Everyone I ve ever dealt with at Car Craft has been so knowledgeable, professional, fair, honest, skilled and helpful. They ve worked on our Jeep, BMW, Tundra, and Range Rover. We have never felt 100% confident in our mechanics until we started using Car Craft exclusively.

Lived in many states and dealt with many mechanics. Absolutely the most honest and effective group I ve ever dealt with. On a few different occasions inspected my vehicles and told me no service needed in spite of the fact they could have done repairs and charged me without me ever knowing the truth.

We just moved here from Atlanta and needed service. I found the shop on line and it was here in Watkinsville. Went in based on their 5 star reviews for an oil change. Excellent service - they honored my appointment time and price was fair. Just went back for a big job ($2k+). They were the best price in the Athens area and did a great job. Highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

These guys are great. Took them one of my vehicle and they weren't able to find anything wrong with it (whatever was wrong has never come back up) and didn't charge me a penny. On another occasion I brought in another vehicle with issues and they took the time to track it down and fix it. Reasonable and trustworthy.

Best mechanic in town! Always takes care of me and my 2 vehicles...a 2017 Kia and a Jeep Wrangler. Trustworthy and very efficient! Everyone there is great. Highly recommend!

I talked to Bradley about what all I wanted done on my vehicle. He gave me a price and a date and time to drop my car off. Any other issues the mechanics saw on my car that needed attention, they called me and we talked about it. They left the decision up to me on whether or not I wanted to have it fix. They were not pushy at all. I also wanted all 4 brake pads replaced and they told me that only 2 needed to be replaced. A time before that, I took a different car to car craft to have them look at it and tell me how much it was to fix it. Jason told me it would cost 2500 dollars but that my car was not worth that much so for me to save my money to buy a new car and just pay the diagnostic fee. They turned away 2500 because they're HONEST!! They are the most honest and trust worthy shop I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER use another shop, if I can help it. GREAT JOB TO JASON AND THE ENTIRE CREW!! Simply the best. These guys are everything you hope an automotive shop would be. Extremely knowledgeable, communicate in a way you can understand what's going on , friendly, and fair. I've used this place for years now. I completely trust their word. They are HONEST and reliable. Just cant say enough good about this business.. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else! The guys here do great work and stand behind it after the sale. Just picked up one vehicle that got tires, alignment, oil change, tire sensors, and new struts and dropped off one for them to trouble shoot. I have absolute faith that they will be honest with me and not try to sell me anything that I don t need. They are not pushy when they find an issue. They educate about the issue and allow you to make your own determination. Go see them! We had to have a major repair on my daughter's vehicle. They were very informative and answered my many questions (this was a big $ job!). I valued their honesty. While there were additional services they recommended, those repairs completely made sense when they explained it. I highly recommend.

These guys were awesome I knew a few specific tasks on my truck needed attention and if they found any other recommendations, they'd call and were forthcoming about pricing before and work was done. 2001 Chevy with 255k miles ... running smooth! Turn around was pretty quick too!

I only take time to post about businesses I have used and firmly believe in.Car Craft of Watkinsville has earned my trust and business.Bradley and Jason were kind and communicative throughout the process of evaluating our vehicle and giving us a quote to repair.Their repair quote was fair but Bradley knew we may not keep the vehicle for long so he told me about a less expensive repair that they were not setup to perform but he recommended another shop that could.I picked up the car and to my surprise there was no charge for the evaluation, quote and advice.I will be recommending Car Craft of Watkinsville to anyone that will listen and I will be bringing my vehicles back for sure. Jason and his team did an amazing job today with my vehicle as they always do! If you're looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking and fair priced shop I personally highly recommend Car Craft of Watkinsville! Jason and his team have been the only ones I trust to do work and maintenance on my vehicle! With a teenage son about to get his own vehicle as well, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it to keep my child safe!

