I have done business with this location for years and they have always been helpful, whether it has been for tires or any other general repair. My only concern this time was scheduling. I was sent to a central reservation system (never had this happen before) and was given a time of 7:15 on Saturday morning for my rotate and balance. For whatever reason, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was not until 10:00 am. Thankfully, the manager on duty was able to reschedule me for the following day at 9 am with no problem. My overall opinion - great place, but call until you reach someone at the store - they do a much better job than the central reservation system.

Tires Plus was great. We had a flat tire. We dropped the car off in the evening and it was ready first thing the next day. Great job!

They were open 1/1 but wouldn't repair my tire due to a convenient policy of not plugging holes. So I was forced to replace an otherwise good half life tire. To add insult to injury they put the new tire on the front when they should have rotated the new one to the rear. So IMO, they were convenient but unprofessional. You've been warned.

Honesty.Details regarding the condition of my back brakes diagnosed by TP were consistent with what my dealership documented. Regarding the front brakes, however, my dealership indicated an immediate need for pad replacement based on video evidence, apparently, back brakes. TP simply reported a 60% plus life left in the brakes and did not recommend a replace of them. Honesty goes BIG with me, and I therfore recommend Tires Plus (TP) without hesitation and with 100% enthusiasm.In addition, I checked with half a dozen other brake repair shops. Tires Plus by far had the best price.Honesty and economy. That summarizes my experience at Tires Plus.

Used to be my go to place for maintenance but ever since Courtney took over this place has gone down hill. Stan was a great manager and always cared about his customers and he retired this guy told me that my tires were fine and I almost got into an accident because they were not. Don't recommend this place to anyone and to top it off I still get scheduled for maintenance every month and still get calls from this awful place. Look for business elsewhere please.

Was told $60 for a fix and to bring it in at 8. Waited for 5.5 hours for them to up the price to $790 and not fix the issue. Will go back for tire rotation and oil change.

Passenger wheel hub need to replace so you know the drivers need replaced but they charged me $400 for one and then we're going to charge me $400 for the other I did it for myself for 167 and an hour of my time instead of 4 hours of being there I will not go back I had a bad experience my car left worse than it ever did

We were driving from out of state when our van started having issues - and they were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day on a Saturday. With 4 kids in tow, this was an emergency - and they diagnosed the alternator and were able to fix it quickly at a reasonable price. Marcel was great to work with. Scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. Arrived @ 145. Technician wasn t available until 3. Waited til 3, and the technician never showed up. Can t speak for the work they perform, but punctuality seems poor.

In case of emergency do not I repeat do not use this Tire Company. I got there about 4:35 pm With a loose wheel to have Mount and balance. Completely refused my service and kindly asked me to go to a new and used tire location. As a member of the (Firestone) Bridgestone family our sister store I am mostly disappointed @ this location !!!!

Honestly never fails anytime I bring my company vehicle with a lease plan package. They never do what they are supposed to do. They at least did my oil change but said screw the tire and the headlights that don t work dropped it off yesterday to leave it with him for an entire day. I told him I needed it back this morning as soon as they open so I can get to work. Low and behold, They just started on my vehicle this morning so needless to say just an oil change I understand they don t like working on lease plan vehicles because they get paid less or so I ve been told by their employees, but I m sick of it! It s always oh we haven t gotten approval even though I give you a one 800 number you can call and get approval immediately with but did you try that no you just wanted to try the email way, the lazy way. I will stop using tires plus for my personal vehicles as well because what s the point if I have to take my company vehicle somewhere else might as well take my other vehicles too. They are truly incompetent and let you know they do not care!Services: Tires, Electrical, Oil change

My tire got bump all of sudden. It was Sunday 2pm i knew not many places were opened and i was scared to keep driving. I went to random tire shop, luckily Brant changed to new tire for me less than 30mins and he checked all other tires for me. I had best customer service I could asked for. will come here again again Thank you!

I had an appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they said I was an hour early. I showed them my email confirmation showing that I was there at the correct time. They knew that I was going to wait on it and it STIll took TWO hours to get done. This is the second time in a row that service has been extremely poor. I ve been a custom for years .but I will not be backService: Oil change

Went in for an alignment, around 3. After waiting 45 minutes I was quoted a $1300 bill of work that should be done before my alignment. Most of the work I could do myself for a fraction of the price and less hassle. But it seems more like I'm being finessed than anything else. It seemed like I was being flashed a big price number for recommendations to scare me into leaving so they didn't have to work more that day. It worked. I won't be returning.

I read the reviews and the attempt at a response from the owner. Facts are facts- days after days pass and still don t even have an idea of what is wrong. It s a simple recharge of the A/C coolant people. I didn t feel like it was a trustworthy establishment. Is there such a thing as a trustworthy mechanic ? Not anymore. Theft by deception-they know that my warranty will pay to fix anything that they say is wrong. Again, Time. Does it really take a week to get to me? Yeah not again.

Had my Mustang in for Tires, Tune up, and an Alignment. Very happy with the outcome. Car runs smooth as butter and the work was performed well and in a very reasonable time. Thanks!

So grateful that they were open on Sunday since we needed a new tire due to a nail or screw that punctured our tire. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and nice.
