RCI-XL is your one-stop service center for all of your RV service needs. RCI-XL knows the camping business. Michelle Fernandez, the general manager, has been in the RV business for over 24 years. She has a complete staff of highly factory trained technicans. Their wall is full of certifications from companies like Lippert, Dometic, and others. Ray, their Master Certified Technician, has been in this business for 36 years.With a complete fabrication department, paint and body shop, and repair shop, they can do almost anything on site. I've seen examples of massive metal parts that were hand fabricated by their welders and machined to the specs of the original part. If the part can not be found, most likely they can fabricate one. This place is very impressive, to say the least.I own a Tiffin Class A motorhome. Any future service needs I have will be handled by RCI-XL. I wouldn't think of taking my motorhome back to the RV sales and service centers that have no concept of customer service. In the past, they have kept our camper for weeks before even attempting to service it. Frequently, when I got our camper back, the service was shoddy, and several times, the repairs were not done correctly.RCI-XL gets you in and out fast, delivering on what they promise.I have finally found a service center that I will call home for years to come.Thank you for the wonderful job you performed on my motorhome this week.

Five Star Service at RCI-XL!Let me tell you about the amazing experience we had at this shop. They truly went above and beyond to take care of us and our RV, which we consider our home on wheels. We are full-timers.First Class Customer Service:Fast and Responsive: I emailed them about our frame flex issue on a Sunday and received a call first thing Monday morning. They quickly gathered all the information, formulated a plan, and scheduled us in no time.Sunday Savior: Our RV needed some TLC, and they were the only shop that accommodated us and by letting us boondock in their lot on a Sunday night 2 weeks after we contacted them! This allowed us to get an early start on repairs the next day.Communication Champions: They kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. We received daily updates, pictures, and even suggestions on how to save money on certain fixes. Wonderful service! Michelle, Ray, Sidney, Chris.. They're all so nice and professional. I had a "check trailer wiring" fault going north on I-16 on my way to Blue Ridge. Called RCI XL and they got me in to troubleshoot as soon as I pulled up. It wasn't the crossover wire as we first expected, so Michelle allowed us to stay overnight with 50 Amp power and water. They pulled all 4 hubs at 6.00 the next morning to assess. By 9.00 the camper ended up being fine. Then Ray (not to be denied) troubleshot my truck (2024 2500 HD) and deduced the computer is VERY sensitive and should be looked at by the dealer. I adjusted on the fly with the info, left the camper with them for a few days to get some other work done and met my wife and daughters in Blue Ridge. EXCELLENT SERVICE for RV work!

Recently had my awning repaired following third party damage. Of the four major RV service centers in the Warner Robins/Macon area, RCI came in with the fastest estimate, lowest cost and fastest repair. Sydney and the RCI crew performed exceptionally well in detailed estimate, prompt service, outstanding repair service, quality workmanship, firmly standing behind their work. For all of your RV repair or maintenance requirements, don t waste your time with the others. Get RCI XL on your side and get back on the road!

If I could give 10 I would! Let me tell y all about my experience with RCI XL, Michelle and her shop crew! After contacting Michelle about having our patio replaced on our 2021 Jayco Seismic I knew this was THE place; like even worth driving back from wherever we may be to bring our 5er here! Michelle and her crew were so helpful and made for an incredible, painless experience. Thank you RCI XL for handling our project! I have already shared our experience in our Jayco Seismic FB group and I will continue to sing y all s praises!