I have been taking my cars here since Jason bought Carcraft some years ago. I maintain five vehicles ranging in age from 5 to 21 years of age. These folks do good work in a cheerful fashion and they understand the difference in just wanting to drive a car versus keeping it in like new condition. They can and will do as you wish. All this at reasonable prices. I buy my tires here too. You will not find a more competent, service oriented mechanic than Carcraft of Watkinsville. Going the extra mile is their normal. I all ready knew how exceptional their service was but when they took the time to go over the repairs needed with my son on his vehicle and helped him understand (17 yr old with 1st vehicle) what was wrong...that spoke volumes! Their pricing is fair, you always receive an estimate and if there are any changes in that estimate when they are working on your vehicle they contact you beforehand. No surprises when you pick up your vehicle. They do not push unwarranted repairs either. Awesome place! I was having a hard time finding somewhere I trusted to take my car when I moved to Athens for school, but then my car had some problems and autozone recommended these guys. They were super awesome in explaining everything to me and getting my car fixed in no time! Prices are great too! Since then I ve came back for an oil change and they even look at my bicycle tire and recommended a place to get it fixed! HIGHLY recommend!

Such a top notch business here. Word has definitely got around with this facility and the strong integrity they have. Excellent service you ll receive if you call or go in. We needed to have a new transmission programmed after being installed. I knew little about the process. Bradley literally educated me completely in a two minute conversation on what we needed, and helped me to make it happen to have this done the very next morning. So appreciate this business.

Can't speak highly enough about Jason. My starter went out on a Wednesday afternoon and we took the car in to Jason the next day, on recommendation from a local autoparts salesman. Not only did Jason give us an honest, up-front assessment and price quote before asking for the keys, he stayed past shoppe hours to get my car fixed the same day, then let us come by that night to take it home! He gave us a terrific rate, was super kind, and we left shaking our heads wondering how an experience with a mechanic left us feeling BETTER than we did when we went in! Thank you, Jason !

This shop has always had top tier customer service. I found this place after having terrible experiences with shops in Athens and when I was referred here by another mechanic, I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and efficient the people were when I first gave them my business. Car Craft not only excels in their skills as auto mechanics, but their genuine hearts for serving others shows in how they treat their customers. I would recommend this place to any of my friends who need work done on their vehicles.

Everyone is always trying to find a honest mechanic. Guess what!?!? look no further. Jason, is by far an amazing and most knowledgeable certified diesel mechanic I've ever met. I knew he was great when he said, "No man! Your wheel bearings don't need to be repaired. Your tires just need to be rotated." Hes not looking for that extra dollar. I was having problems with my truck vibrating when I was braking. I took it in to Car Craft after seeing their reviews online. They lived up to my expectations. Did a nice job of explaining the issues, and gave me a great price for what needed to be done.

Just moved here and googled a place near me to get an oil change. Wasn't expecting much but a hole in the wall oil change place since I didn't do any research on the business. Boy did I hit the jackpot! The fellas that work there were super nice. I had a few things serviced and it didn't take them forever like some places. I was expecting sticker shock too but when they showed me my bill I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be going back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Had a very pleasant experience here! Got an oil change with a transmission flush/refill. They got it done in a timely manner, prices were fair, and staff was very friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be going back!

Highly recommend Car Craft!! Had a faulty alternator which Jason has now replaced twice for me and could not have been any more helpful or friendly about it. Very genuine people & a great, trustworthy business!! You ll be in great hands!

My van broke down on the highway near Watkinsville (about 2 hours from home) on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. I called Car Craft and told Jason I would be having it towed there. He stayed late and was there when I arrived.After looking at it the next morning, he said he could get it fixed that day. He knew I would not be able to make it back to Watkinsville until about 8pm on that Friday night. Not only did he stay late to help me out, he charged me less than originally quoted because labor on a couple of this items overlapped.A mechanic with integrity and great customer service is hard to come by. I would love to have someone like this in my hometown. Thanks again, Jason!

Wicked honest mechanic. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, had my problem tire fixed in no time flat. Very happy to have found them and will be a returning customer for sure!
