As luck would have it, my water pump went out on my 2013 Ram Tradesman while on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon. After contacting The Service Center on Monday and arranging a mid day tow with my insurance company, they had my truck up and running by Wednesday morning. Josh and the team gave top notch service-- speedy, friendly, and very thorough.Whether it is for routine maintenance, or for work beyond the skill of a DIYer, The Service Center should be at the top of a short list here in Middle Georgia.

An honest and reputable automotive repair shop is about as scarce as hairs on top of my head but through trial and error, I ve finally found one. The Service Center at 1250 S. Houston Lake Road has earned themselves a new customer for life. Josh and his crew of competent technicians will take great care with your vehicle. Not only is he the owner but he personally oversees the evaluation of any potential problem you might be having and will not lie about the cause no matter how simple and inexpensive the fix might be. I dare you to find another repair shop that will not gouge you to death with fabricated problems that don t really exist if given half a chance. What other shop will tell you that the cracking/popping noise coming from the front end is nothing more than a loose nut on the tie rod? Nobody, that s who. You ll end-up paying nearly $1,000 for a CV axle you don t need. While my vehicle was under Josh s care another vehicle scraped across my rear bumper leaving a good sized gash. Rather than ignore it, they stopped the driver of the other vehicle, facilitated them accepting full responsibility and TSC is replacing the entire bumper free of charge. Not trying to fix it mind you but replacing the entire bumper! You just don t find that kind of honesty and integrity everyday. If you need any mechanical work performed on your vehicle, take it to Josh at The Service Center and rest easy knowing it will receive the best service possible.

Finally found a mechanic shop that I will be coming back to. They are so helpful and friendly. I wasn t really sure what was going on with my car and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it for a very fair price. They were also open with all their pricing and gave me different options for how I can go about getting everything done. Highly recommend this place. They are honest people.

First time here. Fast service. Kept me updated by phone and reasonable prices! A little confused at first when finding The service center bc Google took me to a place called JA Auto Ranch, which looks to be a car dealership. I believe they are connected! But The service center is located towards the back. Again great customer service! Thank you for getting my car safe to drive for out upcomming trip! I have used Neil for a long time and was very happy to support the Service Center by taking my car in for a brake inspection recommended by a dealer. Neal and his team are the best. As a woman I worry about being taken advantage of from car places, but not at this place. Neal is honest and upfront with the repairs I need and the ones I don't need. He has even let me bring in used cars i was thinking of buying so he can personally test drive them and hook then up to diagnostics to tell me if it is a good car or not. Neal goes above and beyond in everything he does and so does his crew. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your car needs. The service center should be called 'Thee' service center! Hands down 'Thee' best service! Neal and his team are skilled professionals making diagnostics-to-repair a quick and painless effort. I have 100 percent trust in this team to fix the issue and do it at a fair price without concern of ill mechanical advice nor fear of being hoodwinked. Omg . . . This auto shop is amazing. I went this morning with no appointment to get my son s gear shift looked at on his 2013 Altima. Even though it was very clear that the shop was busy, they still took the time out to look and the issue and provide me with a viable option until we can get the car into the shop. They were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. To top it off, they didn t even charge me anything. They have a customer for life. If you didn t know about this shop, now you know. Do yourself a favor and come here for your auto needs. I know they will not disappoint.

It's extremely difficult to find a mechanic and repair company that is not only trustworthy, but does quality work. The Service Center checks all the boxes. I have yet to take them a situation to where it could not be repaired. Neal, Josh and the rest of the team are 100% on target with repairs and keep costs manageable. I have no idea why most shops want to charge you an exorbitant price for a simple oil change, especially when you're providing your own oil and filter. A Google search brought me to Neil and his staff. They took care of my oil change and charged an extremely reasonable price. I think I've found a new home for all of my vehicle maintenance needs. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy, professional, friendly, makes you feel like family, then this is your lifetime mechanic for all your vehicles. Neil's prices and turnaround time are unbelievably awesome. I've been taking all my vehicles to him since the 2000s and never had any issues with ANYTHING. I know there is not another mechanic in the southeast that can be compared to Neil. His services are unparalleled in the industry. If you read this, dont bother reading anymore. I always have a hard time finding a trustworthy mechanic when I PCS to a new base. Neal and his crew are great! Fixed my wife's car while I was deployed and took care of my 2nd vehicle last week... Seriously nice people. My check engine light came on and they helped me diagnose the problem without charging me anything, even though they were really busy fixing other vehicles. They will take time for you. I'd go back to them if I was local.