I have a 2020 Winnebago Travato 59KL. RCI XL is a good place to have RV repairs done. They keep you informed about the status of your vehicle and the only slow down is when parts need to be ordered. They are not the cheapest BUT are definitely the best.UPDATE: I keep hearing horror stories about Travato repairs. Well i have a positive one to tell. If you are in Central Georgia and need a RV repair, this is the place. I have to report the BEST experiences I have ever had getting a repair. My Truma heating system was showing an over voltage shutdown error code. These folks worked on it for over 10 hours and could not find the problem even after numerous calls to Truma. They planned to remove the unit and carry it to a Truma training seminar. So I took it back in to have unit removed for the trip to Truma training. When removing the wires from back of wall monitor they found one was loose. They did not check before because it was reading too much voltage at this monitor. They called and said come get my RV, it is all fixed. I went to pick up my Travato "WingIt" and it was no charge at all. I was expecting to pay at least $1000. I will be using them from now on. (I have no part of the company, I am just a really satisfied customer.)

I was traveling in my motor home & called RCI XL to have minor repairs done on the coach. They said, Be here 8am Monday & we will fit you in. That was great! No long wait for appointment to have it done.On my way to the RCI XL shop, it became frightfully obvious that my motorhome needed brakes more than anything.Michelle, at RCI XL was fantastic! She arranged for my brakes to be fixed the next day, after the repairs I had called about were taken care of.I was so pleased with the work done & gracious accommodation by everyone in the shop that I chose to have the body of my RV sealed & new awning material installed at RCI XL before leaving the area.The no appointment policy at RCI XL was a godsend to me as a traveler, just passing through Warner Robins. That kind of service is simply not available where I live in PA.I m so impressed with RCI XL that it s worth it to me to have my motorhome serviced there every year, as I make my way south for the winter. They are THAT good!

After buying a used RV, I attended the Atlanta RV Show looking for a vendor to help me get the rig into the condition I wanted. I was lucky enough to meet Michelle from RCi XL who invited me to have a look at their shop. I liked it and had them put a new roof on and inspect the rest of it. WOW, what great work! Roof install is SUPER! As Randy was inspecting he fixed many of the little things it needed. I now have a partner in RCi XL that I trust to help me keep it in shape. THANKS!!Update 12/27/2020 My second visit to RCi XL to repair road damage to front quarter panel and door. Parts weren't easy to find for my 22 year old baby but they did it and it is fantastic!! Thanks AGAIN everyone!

Just Had water damage repaired on slideout floor, all I can say is this place will go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. This was the second time I have had worked accomplished here and both times my motorhome was inspected, repaired and returned before the other repair facilities would return my call to make a appointment.Service: Body & Trim

RCI is absolutely wonderful! They corrected a bad install done by another company for a weight distribution hitch from my truck to camper, and they even took the time to show me step by step what was needing to be corrected. They also engaged with me on some maintenance I was unaware I needed to do on the trailer. RV camping is a lifestyle and I m constantly willing to learn and felt like they never held that against me, they just helped me understand. The technician, Jason, was awesome and even gave me advice on our next accessory upgrade. The staff was friendly from start to finish.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

My husband and I were trying to move our RV from storage in WR to out of state and of course we discovered issues. We were on a tight timeline but RCI XL was amazing! Best service and customer care that I have ever experienced with my RV. Andrea and Michelle were so polite and helped to coordinate all my repairs. The service techs were top notch and helped us to get so many service items and last minute add ones like anti sway bars installed in such a timely manner! They even helped to coordinate new tires with their sister shop across the street. Fantastic! I wish this repair shop was near my new home but I might coordinate trips this way to have this shop care for my RV again,

Great people and great service! They are so good about getting your camper back to you ASAP. I wouldn't want to take my fifth wheel anywhere else to have repairs. So glad to have finally found someone that actually cares about the customer!!!

While traveling through the area, we called RCI XL and spoke with the RV repair manager, Michelle. After explaining our concerns about 5th wheel, she told us we were welcome to come by for an evaluation.When we arrived, Michelle assigned Randy (a great technician) to analyze our issue. When he suggested what should be done and we agreed, Randy and his crew did an excellent job repairing our suspension.Their professionalism and respect for their customers was excellent. They even allowed us to use their electricity and water and "camp" in their yard for the night.My wife and I truly appreciate everything they did for us. Michelle, Andrea, Randy and the other employees... thank you so very much!Jeff and Suzanne Hunt

Simply put this is the best RV repair facility we have ever used. Rapid, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Willing to spend the time necessary to explain the problem and a cost effective fix. They far exceed expectations and got us back on the road fast. Don't be afraid to ask Michelle for a recommendation for lunch.It is our pleasure to give them the highest rating possible and highly recommend their services.

