Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they, welk, kinda stand behind their parts. I'm on my 3rd starter in 3 months. I guess I'm glad that I don't have to keep buying parts, they swap out their "bad" parts but, guess whose been stuck with the labor costs on installing 3 starters because the parts they sell are lemons?

Typical box store parts store. They do keep a better tracking system with part warranties better than advance, auto zone, etc. Very knowledgeable staff and will work with you. Most parts can be ordered and at the store by the next day.

Very nice. Bought a battery there. They took out the old and put in the new one. I'm thankful they do that for you. I was having back surgery 5 days after I got the battery. I couldn't do any lifting or anything like that. The guy who did that for me was very kind and helpful.

Not my usual go to but decided to give them a try. A female checked my tire pressure and added air. She was very friendly and knowledgeable until she disbursed a referral for other services that didn't include a discount or reference check for service intended, I'll pass. Additional star lost because you always have to request your military discount , with rising costs and the fight to retain business I think they should ask because often the person is preoccupied with their vehicles distress. Does anyone, anywhere agree with me? Right?

Of all auto parts stores, i pick this one for every vehicle i own(except my bike). Always get great service and never have a problem finding what i need. Shout out to Devin Willeby for helping me find the right battery for my girlfriends car. Real helpful dude and a real professional. highly recommend going here!

In my opinion one of the best auto parts stores to get parts. Great customer service. Most employees are very knowledgeable about newer and older cars. Each store has a huge inventory, if they don't have a part in stock and another store does they will track it down and point you in the right direction. Or they will suggest having it shipped to that location either that day or the next. Not saying that you should only shop O'Reilly for parts however best customer service in my opinion.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Usually has great inventory. If the part you want isni't in stock at the store you want to shop they'll search inventory in their other locations and call to verify that it's there before you leave. Will also go pick it up for you and have it ready for pick up at your store if you give them enough advance notice. Convenient store hours, too.

The customer service is awful. I went in 2 weeks ago to purchase a battery. The staff didn't acknowledge I was there including managers. The store wasn't busy and to add insult to injury another customer came in after I did. They took care of that person before me. I waited for awhile to see if someone else would help but that didn't happen. I left and went to another O'Reilly's. They were busy and extremely helpful. I advise anyone who lives in the Warner Robin's Georgia to visit O'Reilly's on the corner of Watson Blvd and Pleasant Hill. They are awesome.I went in this morning to purchase a coil pack for my truck. The associate acted if he was doing me a favor checking my truck. He barely spoke and didn't give me conversation when I asked questions. I left and went to the other store on Watson Blvd. They were are awesome. The went above and beyond. I was very pleased.I spend a lot of money at store on Houston. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT STORE. I will tell everyone about my experience. These we not the first 2 experiences I had there. I just looked over it because of the convenience from my home. Now I will take the extra time to go to Watson Blvd.

Went there to get battery tested in my wife's Toyota. It was bad and they did not have the replacement in stocks. So they determined in was at another location nearby. Fast, friendly and professional help...problem solved.

Went to Perry store to pick up a replacement for a defective part, Asst. Manager didn't know about change in shuttle runs (no 5:00 run) until the 3:30 run, told would be in at 10:30 next day. Find out they are doing a single run next day when I went to pick up the part that it wouldn't be in until 12:30. This store informs me they were running late due to Macon hub store running late, Macon hub store tells me it was already sorted out for them to leave later for the single run being made. Bottom line, local store wasn't properly informed leaving me with 2 wasted trips of gas and time. I understand it is New Years, but this type of thing shouldn't have happened in the first place as stores weren't properly informed.

Need more counter people that know about vehicles. I get tired of having to educate them. Been an auto mechanic over 30 years....

Great customer service, excellent staff, quality parts. This location can get busy at peak times, so be prepared and give yourself a little extra time. I've always found it was worth the wait.

Why is it that no o'Reilly auto parts focuses on customer service. Guy at counter said next then talked on a personal cell phone for the entire transaction only stopping to speak to me to tell me the total. Not even a thank you or come back. This is second store in Warner Robin's that has been like this. I highly do not reccomend.

The 2 young gentlemen working this afternoon were beyond amazing in helping us get what we needed at a great deal too. Just shows there is some outstanding younger generation still around.

Bought a battery from them. Had a three year warranty. Battery died with 10 months left on warranty. Store wanted me to leave it while they charged it. Told them it had been on the charger all day. Wouldn't swap it. I was not a happy camper. They lost a customer over a few $. Go to WalMart, some of their batteries have a 3 year warranty (not prorated). WalMart was even cheaper.

Had to contact the district manager when one of their employees is doing some part-time side job work for me. He worked on my car with an O'Reilly's uniform on. He almost killed me when he screwed up putting the brake pads on my car the wrong way. I don't know if the manager ever disciplined him but I highly recommended they not promote him. If I was the district manager I would have fired the guy on the spot. They could have been liable for a huge lawsuit had anything really bad happened

I get pretty good customer service when I go there, watch the prices though and price things before you go, it maybe cheaper to get off line if you're not in a hurry

Great service but Management should encourage growth in company instead of making employees feel like they don't matter. The conversation should have been private.

Good service, even when I had to return a radiator cap multiple times because they kept breaking.
