Quick, Knowledgable, Friendly. These guys are great! My windshield wiper flew off and I came in for help. These guys got me new wipers and installed them for free. They didn t try to give me the most expensive either. Mid-range and way more effective than what I had! Cheers to Scott and Jeremy who helped me out! Love my community and our Hometown Automotive center- Auto Zone!

Robbie behind the counter went above and beyond At the autozone in Watkinsville, ga. He was so very helpful and I m a senior and he really helped me to get safely home with my car!! He is a wonderful human being and autozone should be proud to have him as their employee!!!

I came in on a Tuesday to return transmission fluid that was not opened and barely touched that was purchased on a Sunday morning. My husband was not given a receipt when he made the purchase. I returned it due to my husband having his truck at the dealership otherwise he would have returned it. The employee Robbie T helped me and stated he would not return the credit to the debit card used and would only give a store credit. I got my husband on the phone with him where he proceeded to tell him this was not Home Depot and it was store policy. He was extremely rude and needs a lesson on customer service training. If you go this store ask for Mr. Richard. He was so kind and helpful and actually helped me. He deserves a HUGE pay raise and promotion for actually addressing the problem and making things right. Robbie T needs extra training on customer service and not being a HUGE jerk. Don t waste your time with him and go straight to Mr. Richard. He is simply the BEST!!!

Went to get my battery checked, the staff got me fixed up right away with a new one. When I arrived my fuel tank was low on gas, and my fuel pump check valve was bad. Car wouldn't start without enough fuel to prime the engine. Staff member drove me over to the gas station to fill a can and took me back to my car. Also gave me some more advice on my fuel pump issues. Amazing staff, I would trust this store with any of your car care needs. Watkinsville delivers again.

Jeremy is one of the most helpful people I ve ever met period. He ran the whole store by himself practically and is more knowledgeable than most mechanics I know. It makes sense why this autozone has such a high rating

Best Autozone I've ever been to! The service was top-notch! Came to get oil, dropped the oil cap couldn't find it. The motor wad too hot so I just said I'll buy another after looking everywhere. They found it and refunded me for the brand new one! This is an A+ top notch place to go.

Just had a fantastic experience at this Auto Zone. The manager Jeremy was extremely helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I think I've found my permanent auto parts store!

Going downhill fast. Store manager read codes on my car but it didn't show the part number from the last scan. He gave the other reader to a red shirt to try who was complaining from the start and when I said we had already tried the other one yelled about me wasting his time and stormed back inside without even plugging it in to try. I used to work at this store and Austin wouldn't have put up with that for a second. Just left and got the scan and part ordered at O'Reilly's quickly and easily

John Sims helped me while I was at the store one weekend. They didn t have the exact lights I was looking for, but they had better ones. Since they didn t have exactly what I was looking for, they charged me for the less expensive lights, and then helped me switch them out. This is the second time we have had an amazing experience where employees have gone above and beyond to deliver great service.

We ve been coming here for quite some time but recently we bought an alternator and battery that were sold to defective. Our car broke down and the shop told us about the parts being unusable. Went back to autozone to return the alternator and battery and was told there was nothing they could do. Very rude very unsympathetic and awful customer service. How can you sell bad parts and then not take them back? We wasted hundreds of dollars. No decency in this place at all. What s interesting is Doug was more than willing to sell the parts to us and had a great attitude but now that we realized the parts are defective Doug has certainly decided to not be so friendly.We re going through a lot of car troubles and struggling financially but thanks to autozone we can struggle even more so.

In these trying times it's nice to walk into a store and be greeted with smiles and a helpful attitude. Such is my experience at this store yesterday. Your staff knew exactly how to disengage a turn signal bulb, find the correct replacement bulb and even offered to install it. All the while being friendly and informative to me. Keep up the good work for our community and I will be back for any future car needs. Thank you for all your help!!

The General Manager Austin was so helpful! My check engine light came on and he told me what the problem was and help me find the part that would fix it! I was in a hurry and he worked very fast and efficiently to get me in and out of the store in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family!

Visited the store today. I ve always had a good experience here. Today was not different. Patrick was extremely professional and helped me and made sure all was 100% and was very kind and friendly to me. I m so thankful for him helping me today to resolve an issue that I had with my Highlander. Very appreciated!

Rough day, bike battery was dying on me. Pulled into autozone not sure if it would start back up. Doug lent me the tools and provided guidance to help me take apart the fairings and get to the battery. Then helped me test the battery and replace it with a new one. Now it's running great, and I can get back home! Thanks again to Doug, your help was much appreciated!

I came in today around noon because my battery sounded like it was going bad. Michael came out and tested the battery, confirmed it was bad, and put a new one in right away. He was very friendly and efficient. The whole process may have taken 15-20 minutes tops. Fantastic service! Thanks!

Chris is AWESOME! Ya'll I showed up 20 mins before closing & he not only checked the battery in my car but also replaced it in less than 10 mins! No hesitation whatsoever (did I mention he wasn't even on the clock?) That is what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you Chris for saving my weekend!
