I have taken all my cars there to be fixed. I trust them 100% very nice people to deal with. I was shocked to pick up my car and they had not only done the work but my car was washed and detailed, it looked brand new again. I will continue to have all my work done by them. Big thank you.

Randy's Collision did a great job fixing my car. My insurance company, Geico, recommended them to me (or choose a choice of my preference) and they had did a great job repairing my car with a new passenger door, new paint job, vacuum and clean inside very well, and fixed the slight rubber underneath the bumper and that was very kind of them - because it was minor thing. Sometimes the business can be a little slow but if you keep in touch with the owner and checking in with the repair adjuster from time to time, they will see about the matter and have your car fix within the estimated time frame. Thanks Randy!

I was so pleased with the repair of my front bumper cover. They were efficient, pleasant and the price was great. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that this was my first experience and a small-ish job. I am sure they take the same care and concern for larger jobs, so 5 stars is on the way...Thanks again

DO NOT USE!They were paid by our insurance to fix our vehicle after an accident. They took 3 months to fix the vehicle and told us the reason it would never align correctly was because of a previous accident. [We owned it since it was new, never happened]. We had to take it back multiple times at which the lady that was supposed to be the person over our claim never actually would answer the phone.One year later our car was getting worse. We had moved since then, so we took it to the mechanic near us and said he has never seen someone do so much damage to a vehicle trying to repair it. The left wheel almost fell off the far when it was on the lift. They claimed to have replaced parts, that were never actually done but billed the insurance for it. Could not believe they would risk a family being put in this situation. Thank God the insurance covered the repairs for their faulty work, or we would have had to pay over $5k to fix.

My Yukon has been in this shop for over 30 days. We scheduled it and dropped it for repairs on June 28th. To date we have not heard from the shop about the status of our repairs. We called on Friday asking for Amy the manager to contact us and have yet to receive a call. The most helpful person there has been Valencia who apparently just works in the office. Also they are a Geico preferred repair shop, which is even worse because nobody from Geico has provided any updates! Worst experience ever. I work in claims with another company and I never want my customers to experience anything close to this! The guaranteed repairs aren t worth the cost at the end. We have exceeded our rental limits, and currently paying out of pocket and Randy s does not offer any incentive for the inconvenience!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were friendly, which I appreciate. Geico sent me to them. I told them I had 2 claims that Geico was paying for and also a debt that was being paid out of pocket. I walked around the car and showed them what needed fixing. They had my car for 3 weeks and only fixed problems from ONE claim, which was the smallest issue out of the 3.Now I'm wondering if they and Geico even communicated regularly because if they did, they'd know about the 2nd claim even AFTER I already told them. I don't think I'll be back. I really don't trust anything that has to do with cars. I feel like they all try to cheat you. And that's from the dealership down to the auto parts store.

Friendly, courteous, and efficient... I'm very happy with the work they did on my Carmen (that's my car's name). They kept me informed of the status of repairs and were very understanding of my situation. I'm very happy with my choice of collision center and u would definitely choose them again.

This place is old and run down went to get an estimate and it took over 30 minutes just to get someone to talk to me than another 20 while they were off shuffling around somewhere, I ended up leaving before I even got the estimate, the place is disgusting, could not stand it in there another minute, the employees were rude and could care less about your business. Idk if they do good work or not but I kept thinking if they did something wrong I would have to continue to have to deal with the long waiting and rude employees. That's a NO from me

After seeing a few bad reviews, I felt I needed to share my experience. Have been using Randy's for many years, they have been repairing cars for over 35 years. No issues with service, or repairs, sometimes dealing with my insurance company caused delays, but I was always informed. They always addressed any concerns I had..Great people, I would highly recommend!Service: Painting

I had an accident in Aug. I spoke with Randy's on tow seperate occassions about a time length. I was prepared for 30 to 45 days without a vehicle as was originially quoted when the vehicle was brought in. Now 60 days later, I have had conflicting updates with Randy's, no one is available to speak with me, and the insurance company does not have any communication with them either. At first being a GEICO customer, this would be the most optimal place to bring the vehicle as this is an GEICO collision repair facility, the but after the service I received I would no reccommend this body shop. I would move this vehicle if I could. DO NOT go to thise repair facility, unless absouletly necessary. Still counting the days for an update for my car to be totaled.

Collin is great. He gave me a fair estimate. Once I decided to use this company, I went in to pay for parts. Two days later dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready for pickup later that afternoon. The price stayed the same without any extra, surprise charges. Awesome customer service. I will recommend to anyone needing repairs. Thank you!

