It's a good place to get parts/higher quality products compared to other auto parts stores. The original people have all retired, so the store is run with the younger people. Since computers have come in, the new kids on the block don't know enough to open up parts catalogues, lately I've had problems getting the proper belts for my lawn mower.

My husband went in to purchase some windshield wipers for me and decided to use them to keep business local, and it's location close to my job. He was disappointed enough in the customer service that he made it a point to tell me about it, and he doesn't usually complain about customer service (he's used to the generally poor service in the area anyhow) . Unfortunately the windshield wipers were wrong, which I suppose he should have looked up prior to arrival nbd. What he was mad about was the lack of help, lack of greeting , and overall feeling of employees really not eager for business. That being said I figured maybe he was overreacting or something and went back the next day or so to see if I could get a refund. Now I will say that they were kind enough to refund my money without a receipt and I do appreciate that which is why I gave 2 stars rather than 1. If not for that they would get 1, simply because I was not greeted when I walked in, or even a knowledged in any way. Okay fine, that's not something that is new, places have done it before, albeit they are usually ran by teens or something. After standing there for 5 minutes without any type of a knowledgement, I started to get impatient. There were 5 guys in there. Most of them were old and one younger one. I had no clue who actually worked there and who was just hanging out and who was a customer. Had someone said they would be with me in a moment or something I probably would have known at least that. Anyhow they are the good ol boy type for sure, If you aren't part of that clique then you aren't worth their time I guess. They clearly aren't worried about getting new customers, their lack of customer service skills proves that. It's a shame because I'd much rather pay more and shop local, but this is one case where I would MUCH rather use a big chain where they are friendly helpful and I know who works there and who's hanging out

This store does not just value their parts, they value you as a customer. Staff is extremely welcoming, and will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy. They are knowledgeable and dependable in every aspect. Mr. David is my go to everytime I come in the store. Every part that he didn t have in stock for me, was ordered and delivered on the date promised. Besides one time where it was the transportations fault, and David actually called me as soon as he found out and apologized for the inconvenience. I highly recommend anyone to use this store over any other auto parts store. Napa products are also far superior to the others. This is an amazing store, and I ll continue to go head for all my vehicle needs.

I have never been disappointed. Went in with a destroyed front wheel bearing off of a Chinese built 4-wheeler. The man behind the counter grabbed his clippers and a bearing catalog, took some measurements and found a bearing that was very close to what I needed. Paid $5.85, took it home and - it was an exact fit. Not the first time this has happened and probably won't be the last. Highly recommend!

There is no better Auto Parts store on the planet. This isn't like the chain stores. These guys know what they are talking about. You know those guys that say 'let me listen to it for a minute" and can tell you what's wrong with it. They work here. Yes, they know how to use diagnostic equipment, but their experience is what you can rely on. Super super nice, knowledgeable folks...with great prices.

This is the One stop shop for your auto parts in Warner Robins! I have vehicles ranging from commuter to medium heavy duty. This is the place that has what I m in need of for all these. David and the other guys are knowledgeable and professional when it comes to the needs of any vehicle I have ever needed parts for or maintenance, even hydraulic hoses made up for heavy equipment.Thank you to Brooks Auto Parts, David and the other guys for making the search very easy!Randall Scott Langston

Lying kid on phone assures part is on shelf , I drive 25 mi to get it , the only kid on staff waites on me but doesn't remember me or know how to look up part that they now say they don't have & can't get ,,, stay away from these clowns !

This place is great! Can find parts for vehicles not listed in books at advance or autozone. These guys are the best! Highly recommended!!
