Total experience at this Jiffy Lube was flawless! The time lapse from arrival to departure was right at 20 mins (perfect) and Mariana and her crew were personable, thorough and professional! This was my first use of a Jiffy Lube after years of dealing with my dealership. I went from sitting around sometimes 2-3 hrs to in and out in 20 mins. I shall return!

Very professional and friendly crew. Management even walked me to my car to keep me from slipping. With this type of service, it is worth driving 30mins past other places to have my car serviced. They go out of their way so I don't mind driving to get my car service where I know I am appreciated.

I drove around to the entrance of the oil change bay & was greeted by an attendant who guided me onto the ramps. Another an attendant came to me & said hello. I told him I needed oil change & to please check my wipers & wiper fluid. Another asked to check the cabin filter & he replaced it. Service was prompt, professional & courteous. He brought the invoice & explained the charges - all was done & done well.

Loved the service here. Ms. Kathy and the staff were all very professional, very accommodating. I was able to relax. What was needed for my vehicle was explained specifically with no pressure to buy anything. Then they showed me the belt that needed replacing although I had believed them, lol. Noel was great! And one thing I forgot, service was quick! Addendum: went again last week. Quick service and great customer services as well! Everyone seems to enjoy what they doService: Oil change

The customer service was great. The only issue I had was when trying to use a $25 off coupon the lady said it was expired which it didn t expire until February 2024. She tells me she took off $10. Why send coupons that aren t expired but she tells me it s expired?

When I took my car here there was nothing wrong with it. After 22 miles of driving after the oil change they did, My car started to knock. The oil they put in is so thin it is basically doing nothing. They were talking about being out of oil while I was there but i figured they couldnt be referring to the oil i need because they proceeded to change my oil. They also asked me if I wanted bulbs replaced or my coolant topped off and I declined both because I can do those things myself. On my invoice they stated my bulbs were all ok but changed my tag lights and charged me $33. I asked for the thickest oil approved for my car and they put on my invoice that I requested unapproved oil and still i got terribly thin oil that I kept for when we go to court. The gm told me she can't hear me declining the bulbs on the video footage so she won't reimburse me but why the heck would I want bulbs that aren't out to be replaced snd why would they even change out good bulbs? They're truly not at all concerned about the quality of work or product they give customers. When the judge looks at their footage and hears my car before the oil change and again when returned I'm certain that he will be in my favor. My reviews get hundreds of thousands of views and I hope everyone who looks into going to this location sees this review.. DO NOT GO HERE! I have shared my experience with many since it happened and I've since heard multiple stories of how people went there and got oil changed and their new cars engine completely locked up due to no oil being put in or used oil used. Thankfully mine didn't lock up but it would've had I not stopped driving it. I may push a class action against them. I will consult with my attorney.And another thing: the Gm said she would send me the video footage so I could see that I couldn't be heard declining the services but I never heard from her at all after that. And that was over a week ago. I've spoken to regional customer service, tried to email the operations manager, spoken to the gm, i was told the owner would reach me.. nothing from any attempt.. I guess they think I'm going to just take the loss and move on. Not the case.. you cant do customers this way and brush it off. Engines aren't cheap and just because I trusted the well-known company I'm stuck with a car that should last well over 300k miles that I can't drive or sell at less than 150k.. it's just an expensive lesson learned... for now. I'll add photos of the oil and video of the engine sound later today.

Thus was my very first time coming here, and everyone was so nice and polite. We ended up needed major work on our vehicle, more than what Jiffy Lube could offer. But they referred us to some of their auto shops. When our vehicle gets back on the road, I will DEFINITELY bring it back to this Jiffy Lube in Warner Robins!

I was ok to when my car called yesterday, u should have checked my own car afterwards. The only funds were topped was my oil change.. This was the only area that was lubricated I had oil. But my dad basically cursed me out because there was nothing else topped at all I had no transmission fluid, the brake fluid was very low and my power steering fluid was very low also. I am dissatisfied. None of my funds in my car was topped as they stated they would be. I want be going back to Jiffy Lube anymore.

I received an oil change and had my back light replaced, paid $111 and they didn t even put windshield cleaner in my car. Never again!!!

Nothing short of professional!! From the moment I spoke with the manager I was impressed. Cole was top notch and he explained everything being done and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Sounds crazy but I wouldnt mind driving an hour just for this type of service.

I called prior to stopping by since it was getting close to closing time. When I pulled up, Summer greeted me with a smile and asked what service(s) I needed. The waiting area is big enough for you to sit, watch, pay and move on. Tracy cashed me out and thoroughly went over what services I received and what I may consider in the future. It has been 2 days and my vehicle s oil, windshield wipers, and air filter replacements did wonders especially in the condition the environment has been. I will continue my car services at this location!

I'm from NC and used this Jiffy lube in Warner Robins while visiting a friend. When I pulled up a lady met me and asked what service I wanted, basic. I was sitting there saw the manager walk out, he looked to have his stuff together. What I witnessed next floored me(a good thing), there were 3 young ladies and another guy performing services from tire rotations to oil changes. The guy I understood, but these ladies damn! I'm sorry no bigger than a minute pulling 20" tires and rims off a dodge 1500 like it was nothing. They work great as a team, my oil change was complete, sold me a new air filter showed me the old one, and my service reset. Attention to detail, OMG.These women are Amazing, need more businesses like this. Thank you ladies if I'm ever down this way again you definitely have my business. You got 5* only because they didn't offer a 10*. Thank you so much Sam Sharp.

Customer service was absolutely delightful. Everyone that works there is friendly and informative. No one tried to force me into buying extras. 40 minute wait to be seen about a simple oil change, nobody helped direct me off the ramps when my oil change was done, I had to keep asking if my tires were straight so I didn t run off the ramp and cause damage to my car or someone.

The crew was very nice, I was in and out less than 20 minutes, everybody was working together to get the job. Plus it was a rainy day but the employees make sure I didn t have a slip and fall accident, they were very thoughtful of my safety on the slippery wet floor. Thank you again
