Chris and Clay were fantastic to work with. They both made sure to walk me through all of the features of the new atlas cross sport and also made sure I got a great deal on the price of the car and my trade-in. By far the easiest car purchase experience I have had. Thank you VW of Warner Robins!

My husband and I went to Volkswagen of Warner Robins to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. Our salesman was Mr. Morris Dunbar. He was very knowledgeable of the stock. He was very patient and polite. He offered good suggestions and useful statistics. The experience was very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle.

Had a great experience with Morris Dunbar. He was very professional and did not pressure us. He didn t over sell, but was very accommodating and showed us everything that we wanted to see. He made sure that we were making an informed decision before we bought anything. Will definitely do business with him again.

I had a terrible experience at the VW in Macon. I came to the one in Warner Robins since I work at the AFB , I also live 1 hr and 30 min away. Awesome customer service From the time I walked through the door . Joshua was the rep I saw he grabbed a tech to take down my overhead compartment so I wasn't driving without a rear view. They said there's nothing they could do and to tape it up . the part obstructed my view as well. Here they removed it for me and ordered the part quick and easy.Cate at Warner Robins was amazing as well . She's always helpful, I ask for a quote or price for any maintenance she helps me get it together. She's knowledgeable, if she doesn't know she will ask right away and have answer for me.

Well, this one of the BEST EXPERIENCES we have had w car buying, and we ve been through a lot. Morris is the GREATEST of all dealers. Professionalism, genuine customer care & a great listener when it comes to letting them know what one (as a buyer) is seeking. Our highest recommendation is to seek him and the dealership. This was the BEST and most thorough experience that I have ever experienced with purchasing a vehicle! Hands down the entire team from sales to parts and every department in between was magical & are about Business. This location with the Amazing Mr. Morris has put me in my Dream Vehicle and I am overly satisfied with this new blessing! The selection and purchasing process was straight to the point and didn t have me thrown through any hoops. The genuine energy of the staff was commendable and they KNOW their craft! If you are looking for a new vehicle in 2024 and for future purchases, Volkswagen of Warner Robins is the place to go! Ask for Mr. Morris Dunbar he will get you in a seat of your dreams or at least close to it (depending on qualifications lol) .

I walked in to get an oil change on my car and walked out with a new one instead. Susan was absolutely amazing and an absolute trooper throughout the whole process. We had some hiccups with numbers and banks and she really helped keep the process on track! She went above and beyond and genuinely looked out for my best interest. Thank you so much!

Morris Dunbar helped me purchase my ID.4 today and honestly I couldn't be happier! He was incredibly friendly, he helped me get to the price I was comfortable with in my budget, he let me eat some of his home made oatmeal cookies (they were delicious!), and he remembered that i told him i liked heavy metal music while we were on our test drive so he gave me a black keychain instead of pink . Everyone at this dealership was so friendly. I've never purchased a new car before but when the wheels fall off of this one i know where I'll go to buy another one!

Bought a used car from Chris Ewens Friday. He took us out driving in the rain. We purchased the car easily and painlessly. He gassed it up and cleaned it up for us in the rain and held our rental car for us for a day. He went above and beyond his job for us. I would highly recommend Volkswagen of Warner Robbins!!!

By far the best experience we ve had finding and purchasing a vehicle. Chris Ewens and his General Manager prioritize getting you what you need/want by listening to you, and leveraging their large network of dealerships. Customer-focus and a fantastic display of teamwork to fill the needs of their client is why we will be back again.After inquiring about a vehicle we found online, Chris Ewens promptly returned our call, took additional pictures sending them via text, and called us back. He helped identify that, due to our specific requirements, this particular vehicle wasn t going to be what we re looking for - we were looking for a unicorn. Instead of disengaging and sending us on our way, Chris shared that their store is part of a larger network of rooftops - Troncalli. Chris looked through inventory at their other stores and found exactly what we were looking for. He and his GM explored getting the vehicle transferred to them, later determining that we would miss out on a valuable selling point (CPO warranty) if it moved. They connected us with the sales manager at the other store, despite the fact Chris and his store wouldn t get credit for the sale. We had another phenomenal experience at THAT store (additional review) leading to the purchase of the vehicle. While Chris Ewen and Volkswagen of Warner Robins, like all businesses, are designed to make money by providing goods/services, HOW they do it is what makes a difference. HOW they do it is what gives us a sense of security and confidence, and is why we ll be back again.Many thanks again Chris.-Darrell

This manufacturer and this dealership SUCKS!! I HATE THE DAY I EVEER PURCHASED A VW!! I will not now--never purchase another vehicle from VW of W.R.I purchased a new 2017 VW Tiguan in 2017 from this dealership and from the moment they trick me into this vehicle until the day the engine mysteriously died it's been issue after issue after issue. I use to be a loyal VW customer, but after my experience with this dealership and manufacturer--I make sure to tell everyone to beware of this place.Not only do they lack follow up skills, but they also sell junk vehicles!!

