Noah from Knollwood Tire & Wheel was very helpful when it came to finding me the correct toolbox for my truck. He was very easy to get along with and I had the toolbox in about 24 hours from the time I ordered it.

Service was 5 , Communication was A+, Overall my purchase and install of tires and wheels was Top Notch. Just what I was looking for and the result was better than I envisioned. Would do business with again!

This is the worst tint job I ve ever received, I went back a total of 3 times for them to make it right and on the 4th I just asked for a refund. The first time there were bubbles, hair, and dirt all in the tiny, as if they didn t clean my windows before. The second time they tinted some of my windows 32% and left some at the 20%(which I paid for originally). The third time, there were still bubbles and dirt, and the tint had been cut incorrectly and not fitted to my window. Also my seats are cloth, and they didn t lay anything over them when tinting the windows and now they re stained. I m thankful they offered me a refund, the guy up front was so nice, but I won t be going back especially for tint.

I visited Creative Coatingz multiple times in the past week or two when I was lining up the purchase of a bed cover and runner boards for my 2018 Chevy Colorado that I had purchased a few days before.I was recommended their services through Hamby Automotive in Perry, GA for their solid and reliable work that they do throughout our local community. It even turned out that they happened to be the service who installed my spray-in bed liner as well once I saw my truck in person.To clarify, I had the FLEX folding bed cover, Weather Tech floor mats, and full length (black coated) runner boards installed. I am extremely satisfied with Creative Coatingz work and customer service. They ordered the items I asked for, had them the next day, and had my truck completely ready to go with everything installed in less than 3 hours!Their staff is very helpful, polite, and helped someone like myself who has never owned a truck or attempted to purchase these items before, learn everything they needed to know when making this purchase.I won't go into the specifics on pricing, but their product pricing with installation is better than anything a local dealership can do for you, and that's a fact, not an opinion.If you need any car/truck accessories installed, or want a quote on what it would take to potentially take your car/truck from average to everything you've ever wanted it to be, take it to Creative Coatingz!

If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. Took my 2016 Ram 1500 to for a 2.5 leveling kit, and tires and rims to be mounted. They informed me that the rims I brought them would not work. Only way they could fit those rims and tires was with a 4 inch total lift. Cost difference was from 350 to level, or 1900 to lift. Can't afford the 1900, told them to do the level kit and I would figure out the tire rim thing later. Pick up my truck, and it's leveled. Good. Get home and take the tires and rims out so I'm not riding around with them in the back of my truck to find them scratched all to hell. One has white(?) paint bedded in it like it was slammed or drug on something. But all 4 rims are really messed up. So because I wouldn't buy the $1900 lift kit you jack up my rims?? Who the hell do you think you are???

I got a roof wrap from this place back in 2016 thinking it was a good place to get a roof wrapped in black. If you want them making literally every mistake possible while working on your car, then this place is for you. Come to find out when I got my roof wrap removed, they used a too short piece for the roof so they added a strip on the front part of my car roof. Instead of using a sharp blade, it looks like they used a box cutter or a dull blade and dug right through the entire coat of paint. Also, the rear had a small strip of the wrap since it didn't reach all the way to the rear. Luckily on their part, I waited for forever to remove the broken down wrap and so the paint was already damaged underneath due to me waiting too long so I can't really get too upset. If I did remove it though in the specified 2 to 3 years mark, I would've had to have gotten the entire roof repainted as they had damaged the roof. I went to a good roof wrap shop that has worked on many many roofs and they said that this was one of the most mickey mouse jobs they've ever seen. If you like mickey mouse jobs, then go here, if not, stay away from this spot. Also, they charged me $450 for the wrap when the shop I went to charged me less than half and that is going from the 3m 1080 vinyl used (supposedly) to a 3m 1090 vinyl used by this shop I just recently went to. I got bad vibes off the start about taking my car to this shop. Also, the guy working on my car seemed very skiddish and like he was on drugs or something with the way he was behaving so definitely lesson learned. Trust your gut instinct next time.

****GREAT SERVICE*****Inquired about some tires and rims they had listed on FB marketplace and after noticing that they wouldn t fit due to my truck being lifted they were still able to sell me a set of Kenda Klevers AT s. Got me in and out very quickly! Need some tires? Call Bruce or Brandon at KNOLLWOOD they will take care of all your tire needs!!

These guys were very professional! I visited them 1st to get a quote to install a hitch I already had. There were no squabbles about buying the hitch from them. They were upfront with an installation price. When I returned 3 days later to have the hitch installed, they were extremely nice and professional- very pleasant to speak to. They gave me an estimated 2 hour window to install the hitch but they literally had it done in 45 minutes! Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the upgrades to my truck. Had a folding cover and rhino liner installed on Monday, then on Friday, 4" Rough country lift kit installed along with 35x12.50 20s my ride is right now.

Worn 2 tires out on my right front in 50 days after an alignment here. Went back to get them to check alignment again due to excessively wearing tires and pulling but they said nope, they would have to charge again. No warranty, wouldn't even check it even after only a few weeks. Poor business to not warranty labor after a short time. I have spent over $500 last couple months here on a couple vehicles. No more $ from me.

