Jason & Team did a paint correction and Ceramic Coating on my 2014 Black Toyota 1794 Tundra. I bought it new & over the last ten years the drive through washes wrecked the paint. Jason and his team brought it back to life and looking better than it did new. He truly wants you to be happy and satisfied with the job! They are picking up my 2015 Tahoe tomorrow to get some work done. I know it will look great!

After I found a broken car piece, He states he will order the part and offers to come to my house to replace the part. Also offers me a car detail. Appointment was set for Tuesday @ 4:00 (01/16). I contacted him Friday about some scratches I had found, which was two days before he was supposed to come to replace the broken part. I ve had this car for about 8 years, I am familiar with scratches/marks onto my car. I found about 4-5 deep scratches on my car. These scratches occurred when the seats were getting taken in/ out for the shampoo process. I m assuming one of the boys couldn t take out the car seat properly and dragged it onto my door jam. (Respectfully saying boys because the boys that detail look about 15-17, I don t think the guy I spoke to detailed my car due to his lack of knowledge when I asked him about my car) When I contacted him I stated that I found deep scratches on my car and he offered to send over a quote via email of what he would charge someone for a paint job. He s just quoting his own work at that point. To my knowledge how this would work, I would get it repaired, bring him back the receipt and he would pay me how much I paid for the damages. What sense does it make to bring him my car that was damaged in their care, for them to fix it. Long story short he never showed up on Tuesday to fix the broken part, and for the courtesy clean that he offered. I called him 40 minutes past my appointment time to see if he was running behind and basically said that I never responded to the quote that he emailed me. Which I never received until after that phone call, when he finally sent it. The quote was also dated Jan 16, assuming he didn t send the quote in the first place and is just now making/sending it. To my knowledge regardless if the email was not replied to, he was going to come either way to replace the broken car piece & detail my car. I was then going to bring the car in another day after deciding on whether I'm going to move forward with his quote for the paint job or not. There is zero transparency with him and this company. Out of these 3 incidents I had to constantly reach out to him and follow up with him. As a Business owner myself, if I make a mistake and a customer is not satisfied and/or not happy with an outcome I am following up with them, Especially if they are repeat customers. I was tired of going back and fourth with him after his lack of communication and professionalism. I asked for a refund, he did not want to issue a refund. I now have 4-5 deep scratches on my car and broken car pieces to replace. I met with him Wednesday and ended up giving me $200 which was his quote for the car pieces & paint job to correct the scratches. Spent $300 with them and now I am spending about $450 to get it fixed by a professional, plus car pieces that I need replaced. I also asked for the car pieces he said he ordered, when I met up with him he stated I told him to return them when I never once stated. Why would I want him to return a car piece that I need replaced? Make it make sense. Again, as a business owner if I have an upset customer due to my actions, I am going out of my way and making that customer my top priority. In all this was a horrible experience. I am sharing my experience so please go at your own discretion. I would not recommend this place due to their incompetence to understand customer service and their lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism.* His response says enough Calls were made due to me finding out about all the damages that were found. Money isn t an issue this way. Would not recommend this detailing company.

One of the best detailing shops I ve been to. Always nervous about other people touching my car but the attention to detail was perfect and the attention to detail was flawless. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Jason is a pretty cool guy. He explained everything very well. Did a 6 month sealant and headlight restoration it all came out really good I would recommend using the perfect drip for any paint detail work.

I just want to say this, I don t like leaving bad reviews. However i paid my deposit for service last Saturday. I get to the location no one was there I called and text took owner forever to reply if you knew i had an appointment at 9:00 you should have reach out to me to inform me you had an emergency so that I didn t have to drive 1 hour away. He offered me a free wash which I said no. First impression always suppose to be good but not here with the owner. Than also his truck was at the shop so whatever long story short the owner did not want to detail my car which is fine. The only good part he sent my deposit back.

Best auto detailing service I've ever experienced. They were able to pick my car up and drop it off after it was completed. The exterior paint on my 10 year old Lexus was revived and they got stains out of the headliner, and overall did a great job on the interior as well. Jason Reyes could teach a lot of businesses how to provide top notch customer service and satisfaction. There was no waiting around or bs'ingand they gave me a ride home after drop off. They delivered the car back to my house as promised. This young man and his assistant had excellent attitudes and people skills. Her transformed my 2004 Land Cruiser by buffing off years of serious trail rash and making the silver paint gleam. The carpets were beyond nasty with mildew, farm dirt, stains, grease, etc and they are so clean now! You should've seen the color of the gallons of wash water he produced by extracting 18 years of scum off that interior carpet! They removed the seats and cleaned every inch!Jason also cleaned and lubed my engine and cleaned all the places where the rubber stripping meets the door frames and hatchback and even inside the gas flap. I'm not saying it was cheap but the job was "priceless" to me! I had considered selling it but now I want to keep it another 18 years. Jason and Carlton were fantastic. They worked on the interior of my car and I wish now that I had taken before pictures. Very easy to talk with both of them. They helped me create a plan to attack the exterior paint which needs a lot of help. I'm looking forward to the results once we get to that phase. Highly recommend!

I just had a major Chick-Fil-A disaster with a chocolate milkshake flipped upside down all over the console of my Tundra. I m in Athens from out of town and have nothing to clean up the mess with. I found these guys and just drove up and explained what had happened. While they were loaded for the day and couldn t do a full detail for me, they took the time to help me out and do a quick clean up. When they were done, the inside of this 9 year old truck looked brand new in under five minutes AND, he said there was no charge! They saved me this morning, and I tipped them generously. They couldn t have been nicer and on my next trip to Athens, I m going to book an appointment for a REAL detailing. These guys are super nice and do QUALITY work!
