Haven't had great experiences with Mavis in Kingsland ga. Moved to Waycross recently. And it's night/day better...small towns actually care about customer service. Chris resolved my issues. 10/10! Will be getting my business throughout the years!

Made an appointment to have 2 tires replaced and to have 4 new TPMS's installed on all 4 wheels. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Faster service than I have received at other major tire installer in Waycross. Thanks to their prices and outstanding customer service, Mavis will be our family's tire shop going forward.Thank you to everyone at Mavis!

I had troubles with a flat tire recently and came here to have them inspect my other tires. They had a bunch of appointments, but were very helpful in finding an opening I could come in despite that. They ended up finding a nail in one of my tires, so I definitely appreciate how friendly they were and the cooperation they showed. Would definitely recommend.

These guys ( & girls) have taken great care of me over the past few weeks! They are always so helpful, kind and make sure everything is right! I highly recommend using them for all of your vehicle needs. Great prices on tires as well! Thank you all for such great customer service!!

Mavis got me in with zero wait time. They had all 4 tires replaced and I was out the door in less than an hour.These folks are so incredibly nice and take the time explain products and services. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else from here on out.

Called and made an appointment to have my truck serviced and my tires balanced and rotated. I also had a nail in my tire and asked them to fix that as well. Dropped the truck off and left. The staff were very friendly and did nothing wrong. While my truck was in the shop, the tech called and told me that my tire had 2 nails in it, but was dry rotted and cracking and he would not repair it. He informed me that I would have to buy a brand new tire. The issue is that my tires are only 3 years old, and have around 45000 miles on them. Meaning that because of difference in tread If I bought one brand new tire I would have to replace the entire set.I told him not to worry about it I would fix it myself because I wasn t buying a brand new tire when it wasn t needed. I got in my truck once service was completed drove two blocks down the road and had my tire fixed right on the spot after the tech at Mavis told me I had two nails in my tire. I had it checked and it was only the one that I had originally told him. Cost me $25 to have nail removed and tire fixed.Received an email asking me to fill out a survey about my experience and I did so honestly in relation to the tire situation. And then several hours later I get a call from the technician that I had talked to earlier about my tire and he got on the phone accusing me of lying and claiming that he never told me any of what I had alluded to in the survey. He became rude, tried talking over me, and called me a liar.I was not going to leave a bad review because sometimes things happen but the follow up phone call was just uncalled for in the manner in which the tech spoke to me.I just won t be taking a vehicle back to them simply because of this one person, and the audacity to call me and tell me I was a liar.Nor will I be recommending anyone I know to use them.

I am a salesperson who is in my car all the time. I pick up road debris in my tires frequently. Mavis is my go to shop for repairs. This Waycross location does a great job of working me in when I have a tire emergency and getting me back on the road quickly!!

Went 3 times in one day 2 nd trip asked if they had a tube for a trailer tire.. no sir. Went and got a tube come back so they can fix it and they tell me they don't put tube in. It didn't even need a tube all it needed was a new valve stem but no one cared to look at it

I needed a shop that could take care of my issue the same day and not have to wait a week, as this was our large families main vehicle. I took my passenger van in to look into a soft brake pedal issue. The team was able to diagnose and fix the issue (DIY at home repair error) very quick and i was on my way. Great customer service, clean showroom and waiting area. I would highly recommend them.

Pretty disappointed with our experience today. Called and asked about having four tires put on and was given an appointment for 2:30 this afternoon. Showed up before 2:30 and there were three people waiting. It took about 2.5 hours to put on the tires. I also asked for the white writing to be on the inside, but they were installed with the writing on the outside. Unfortunately, I didn t have time to wait another hour or more for them to make it right. It also appears they damaged my bed cover when taking the tires out of the back of my truck. Based on this experience, I won t be back here and can t recommend.

I can t recommend this place enough. I was coming from out of town and got TWO flat tires. I managed to get the vehicle to Mavis, minutes before closing. Paul was at the front desk and he was amazing. He located the tires I needed and they jumped right on it. I know it was closing time, but they were honestly more concerned with making sure I was taken care of and back on the road safely. The level of customer service they provided was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I was traveling alone with my children and they made sure we were comfortable and put us at ease while the repairs were made.If you re ever in Waycross and need tires- this is the place to go! Thank you so much to Paul and his technician who got me fixed in no time!

It was a Sunday morning and I woke up to a notification on my phone that my tire was flat. I aired it up with my portable air compressor and ran straight to Walmart to get a nail removed and the tire patched. They said their compressor was broken due to electrical issues. They recommended Mavis Tires & Brakes, but as I was leaving they proceeded to joke about my predicament, making fun of my situation as they were all standing around not doing anything. I came straight to Mavis Tires & Brakes and was met with professionalism & courtesy. They agreed to fix my tire and for a decent price as well. A Mavis Tires & Brakes technician took my car back and found not one, but two nails in my tire. They got my tire fixed and with great speed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of tire work. Thank you Mavis Tires & Brakes!

My wife had a flat tire and had to be at the airport in a very short timeframe. Mavis's Service Manager was outstanding in getting her tire fixed very quickly and his work was greatly appreciated. Thank you Mavis on your great customer service!