I took my new 2020 Ford Ranger there to get a spay-on bedliner put in. They gave me a great price. They did an amazing job! Great service too! I definitely recommend them. Maybe I'll get my windows tinted there too.

They support their service & material warranty! Great experience. I had them install a backup camera on my F-150 in February 2019. Last weekend it started cutting off & by Monday was out. I dropped by with my receipt and Jason told me that he would take care of it. He let me know when the replacement came in and Friday they installed it. I asked if i owed him anything, he replied no, then extended a handshake. Free replacement and honored the warranty even though it was a few weeks past a year.

Absolutely loved this place. Only cost me $240 and they did the tint as dark as I needed it. It was professionally done and I have no problems with the tint staying on. They made my car look great and they were super friendly. They were easy-going people who were fun to talk to and they got the job done quickly.Most people will turn away from the price because it's not "cheap" but if you want your money's worth, this is definitely the place.

These guys did a great job on my lift. Everything was installed correctly and they gave me an amazing price! Make sure you have a ride because it may longer than they think to finish. Coming back here when I get my next lift.

I had my 2004 Chevy truck in a wreck and needed my bed liner resprayed in the tail gate area only. Insurance would only pay for half of the bed to be sprayed, but owner of the owner of Creative Coatingz would never let his work go out half way done and look bad. These guys decided to spray a whole new bed liner to my truck to make it look like new at no extra cost. When I found out about what they did for me I asked them to go ahead and install a new dual exhaust since they have taken care of me for so many years.. These guys are great and treat repeat customers even better.. Two thumbs up !!!

Getting my windows tinted on a brand new car. the guy said it would only take 2 hours. Arrived on time if not early at 8am they didn't finish until 2pm. When I got in my car there was dust marks all on my new black seats where the guy was kneeling. ( need to invest in knee pads or new pants. ) down the side of the car on the inside where the window is was spray marks of Windex or whatever they use. My outside mirror were also all spotted with spray. All after waiting for 6 hours. Really? Wasn't happy. The guy took $25.00 off the bill and it is lifetime warranty. That is the only reason I even gave it a star and I had a good experience at the store on Gray HWY in the past.

They sprayed in my berliner and installed vent visors on my truck. They have pretty much any accessories you could want for your truck.Jason, the owner, has been in business for many, many years and you can trust he and his staff to take care of your truck as of it were their own.When it comes to getting personalized attention and great accessories, Creative Coatingz is the place to go (and they have multiple locations which gives you options). Made an appointment to get windows tinted on a brand new car I ve owned for a month. There were scratches in the tint on the driver s side which they offered to retint. After they finished I found places where tint was not properly laid and bubbles and tunnels were visible. The cuts along the top of the windows were uneven and non consistent with other windows. The tint does not even cover the entire window. Heat guns were left on the vehicle too long which melted the tint and caused discoloring on trim. The rear driver quarter panel is also scratched from trying to apply the heat gun on the back glass. I asked and was given a refund but they clearly don t hire people with skills to perform quality work, at least with window tinting. I don t recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this place. Attention to detail is everything and that employee clearly lacks it. Hope he s fired.

They have had my vehicle going on 6 days to get my rims powder coated and everytime I call to get an update, all that is said is "we working on it". If you decide to go with this company, please be prepared to have no ride for days. Poor communication. Also when I dropped my vehicle off they did not ask for my name or address or nothing. Just my phone number.

Had my new-to-me 2013 F-150 bed sprayed after purchasing it from Jeff Perry Kia (Chris Parker salesperson). Bed was scratched from years of hard use; however, Creative Coatingz made it look new! Excellent customer service, stayed on schedule and made me want to do additional business with them (they are a 1-stop-shop for all customization needs) because of my experience today! Thank you!

We could not be happier with the service and products we received from the guys in Warner Robins. Shane was outstanding! He was very informative and helpful. They added a leveling kit, cam locker toolbox, master craft mxt tires, and a window tint on our 2016 Sierra. My husband could not be happier! We will be calling them again for future purchases we would like to make for this truck! Thank you guys for doing such an outstanding job!

Took a brand new car here to get the windows tinted and they scratched the back glass bad enough that it had to be replaced. The owner, Jason was very helpful and replaced the glass but I d go somewhere else if you re looking to have your windows tinted.

I didn t have the best experience and I m not shocked that others didn t as well. I took my Ram Srt10 there twice...the 1st time was to change out my headlights to the halo ones. Definitely pricey. They ended up locking the keys in my truck and wanting me to use my road side service through my insurance. Absolutely not! For those that don t know that s a claim on ur policy each time u use that service. Some reason they took off my inline driver rear window deflector and didn t put it back. I m at Burger King when I notice it out. I call them and the owner insisted there was no reason for them to touch it, they denied messing with it. Soon as I hung up...Where did I find it? On the back on my tonneau! Thank goodness, it held on there and I took it back and the owner put it back in. No apologies whatsoever! Took it back there again to have custom viper black center caps installed on my rims. Instead of letting me know there was an issue. They hammered them in and cause all kinds of damage and used black paint to try and fix. Just highly disappointed. Haven t went back since. No thanks!!
