Very poor customer service. My credit card was charged $954.77 for one used tire. Had to wait 2 hours before someone who spoke English could reverse the charge on my card. Tire pressure light came on same day. Looked at the tire I just purchased and it was cut up. I was told it was my responsibility to look at the tire before I left the shop. So now I have to come out my pocket AGAIN to buy a tire from a different establishment.

I went to go get a tire and the person who was working supposedly brought out a new tire for me. The tire was dirty, it looked worn, and the inner lining of the tire looked worn as well. So, I asked questions about the tire, he gets upset and refused to service me (because I asked questions). I ve been there several times and I ve always had a pleasurable experience, but this time (with the new person) it was not so pleasant. So, if you go get a tire there, don t ask any questions because apparently they don t like for customers to do so.I m editing this review in response to the owner . First, anyone that knows me know that I m not going to disrespect anyone. Secondly you are lying because the tire was indeed DIRTY and the inner lining of it was worn. I m not beyond correction, if I was disrespectful inform me on how, so that I know what not to do, other than ask questions.

Took my truck to their shop to buy a new one and they gave me a used one and had to many weights inside my tire..then later on that day I had a blow out I wouldn t trust these people with nothing

So, my husband came here and asked them to mount and balance 4 new tires for him. He said the vehicle was shaking pretty badly on his way home and he went elsewhere to have someone else check the balance, after not understanding why they were having such a hard time with the balancing, the other place broke the bead to start over. Come to find Tire Express left WATER in all 4 tires.I wouldn't trust them with a wheelbarrow wheel at this point!!!
