Thank you for such great service. Van had an oil leak and we were fearing the worst. We dropped the vehicle off and within 2 hours had a quote for repairs that was very very reasonable. Van was repaired in a matter of a couple days. I m beyond words to get the van back and they even took the time to fix the pesky license plate bulb that had been out for probably a year. It s nice not having any warning lights on the dashboard. The level of service is unmatched. Communication is top notch. We know who will be fixing all of our vehicles from now on. Thank you crew.

The level of service these guys perform is outstanding. Never have I had a mechanic treat out vehicles with such urgency. Communication is top notch. Online estimates sent out for approval. Paid bill online. Van was repaired in a matter of 3 days I believe it was. Back up and running. I will not take all my vehicles anywhere else.

These are the most kindest people I have ever dealt with. They were very thorough and professional. They did a great job fixing everything thing that was wrong with our car. It was very unsafe to drive before we took it to them. We feel very safe now. Reasonable price and very nice.

Got me in the same day. Conducted a total inspection of the vehicle. Provided results and recommended actions. Vehicle was repaired and back in my hands in less than 72 hours. Great customer service. Yes, I will continue to utilize their services and recommend to others.

The best shop in middle GA. Take my word for it. You can t go wrong with any of the guys at this shop. You won t find a more trust worthy shop or better mechanics in middle GA. Stop wasting your time and money at dealerships and other shops. This is THE one.

I like the small town atmosphere of Lily Automotive. They're pleasant and I never have a problem with the repairs of my vehicle. And the rates are reasonable too. I will always take my vehicle to their establishment if needing repairs.

Probably the best service in town. Honest, up front and timely.You get a txt msg when you job is complete, full invoice and have the option to pay online. Time saver!Austin and his team are fantastic! Already in the que for some service work on another vehicle.

We were in Georgia visiting from Nashville, Tn. Had car troubles on the way down. Lilly Automotive was able to get us in and fixed up in a couple of days so we d be able to get back home. We were very appreciative of their exemplar service and friendliness.

Let me tell y'all. I am blown away with the service I got today at Lilly Automotive . I have been driving around with no air in my car for almost two years thinking it was a bad compressor based on what others have said. I went into Lilly Automotive today out of curiosity to get it looked at because they don't charge a diagnostic fee. It has been miserable driving around with no Ac and I have a two year old. We met their dog Ruby who we loved, They offered us snacks and drinks while we waited, The lobby is super comfortable and clean (cleanest shop I've ever seen). He came out and told me he FIXED MY AC! Y'all I almost cried. It was as simple as needing to be flushed and recharged! They are EXTREMELY friendly, GREAT communication and VERY honest!I'm telling you, if you need Automotive work.. Call them. You won't be disappointed at all!I'm so happy I decided to stop in there today.

Oh my Goodness ..... these guys are great. I went to three different places to have my A/C fixed in my Nissan Frontier (2005) and everyone cost me money, of course electronic parts must be paid in advance, understandably.Anyway Mr. Austin Lilly worked on my car himself (one of the owners) and he found the problem in no time. I was without A/C in my truck for 3 years !! This year it is way too hot for my 40 minute drive to work at 3 PM in the afternoon. I took the advice of a review I read myself and am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!I needed A/C for my truck but they said they do everything so now I have a new Auto Repair ShopThank You Lilly Automotive on Pleasant Hill in Warner Robins Georgia.Service: Air conditioning

I brought by car twice this month to Mr. Austin Lilly the owner and he got me fixed right up. The first time he fixed my AC and it is working so good my glasses fog when I get out of the car. The second time he replaced my back breaks and hub. They are so nice, fast, and know what they are doing!! They have my business for life!

I will for the life of my car be going to Lily Automotive on Pleasant Hill for all my Toyota needs! Maddie and Austin met me at the door with a smile and a happy what can I do for ya attitude! I was so wrecked and upset because I didn't know what to do with my headlight situation and Austin slid that bad boy in easy peasy! Its the holiday week and they were open and happy to help me out and i was so grateful!! They don't beat you over the head with a massive amount to pay and they do body work too!! I will be bringing my car here for the duration of its existence because I know Maddie and Austin and Matt gonna get me right together! My mom's air went out on her car. She took it to multiple shops and no one would give her straight answer of what was wrong or how much it would cost. Austin took the time to diagnose it and was able to fix it. It turned out to be the compressor. He had very good pricing for replacing a compressor.
