The prices were fair. The work seems good so far. My only complaint is that i set an appointment for a reason at their open. They did not show up till at least 15 minutes late, took another 5 minutes at least to set up. I am also not sure if they performed the rest of their * courtesy service*.It didnt take exceedingly long, so i guess it is fine, definitely less than what they guy said it was. Overall okay experience. Just bothered by how late they were running.

I bought 4 tires online from Walmart. com and went to the auto center to get them put on. Had to go rather immediately to discount tire bc the SUV was driving really rough. It turns out, instead of putting the 35lbs of pressure in my tires that my vehicle calls for, they filled them to at least 50lbs (that was the lowest. The others were 52 and 53 lbs.) I asked for my tires to be balanced, yet they shimmy. Finally, they broke one of my tire sensors. Never again.

I tired calling to get a quote on a set of tires for my car on 3/24 at 930am. The picked the phone up after 5 rings and promptly hung it up.

Walmart auto care on Booth rd. Is one of the most worse places to take your car or truck. I trusted them with changing my oil in both my wife and my car and my truck. I even purchased new batteries for both my vehicles. When the battery gave us issues they started to act ignorant. I asked to speak with a manager higher up than Mike and was told by Mary the store manager was out with heart surgery. They were very conformational and rude. I took my car to the dealer and an auto zone and was told the battery needed to be replaced. I will never buy another battery nor allow them to work on my car again. The only location that has great service is Harrision Rd. In Macon GA. George Thomas is the best !

I had the most pleasant experience yesterday when I came to get my car battery checked out. The auto center staff figured out that another Walmart auto location had done a botch job on my car battery several years prior, so they went ahead and fixed the issue for a couple dollars and gave me a coupon on my new car battery. That was the most headache-free and genuinely nice experience I ve ever had at an auto repair place. Thank you!Service: Battery

Came to get 1 tire rotated 4 times this week and after waiting 30mins in the line each time I always get told "It's going to be an hour before anyone's able to do anything." So I come back an hour later supposedly when they're about to close to wait in line yet again just to hear "It's going to be 45mins before we're able to do anything." They'll be closed at the time they suggest. I'm convinced they just ride the clock at this point.

Thursday 06/01/2023-7am: Arrival, 1 attendant, 3 people already in line-723am: 2nd attendant arrived, took my info & Truck Key- 745am: Tech drove my truck back-928am: Received a text that they started my 1 new Tire-1005am Finished This took entirely TOO LONG just to get ONE New Tire 3 hours is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE

I'm extremely disappointed. I purchased a new set of tires earlier this year, ran over something that punctured my sidewall, and was told I could not have my tire prorated because it was too worn. I paid all that extra money for road hazard warranties for nothing. I was told I needed to purchase a new tire. I declined. I mean, if the one tire is worn, I probably need a new set, especially since I bought all 4 tires at the same time! I will definitely be seeking clarification regarding these warranties in the future. I've always paid extra for the coverage, but never had to use it. To now have it be denied for 'wear' is very disheartening.

It was a pretty good experience overall. Needed a tire replaced, showed up , received recommendations from a very knowledgeable service tech ( sorry don't remember his name), and was out in less than 10 minutes

As an aggravated customer still waiting in the tire section for over 2 hours for a set of tires kinda pissed off. We checked in and were the next in line. This is kind of ridiculous . I myself am pretty sure this is my last Walmart experience as this is not my first but will be my last. As a person with a great number of friends I will be sure to put out the word for you. Goodbye to along time patron of your store and I hope you all have a nice day. Go target

Mechanics need training in keeping customer's vehicles clean while they are servicing them. I came outside to oil/grease all over my driver side doors (inside and out). They did send someone out quickly to clean up their mess and they were very polite, but that person needs to be taught how to dress. His pants were hanging down by his knees with his underwear clearly showing. They also need to be taught that its illegal to park vehicles in the lined out section next to a handicap parking spot in case someone with a wheelchair needs to get in and out of their vehicle.

Quoted a 3 hour wait. Had to go to another tire place. Although the wait was too long the tire center staff was professional and extremely courteous. ps- I was in the waiting room by 8:30am and the wait was still 3 hours.

I enjoyed the service that was given to me by the Service Manager, Greg, Diamonique, Mary, and Maurice! I had a screw in one tire and the whole tire was replace by simply having the road hazard warranty! Really good people!

Not reliable if your a working person.. Hours never accurate...took me 2 weeks before I could get there and actually have a tech change my tires..

The tires they gave me were awfull! I have had all but one of them tear and one twice. Every time it has taken Wal-mart atleast an hour to take off the tire and put on a new one. Will never ever use Wal-Mart tire shops again.

Sat their for 1.5 hrs waiting on tire balance and rotation. To find out the 2 mechanics did not want to work today. So I did not get the work done I ALREADY PAID FOR.

This is the last place you would want to bring your car for any services! The manager Mike has no idea what he is doing. The employees don t have any clue what service you are there for. I went in there for a flat repair and they put some air in the tire and returned it. Worst service ever!

That was the quickest I've ever been in and out of there. I think it was under 30 minutes. Far more professional than the auto center in Perry.

I had an emergency with a punctured tyre and Mgr Sam was very helpful and got it handled in no time. Happy camper! :-)

I normally don't have a problem with Walmart but the last three times I had really needed help at the one on Booth Road in Warner Robins it has become a nightmare to shop at and the management is so poor nobody wanted to do nothing until I actually started recording video customer service they are definitely lost my business I will find another store to do it with

MECHANICS DEFINITELY NOT WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMERS SERVICES!! (I) the customer had to take off my own tire!
