I needed a oil change asap! After making a appointment online 11:30..@ another location. I called the one I'm more familiar with. Got the best service over the phone and once there..simply put amazing. Not adding or taking away the service was great and I was out of there in an hour. Not saying this can happen for you!? But the times I've been around got awesome service!! Highly recommended..oh yeah the two lovely ladies upfront...your there for a reason many thanks!

Friendly employees who are very helpful talking over what the car needs. Told me what work was important and what could wait or was not essential. Convenient location. Easy to make appointments.

I don't like it when they try and upsell me products. Also am not sure if I will come back since they recommend oil change at 3000 miles when pretty much all the recommendations and other reliable sources say you can go to 5000 miles. My driving habits do not mean I need 3000 miles for oil changes.

I really tried giving this business a chance because it s conveniently located down the street from home and I ve had multiple negative experiences. I won t go into detail but while everyone is friendly and I have nothing personally against them they really price gouge and without merit, it s not like they have top notch technicians. This is the final straw for me and I ll go out of my way to avoid having my vehicles worked on here.

Dropped off my 2020 explorer on Friday at 9am on a Friday. Just needed them to take off spare tire put the tire that was in the back of my explorer back on and plug a hole. Called them twice before 3 o clock and said the technician should be done soon. Did not hear anything till 515 telling me they would not patch the hole and I need it all new tires tires. Told him I just wanted one tire. That my tires are in pretty good shape. He said he did not have that tire. Drove up there picked up my car. Tire in the back of the car does not even look like it was moved or looked at. Drop my car off at discount tire last night at the night drop. Already got a call telling me they plugged the tire an said you still have some life on tires. Just be careful dealing with tires plus.

They go above and beyond. They did amazing work on my Camaro. I've been looking for a reliable shop. I'm very very picky.They are honest and informative. I trust them.I finally found a great place . Couldn't be happier.

Been here several times before with no issue. Set an online appointment, as I do every time. Show up on time only to be told that they couldn't accommodate the appointment. They couldn't even work it in today. Claimed they sent an email. I did not receive any emails. When you set an appointment a phone number is required as well, but they chose no to use that method of contact. So after a decade or so of patronage, I'll find a place that knows how to contact you instead of waste your time

Tires Plus in watkinsville, GA took our car in on a Sunday and was able to repair the tire. I so appreciate their willingness to help on a Sunday and still have a good attitude. I'll be back

Tyler provided excellent customer service. Prices were reasonable and they completed the work quickly. I had to get a new tire and an alignment. My car drives great again. Will definitely be back!

Extremely pleased with the quality of service. Jeremy and Duffy, make the front end very welcoming, they certainly seem to know their stuff, and go the extra mile to ensure that customers are happy with the work and price. Totally recommend these folks if you need car repairs. Plus no one beats their tire selection, prices, and quality. They offer incredible warranties on their tires.

I will go out of my way to go to this Tires Plus over any of the others in the Athens area. Any other Tires Plus I ve been too tries to charge me for things I don t need. Everyone at this location is so helpful and honest. They are great about walking me through what is going on and showing me what they are talking about. They are also incredible accommodating to my schedule and respectful of my time. They are also super friendly and great at remembering faces.The only downside I could see at this location is that while I was sitting in the lobby with a cup of coffee during my appointment the man answering the phone who was maybe in his late 50s was kinda snarky. I think it was just his way of trying to be funny and friendly but not a lot of people appreciate that kind of humor.

We have not used this company for years. They are the most convenient location for us where we live but we will drive to Athens to have our vehicles serviced. The prices are ridiculous, the bad attitudes are unbelievable. My son took his vehicle in to have his brakes replaced. He wanted to do this on his own and dropped his truck off here. He was not aware that we don t use them. He knows now. I went to pay for it and the rude hourly employee decided to tell my 17 year old that he didn t appreciate my husbands behavior on the phone earlier. Now mind you, he bragged about after my husband called all of a sudden it s $250 cheaper. Really? So you admit you were ripping us off. I sat there for a moment and then I told the employee how unprofessional it was for a grown man to tell a 17-year-old how he didn t appreciate his dad s behavior. Grow up. I told the employee if he had a problem with my husband he should pick up the phone and speak to my husband man-to-man. Don t speak to my 17-year-old about someone else s behavior. We will NEVER go back. I hope they close.

These people are very accommodating and are customer oriented. They work hard to meet the customer's needs. Surpass expectations. Jeremy, Store Manager, is, has and always has been terrific and efficient, even before promotion. Highly recommended.

When we first came to town, we went to dealerships for service. But we quickly changed to a less expensive option. These guys look at every aspect of our vehicle when we bring them in for routine oil change and tire rotation. We've been coming for about 15 years. My 19 year old truck runs great, and I'm confident it's because of their extra evaluation and service.

We own 8 cars and have been using Tires Plus for years. We won t go back unless one employee leaves - Duffy. He is rude beyond measure. He was aggressively rude towards the staff and incompetent. Rather than admit an error he became rude toward the customer. Pretty unbelievable. Jeremy and other staff are nice but Duffy is a deal breaker.

My wife has went in with what we thought was a wheel bearing issue and was told everything was normal a while back. Her tire pressure gauge showed a leak friday and took the car and was told they couldn t find it. The tire lost 10 psi every day this weekend until we took it to another ship around the corner today. They immediately found the nail in the tire and fixed it and diagnosed the bad wheel bearing without us mentioning it. Much better experience around the corner and we ve been long time tires plus customers but I think we are done.

Spent 623 dollars with this company today on new tires needed 2 but bought a full set and got my oil changed and a wheel alignment got my car back was shacked horrible and pulling to right not to mention my wheels are scratched. Not very happy at all. Going back there first thing in morning to demand everything be fixed.

I have been going to this location since i moved here five years ago. I love this place!! They have always been honest. They are all polite and professional and always have the work done when they say it will be done. They always go out of their way. It is so much more than a tire store

Great customer service, great automotive work. Saved me from dying in a wreck thanks to catching a massive defect in tires I had been using, yet also saved me money by not attempting to sell me extra unnecessary things. Quick and trustworthy car shop.

Nick Simpson may be a sales and service specialist by title, but I can only speak towards his good heart. My wife's tires came from a different tire company who is out of town, and closed on Sundays.Yesterday evening one of the tires picked up something from the road and developed a slow leak. Waiting until the other place was open was not an option, so we called Tires Plus.Nick explained that they would try to help us by patching the tire and to bring it on in. Long story short, the tire was not repairable. Nick went above and beyond his duties to make sure we temporarily got back on the road until we could get this tire replaced through the original retailer's roadside hazard program.Not only because of their convenient hours and location to our home, but more importantly, because of Nick and his exceptional service-he has gained a customer for life.If you are in need of tires, I couldn't give a higher recommendation than Nick Simpson at Tires Plus in Watkinsville. It's not every day that you'll meet a salesman who will put your well being over his making a dollar, and I'm thankful I met him when I needed him most.
