Took my car for an oil change on 9/1/23 and when I took the car home (so mad I didn t noticed at first) and noticed that someone put glue (a ton of it) on my phone holder that was suction to the window what idiot puts glue on the windshield not realizing that the heat of the sun and weight of my phone won t hold up your stupid blunder if you knocked the phone holder off then leave it off it wasn t broken that you idiot felt that it needed glue all it needed to reattach it to the glass was wet the dam suction and close the latch on the bottom to hold but note DON T PUT GLUE ON SOMEONE GLASS. Will never use Walmart to do an oil change ever againService: Oil change

I had a same day appointment to get two new tires put on my car. I was a half hour late but they managed to get the job done in an hour and a half. I am very satisfied and have been getting my tires here for years. Always pleased with the work and the customer service.

Horrible lazy auto care employees had me there for 5 hours. They were slightly busy nothing major they just kept skipping my car. Guys says he will be done in 10 minutes took him an additional hour to finish. I am going to self check out . Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. You guys need to change the rating system.

Best prices for oil change. They have an actual waiting room which is wonderful. I've been to a few that only had a single bench. Or you can shop while you wait. Usually quick unless super busy. The staff is competent. I've had more issues at other places than here.

Tires were a great price. The wait was one hour. Not bad in my book. Nice to be able to shop while waiting also.

Walmart has the best price on tires and the service is great but prepare to wait. I waited 3 hours because they are short staffed

Just stopped by this Walmart to get an oil change. This spot is usually where I bring my vehicles. I waited for 5mins to be greeted which didnt happen. So I went inside to ask for help. The cashier called for someone and it appeared the mechanic that hear her was upset slamming doors. So I'm thinking help is on the way 20 mins later and still no help. Definitely not a good look Walmart. I'm taking my business some place else.

The staff was very friendly but it took 2 hours to just change my oil which is crazy but the price is good so I deal with it

Always low prices! Although some employees have not had proper training in customer friendliness and service, but can't be the prices.

Horrible customer service I dropped my car 1:30 pm and the took 4 hours to change my tire all the people who came in same time as me and people who came after me car already done and serviced the place is super short staff don t come at this location bring your business somewhere else

Husband went to have his tire pressure sensor reset and even tho the service was posted; he was told no one in the shop knew how to do it.

Got a flat tire in the Walmart parking lot, went to talk the them about fixing it at 6:40 but they said they couldn't stay past 7 and wouldn't help us.
