customer service at Miller tire needs a refresher course on human decency. I'm just trying to pay/ pickup my husband's truck

Funny the person who responded to my review wants to blame me for leaving a bad review. That s amazing business. And funny bc Miranda your dispatch, all 3 phone calls I gave told me to call her back if no one had called. An hour and 15 mins later and my third call later, she informed me that there was no one available to help no one ever relayed anything about a tire and definitely wasn t 12 mins later. Apparently all you do is lie and blame the customer based on all your previous responses to other customers who have left a negative review

Horrible horrible company. We were stranded for 1.5 hours waiting on the driver to call us. Dispatch kept telling us someone would call. Called 3 times for them to finally tell us no one was coming. Don t waste your time waiting for a company who obviously doesn t care about customers. They must not need any

Showed up near closing time with a massive stick punctured my rear truck tire. The owner tried to find a tire of this size to no avail. To help, he had his guys put my spare on and plug the original tire in case I had to use it on the way to Florida. I asked what I owed - and he waived me off. That kind of help at the end of the day is damn impressive. Thank you!

We went to Miller Tire Pros for an alignment and oil change. The appointment was on a Friday at 8:30 am. We was there at 8:15 am and didn't leave until 1:30 pm. We waited over 5 hours. We was told it would be an hour and a half after they got started on it. Well it took them an hour to get started. And they didn't even do the oil change .. just the alignment. The owner offered to buy us lunch but we needed the car fixed so I could pick up my nephew from school. But it's funny how the car was brought back to us just 30 minutes after they got back from lunch. I would not recommend this place. Not wheelchair friendly either.Per comment from owner: I've never been to Miller Tire Pros till this particular appointment. They never looked at my front end before.

Fast, friendly, SUPERB SERVICE!!! We had a nail in my mom s tire. We called a couple of places and they were both a two to three hours wait time.We went to Miller Tire. The guy came out right away, assessed the problem, and had us pull around back! Within in minutes he was done!!Literally faster than any fast-food restaurant in town!Great job guys, we really appreciate your friendly, fast, service AND great prices!!We will certainly use you for all of our tire needs!

My Grandmother needed some work done on her vehicle and I remembered that I had a good experience in the past when I lived in the area. I called on Thursday and the lady said they were booked solid for the week but we could bring it in the next week so we agreed on that coming Monday at 9am. After getting off the phone I realized that would be Memorial Day so I called back and was told we will be here . We showed up five minutes early and they were closed.

I always look forward to my appt. with them. They go above & beyond to give the utmost best service possible. I bought a set of 4 tires from them & when they need rotated & balanced they do it for me every time.They are good, courteous people. If & when I ever need more tires, I plan to shop with them again.

If I can give -stars I would. I took my car on Monday because the rack and pinion was messed up. I was told that it would take a day. No problem. Tuesday my car is still sitting where I parked it. Called to see what the status was and was told they had an emergency down the road with a truck and couldn t look at my vehicle. But it would be Wednesday for sure. Wednesday I called and was told that they are working on it and would be finish shortly. Needless to say Thursday I called and they said that the rack abs pinion was still leaking and they ordered a new part and was putting it on. This was around 1:30pm. I was able to drive my car and needed to be in Atlanta by 7am Friday. Because they ordered the wrong part and it s their fault my car was not going to be ready and it s was nothing they could do because they didn t get the part until 1:30pm. Now my car had been there since Monday and I was told 4 hours for the job but a day to do it. Because I am to fly out, I need my car and no sympathy about my issue when I trusted them to get my car fixed and didn t know what fees were what until today. Charged and got paid and told me because I needed my car they will not be responsible for anything if something happens. Yes you are. You charged me and if you didn t do the work you don t charge someone. No I don t recommend them and no I won t be back unless we have to go to court for damages to my car by their negligence.

Ran over a nail this morning about 645am and was in a hurry to make it to my destination. They gladly opened the doors and Tony and Jeremiah helped me IMMEDIATELY. I was in and out of there within 25 min with a new tire (unfortunately they weren t able to plug/patch). Jeremiah literally ran to my car and got it finished because he knew I was in a hurry. I ll be supporting this business with any of my vehicles in the future hands down. Great service. Awesome prices. They Truly care.

My family and I were on our way to a funeral and we got a flat tire. We pulled in and someone immediately came out to help us change the tire. We were in a rush and noticing that, someone else came out to help as well. They had us changed and ready to go in 15 minutes. Great service!! They also wouldn t accept payment for changing the tire (we had a spare already) We really appreciated their help!!

I am visiting Waycross and got a flat tire somewhere along the way. The guys at Miller Tire quickly got me taken care of with a repair at a super affordable price. I am super appreciative to them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Waycross and surrounding areas! Thank you, Miller Tire!

Sorry forgot to reply, but my trucks been up there for two weeks and 4 days. Typically most people would get mad about that but they took me to look at my truck and showed me the damage. They advised me they'd get it done asap and that they don't want anyone to get hurt. they've done such a good job, and they care sincerely about your Safety. Thank you Miller Tire Pros!!! Hope to keep doing business together

These people are the best in the business. #1 is integrity. Mr. Butch and Mr. Brett are about serving a need in this business that is rare in any business in today s environment. They are not parts changers. They are diagnosticians that seek and resolve the root problem. Their staff has been trained and care for the customer, a very rare find in today s fast turnover business trend. This is THE place to get what you pay for.

I needed an alignment on my 1995 mercury villager. They quoted me a price and made an appointment when I came in they stuck to the appointment and only took them an hour and it was exactly to the penny the price that they quoted me on the phone. Very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is very unethical. The charges for labor and the services you get depends on your race, gender and age, not on the difficulty of replacing the part. Even if you have a appointment they will serve walk-ins before you. I recommend going somewhere else if you don t want to be discriminated against.

New BF Goodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S put on the 350Z & they ride & feel awesome. Thankful to all who worked so hard (Michelle, Brett & Mr. Miller, also many in the shop). Received great tires at a great price, with service experience, proper installation.

Great atmosphere! These guys are family friendly! I had to take my five year old with me to get my oil changed and Mr. Miller didn't think twice about him being there. He put cartoons on the tv in the waiting area so he was occupied and didn't mind him exploring and getting some mints. That made the experience a lot better since waiting rooms and 5 year olds don't usually mix well.Whenever we call to make appointments, they are always accommodating! Honestly, friendly and helpful to every extent! We only go to them! Do your car a favor and treat it to Miller!

The guy was so rude in there I guess his name is Brad. But it wasn't helpful and he was rude and I ended up walking out. I was actually there to buy four brand new tires and not only did he lose my business but I'll never recommend somebody to go there.

If given an option i wouldnt waste the star. In the hr i was in there to get one tire that wasnt even on a truck i heard two more customer complaints of not getting the services they wanted. I got quote $78 mounted and balanced for a tire but when they got the new one on and got it in my truck the price just to $103. Owner comes out and acts all snappy towards me for their mistake. Needless to say they took their tire back and lost some customers. I had just spent over $800 last yr with them but not again

I had a great experience, so far. I brought my SUV in because I thought I needed new tires, but they checked and my tires still have a lot of life left in them. They repaired the leaking tire for only $15. Now we'll see if the tire stays inflated!

I ve been going to Miller s for just a few months now. They have been outstanding and professional. It s nice to not worry if you re going to get screwed by those who take care of your car. Keep up the great work!!!

Excellent customer service. Called before I went, plugged my tire immediately. 40 minutes all said and done including travel to/from home! I will definitely return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They take good care of my wife. She gets her oil change,tire change and rotation. Very dependable service
