Took my truck to get alignment. After I get the alignment, the tech comes out and says they only adjust the caster of my truck. The camber of my truck was also off due to putting new tie rods on the truck. I would not have taken it to this shop if I had known prior to paying that they only adjust the caster and not the camber. Now I'm having to pay another shop to get the camber adjusted as well.

Came to the store today. An ex of mine Devin decided to be so unprofessional that I had to ask the lady in the back to come assist me. He was unprofessional and disclosed my personal information in front of a customer. Manager is aware. I was charged 86.40 for my tires to my mounted and dismounted just to refer me to someone who can actually do the work. No professionalism here go somewhere else

Great customer service. Kevin was polite and professional, even though he was understaffed. He had my truck in the garage with 5 mins of entering the building. Kevin also so provided drinks for me and my kids. Very nice and professional staff member. I didn't receive the same customer service at the Gray Hwy RNR Tire in Macon. The Macon store was so rude and unprofessional. I swore not to ever go back to any RNR Tire store. But Kevin and the staff at the Warner Robins store was a very enlighten experience. I am very happy with service and professionalism Kevin provided.

Today started rough and knowing how the end of the year is for some of us.. things can get hectic; I was so worried about this months payment and Kevin gave me a chill pill and easily resolved my problem. It s him understanding things happen for me. THANK YOU KEVIN!!!Go get you some tires people!

It was my fault because I didn t read the agreement and was just listening to them talk to me saying it was okay Letting them know I only had one income. I would have never agreed to it. $150 a week/ $600 a month Never do that again. Please read the document and make sure, you understand stand everything before they do the work to your car.My rims/tires I could have had a better deal somewhere else but hearing the Commercials and them saying, they will work with you and with the payments.First of all, they are very rude. I was not late on the payment. We put down money and had told them just take from that and make the payment. So why are you calling me and my sister saying I am late and the Contract is broken! They want your money but move very slow when you tell them something is wrong.What I am saying if you don t have no other way to get rims/tires , then okay.I am into it too deep with the money to stop and return now . (Punk B* ) Just wanted to let other people know . 000 stars it should be, but you have to put one star to post. RNR Warner Robins Georgia

Very unprofessional. They don t deserve any stars. August 6th was suppose to be my first payment . Remind you that s on a Saturday so instead of KELVIN callin me he sends someone to my house to get the tires again this is my first payment and I work early mornings not once did he give me a chance to come up there. I wasn t behind or anything. He s very rude and not professional at all. I didn t have this problem the last time I got tires from Rnr but now that he s the supervisor or what he make things so difficult. Rude as all out doors. Never again will I deal with RNR tires as long as he work there!! He s very unprofessional.. Again I don t suggest this place to anyone. Caught him and another coworker talking bout me and I notice the last time he was talking bout another customer!!

Great experience! I walked in, WANTING rims & NEEDING tires! Alex and the rest of the staff on duty were excellent help! Very professional, had patience because I was a little indecisive, but I ended getting what I came for! Great prices, great work, all pros no cons thank you RNR

I won t ever go anywhere else but here! After I bought my car I was finding it difficult for anyone to look @my tire sensor problem because my wheels were after market. Not only did RNR look at/diagnose my problem, they fixed it FOR FREE! Elizabeth, D. Hart, & Tyrone made this by far the best experience ever!

Every time I come to this tire place it is an awesome experience. They do really quick work and they do not overcharge. I will bring all of my tire related issues here. The new manager is very kind and I appreciate it his assistance today. I think He said his name was Robert.

Sharod has such great energy and very positive he makes you laugh and very personable. He answers all your questions and honest upfront with the customers. Me and my daughter experience with all the staff was awesome. I recommend this place to whomever is in need of tires and trims.

RNR has giving me the best service. They answered every question I had with a very thorough explanation. I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for new tires and wheels. They treat you like family. Shrod has always had great energy from the first day I entered the store. The employees show you the upmost respect. I love entering this store specifically because I know that it will always be an enjoyable experience! They have an A++ in my book.

I have been using rnr tire for years. Recently bought a new set of tires. Had a flat. Road service wouldn't even come out. Missed one payment because they close at 6 but called at 515 now answer. One day late they want to threaten me with a repo. Since new owner ship they take for ever and no body knows what they are doing. I also dont like rude messages from them

The guys at RnR really take care of you. I had a tire that kept going flat and they actually took time to find out the problem. Service was so great I sent my husband back to them to buy rims and they exceeded our expectations.

Hit a pothole in my Lamborghini going through GA unfortunately, but the guys at RNR were able to get me back on the road in under an hour! Professional and quick service! Much appreciated when in need!