Five stars is under-rating RCI XL! RVs are about the same, but service is NOT the same. We have been with Michelle Fernandez and her team since purchasing our coach in 2002. We travel from the Atlanta to Warner Robins for all our work. They are professionals, fairly priced and the turn-around-time Is wonderful. As if that weren't enough, the work is done correctly! We have ALWAYS had our expectations exceeded by Michelle and her teamWith a previous coach, we had work done by several other businesses to only to get down the road and find that the issue/work was done poorly and we were having to spend time and money having the same issues addressed repeatedly. We have never had this issue with Michelle's team at RCI XL.If you are in I-75 south of Macon and need any RV work done, I can't recommend RCI XL enough. We've never been disappointed.We are not related to anyone ar RCI XL, but are loyal customers

Absolutely awesome shop. Had my 21 ft coachman toy hauler in their shop for hurricane Michael roof damage. Gave me a reasonable qoute during the first phone call. Told them I was paying out of pocket and did not have insurance, they helped me out where they could to lower repair cost. Job was completed faster than there estimated date. Even did some small odds and ends at no extra charge that were not even talked about. I will pull my rv from Florida to there shop without hesitation from now on. 10 stars, highly recommended.

Dropped off my cable for some touch up maintenance. Some minor repair work and it was very cost efficient and timely. We'll continue to use them for all of our camper needs!

I had questions regarding a warranty repair that I had done. For some reason my light switches are upside down on my camper after they had worked on it. To this day I haven't been able to figure it out. I called them numerous times and never received a callback. I am a little upset because all it seems like they cared about was the money. Once they realized the warranty wouldn't cover there shop they wont even return my calls.

Absolutely completely satisfied. RCI XL is the RV repair shop with customer service and quality work. It felt like the treatment you recive from chic-fil-a and publix. Took 3 days for some minor work to be completed after parts came in. Michele and Andrea handled everything professionally. I would give the experience more stars if I could.

RCI XL is AWESOME! I was on the road driving from Orlando to Minneapolis MN (in a used RV that I just bought). I realized the night before that the rear lights and running lights were not working making this a dangerous (and illegal) night drive. I called RCI XL (based on Google search near me and their great Google rating) and asked for emergnecy repair. Michelle answered and was amazing, considerate, and accommodating and set an immediate appointment. I was greetd with a smile, a tour of this amazing facility (ask about the awesome paint booth), and a nice cofy lobby to wait. Randy was assigned the project to chase an impossible electric wiring mess. He spent about an hour diagnosing and found the problem, which was some previous work gone bad. Two wires were cut by someone else, which happened to be the lights to the rear. Randy was very fast and efficient, and great guy, finishing this whole job in 2 hours. I was back on the road with a smile and feeling safe. RCI XL is your RV shop. GIve them a call and try them out. Thanks Michelle and Randy. Great experience.

I really like this place. They couldn t really help me but the interaction I did have was great. I would for sure recommend their services. Please note I appreciate that their parking has plenty of space to maneuver.

These folks are awesome. The work they did on my elderly pop-up was excellent, and FAST. They did everything requested at a very fair price, but then did even more without additional charges. It is refreshing to find a business that over delivers on commitments, and I can only recommend that if you need this kind of work done, find them and use them. You won't be disappointed!

Its just one of those good people kind of places. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. A plus is they have plenty of room around the building to walk your critter if you need to. I had a water pump installed on my class c rv.

Won't go anywhere else. They always work with me to get what warranty work or just regular inspections/repairs that come with being an RV owner. By far the best place to go to in the Middle Georgia area.