I was rear-ended and the insurance company told me to take my truck to Randy's collision. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. The job was excellent! Colin was keeping me updated to the ordering of parts and the expected completion date of my vehicle. I was quite impressed with the painters skill. They made it look as good as new. I have nothing but great things to say from the customer service side to the actual work done. If you have an insurance case this is definitely the place to go intown, since you move right to the front of the line! Thank you

Giving them a 4star because It took them longer than their estimate to fix my truck. Didn't update me as much that the work will be longer. I had to call them to ask for updates. But overall i like their work and happy with the outcome. Im impressed with the extra touch up paint that they gave me as well. And cheapest in town as well. I will come back to them if ever i need something done. Highly recommended!

Can't get my parts apparently..already paid them the payment from Progressive.. the insurance part just waiting on them. They they were recommended by Progressive. All im waiting on is them?

Summer in Ga is HOT. They took me in right away and replaced my window regulator within an hour. Love these guys. Great prices, friendly staff. Ho see them

The work was good but it took months. Every time I called I got the same story....waiting on parts. That might have been the honest answer but I've never waited that long anywhere else before. I will never use them again.

My car was rear ended and was reassured they would take care of it. After about 3 weeks I was told the car was ready. After inspecting the car I noticed that the trunk lid was sticking out about 1 1/2 further than what it should. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix it. Since I still had a rental car I refused to take the car. I left and received a call from the rental company saying that the the car was no longer being paid for by the insurance since Randy s had said the car was done. I was told they would handle the charges. That didn t happen and I had to pay for it. I was called about a week later and said the car was ready. Still did not look that great and now you have to slam the trunk to get it to close. I was told that it was the best they could do!! What a joke. Would not ever use them again.

I took my car here because it was our insurance companies "preferred" shop. It sat there all day just for them to take a few pictures. Once our insurance company provided us with the estimate, we decided to just pay out of pocket for the repairs. When we called Randy's to ask them to order the parts they had no record of our car. We left our number and were told we would get a call back but never did.

I met with Amy at the first of May regarding my Jeep repairs. Randy s was recommended to me in passing and Amy explained that there would be no problem getting an estimate. I left feeling confident that Randy s would service my Jeep in a timely manner.I went back and forth with Amy over a month to find that she never wrote up an estimate and attempted to blame it on State Farm. I called the shop several times to hear, she s with a customer, can she call you back. My calls were never returned. Still to this day waiting on my estimate....Time is value. It is unfortunate that wasted time went into this place.I made an appointment with RCI & received my estimate the same day!Go see Dwayne @ RCI for prompt customer service.

Did ok work. Gave me no notifications though. Had to call them for updates. Did not put clear coat on my quarter panel that they replaced. Not sure why?

Dropped my car off after a hit and run. Randy's and Geico was able to work with Enterprise to help get me a rental while my car was being repaired. When I picked my car up the body looked good, but the after market headlight didn't quite fit and a panel was a shade wrong. Randy's was able to order a Honda headlight and readily replaced the light and repainted the panel. Fantastic service with a lifetime warranty on work and paint.

I came in to get an estimate for my vehicle, told me they had the part. I called to get an update and waiting almost two weeks, and they ended up not having the part, I just hate when people tell you false details, so unprofessional I will never go back there !!!! Not satisfied at all as a customer !!!!!!

I do not recommend!!! My wife s car was repaired here through progressive insurance. They put some new parts on, car looked great!! However, coming home from work down the interstate the other day, the right headlight fell out, smacking the tire and damaging the new fender!!! Took it back to them, they say something hit it!!! Cause headlights don t just fall out!! Tells me to file a claim!!! Guess what, they forgot to put the locking pin in that s holds the lamp in!!! I get it, we all make mistakes, but don t think I m dumb!!! What happened to lifetime warranty??!! Fighting with progressive now!! Would had gave 0 stars but wouldn t let me!

It's really hard to find honest, reliable auto body shops but this is my "Go to" place. I highly recommend them. They're busy, but thorough and provide you with excellent work.

I wouldn t recommend this shop to nobody, Very poor service. They had my truck over a month and never look at it. After waiting for over a month I finally called the shop to see what was going on with my vehicle. All of a sudden they rushed out there to look at my vehicle, Came up with a high estimate now my insurance company is considering my vehicle to be a total loss, I have my vehicle towed to another shop and the Estimate they gave me was a Extremely lower than Randy s Do not waste your time with this shop they have very poor service.

i highly recommend no one send there vehicle here they don t keep you informed they lie no one acts like they know what s going on with your vehicle they had my van since january here it is may 10 an still tell my van is in painting i m so upset

They did a wonderful job replacing my bumper. The whole process was quite seamless and the staff was very helpful and informative. I would absolutely choose them again in the future.

Collin was a great help along the way. The quality of the paint and repairs are A1. I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