My daughters Jetta had two open recalls. I made an appointment to drop the car off and that process was easy very accommodating. We dropped the car off the night before and received a text telling me what to expect. Cate kept in touch throughout the process. It was nice being able to text during the repair. Cate the service advisor reached out with recommended service but was understanding when I declined. The entire process was easy and we are pleased.

This by far was/is the most memorable car shopping experience I have ever had. Thank you Chris, Andy, Susan, and everyone else at this amazing dealership. This dealership shows the meaning of what excellent customer service is and should be. Chris/Andy really made us feel like we were family, there was no pressure or stress. I would like to share my recent experience with service at the Volkswagen in Warner Robins. I had an 11 o clock appointment. I waited an hour and a half for them to do an oil change and tire rotation after I picked up the car and went home. I noticed that they had not rotated the tires, I called them and told them and talked to the service manager and he swore that he saw with his own eyes the employee rotating the tires, but I had a scratch on a right rear wheel that I did and that wheel was still in the same position when I got home, that is how I know that the wheels had not been rotated. So they said bring it back and we will do them immediately and get your car back so I had to make another trip back to the dealership this morning. The service department rotated the tires gave me my car back. The service manager never made an attempt to come and speak with me or to offer any sort of reason as to why they would charge me for a service that they did not do. This was my first experience with them, and it was definitely not a good one.

I live Rochester NyI ve been searching for an Atlas all over the USA? Found one near my Dad in Macon. the salesperson didn t help me with anything I was trying to do. Then I call Vw of Warner Robins, and spoke with Morris Dunbar, He made it an absolutely easy. Help with my flight, hotel and the purchase of my brand new Vw Atlas. So when you call ask for Morris he is the man to help.

Bought the car from Jeff smith brand new in 2021. took it in to service it and they tried to tell my wife the car needed tires, and they would not rotate the tires due to being bald, and the tires were dipping out. I own and operate a trucking company the tires do have lower tread but are around 40-30% life left. That being said if there was abnormal wear on tires (which they are wearing normal and true) the said abnormal wear would indicate a suspension problem or alignment issue that would be under warranty. I told the man that the tires are fine and to go through with the rotation of the tires. The service personnel said they would have to get it approved to rotate. I said no if u have to approve my request I will not return after warranty and paid services ran out. And I do not plan to do any more business with Jeff smith after this experience. I do not believe in making people shell out their hard earned money because they don t know any better. I ve bought 3 vehicles through Jeff smith and it will be my last.

I ve been coming to this location for several years and this is by far the worst service department I ve ever been to. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I have brought my car in on several occasions about my oil burning irregular between oil changes. I went in December 1st 2023 for and oil change and I also mentioned about my car burning oil. They did an oil consumption test as well. I had to go back when I reach 1000 miles so they can test it. I travel a little distance to and from work so I reached a thousand miles and I went back to the dealership on December 15th. They stated that everything checked out good and it s normal. I m traveling out of town on December 23rd and when I get back on the road to come home. My check oil level warning pops on. I have to fine the nearest auto parts store to have someone check my oil. The sales associate assist me and he puts a quart of oil in my car. He stated that I must have a leak. I called the GM at the dealership on December 26th and I left a voice message and I have yet to receive a call back. My warning like comes on again on January 11th and I had to go to auto parts store and buy a quart of oil. This time the gentleman tells me that I have a bad leak. Now I m Pissed. This is ridiculous. I purchased my vehicle brand new from this dealership and this is the WORST SERVICE I ever had. I need to get in touch with the Owner at this point. Extremely disappointed!

My experience with Chris at the VW dealership in Warner Robins was nothing short of exceptional. The entire process unfolded seamlessly, free from any pressure or aggressive tones. Chris's profound knowledge about every feature of the VW Atlas transformed the buying experience into something truly enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend him! Additionally, working with Dustin, the general manager, was a breeze, and we efficiently closed the deal in less than an hour. Opting for VW Warner Robins over the Macon vw location turned out to be a wise decision, as the service in Macon was marred by rudeness and disrespect. The contrast in professionalism and respect at VW Warner Robins was evident from the start, making it a decision I'm genuinely thrilled about. General manager Alex at vw in Macon thinks he has the right to talk to customers in anyway he wants and does not respect buyers. We were very disappointed in the service there but vw in Warner Robins was a great choice and received great service from both the salesman Chris and general manager Dustin.

I called to make the appointment and the person I spoke with was courteous and helpful. When I arrived staff was courtous, prompt and helpful, taking care of all my needs. The service was done in a timely manner.
