I originally thought this was a trustworthy dealership, but only a couple of months after having my car, I found out they had wiped quite a few permanent codes from my vehicle in order to sell it. They are friendly & have great customer service, but don t be fooled. They sell lemons! Would not recommend.UPDATE!: Took my car to the dealership & they told me the engine is fried! Thank God it is covered under manufacturer s warranty. Clearly Hughes Honda service department and managers knew this before they wiped the permanent codes from my computer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!NEW UPDATE: Mr. Tyler, the GM, left his comment to call just to ignore my message for a call back. When I showed up in person he continuously tried to trick me into thinking what I was asking him for was incorrect and didn t exist. He also lied and told me he has no access to files on the cars they receive or the status of inspection upon arriving to their dealership

My fianc� and I recently purchased a 2024 HRV from Mr. Greg Balkom and our experience was amazing to say the least. I felt as though I was speaking to a friend rather than just a salesman trying to get his commission. He answered any questions we had and explained every detail very clearly. Once it came time for the financing paperwork, Mr. Alex Tyler gave the same warm welcome and took his time to explain each document, while also being very personable. I would recommend anyone who finds themselves at Hughes Honda to these two gentlemen.

Greg is a fantastic, down-to-earth, and honest salesman! Extremely helpful with finding my wife and I a reliable and functional vehicle. I ve been coming since October of 2020. Chris is AMAZING! He is such a professional and courteous young man. I ve observed him during very busy times where he was being pulled in multiple directions and he handled it perfectly. The manager of the Service Advisors has always been great as well. I think her name is Rosa. I ll stay a customer as long as Chris is there. He has provided above and beyond service since day 1.Edit: The manager is Lauretta not Rosa. My mistake.

I was completely satisfied with everything. The person who handled my repairs was outstanding. She went beyond what was expected to see that my van was taken care of and I was informed of everything that was going on. The service department was great. The repair was done quickly and correctly. I purchased the 1 year tire replacement warranty recommended when I purchased my new 2024 car in September 2023. It is now March 2024 and I had a nail in my tire today. I was surprised that I still had to pay partially for the tire. I paid more for the warranty than the price of a new tire.Update : Ms Smith from Hughes Honda reached out and checked into this and found the warranty ! Wow! Thanks so much! I have updated my rating to reflect this.

We had a great experience with Hughes Honda. We were looking for car for my wife and had looked at all the dealerships in our immediate area not being able to find the car with the trim level we wanted in the color we wanted. I was looking on the Internet and found exactly what we were looking for. The only issue was it was over two hours away from us. Being that it was exactly what we were looking for, I gave them a call. I was greeted by a friendly voice Jessica Adams. After speaking with her she set up an appointment for us for 6pm (they close at 7pm). We headed out and made it just a few minutes late. Jessica showed us the car and we took it for a drive. In the whole time we were at the dealership we never felt pressured or rushed. We were trading my wife s car in. They appraised it and we worked out the price with Jessica and Sales Manager Kyle. We then went to Finance where Eddie finished the process and again could not have been nicer. By now it was well after 7pm but everyone was there until we were done and ready to drive off and of course Jessica was there to answer any final questions and even set up my wife s cel phone.This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. So Thank you to Jessica, Kyle and Eddie for all your help and staying past your time off to take care of the customer. Very pleased.

Just purchased a new car from this dealer and it was pleasant enough experience since I hadn t purchased a new car in a while. Jon assisted me and was very helpful. Paperwork seemed to take forever though. Everyone at the dealership with whom I came in contact was very helpful and seemed glad to assist.

I bought my car from them a couple months ago and they were very kind and professional throughout the whole experience. Scott helped answer all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. WITH HELD INFORMATION!!!If I were able to give a zero, I would!I called the dealership and spoke to a general manager. I was informed that car dealerships are not required by law to disclose any prior repairs to a NEW vehicle, unless it is more than 5% of the MSRP. The general manager that I spoke to regarding my situation was not understanding. I feel very misled that Hughes Honda did not tell me about the repairs done to my vehicle seven days prior to me buying it. This particular general manager told me that he had been in the Car Dealership business for over 40 years and that I was the FIRST customer that cared that their vehicle had been worked on prior to purchase. I disagree with him. I think that people do not know that their new vehicle was worked on before they bought it. The manager told me that it is standard operating procedure to not voluntarily disclose the information to the customer. I explained to him that I felt this was very misleading and not a good business practice. I believe that most people do not know to ask if their new vehicle has had repairs done.I want to get the word out so that more people will know and be able to ask the questions about their brand, new car . In the following you will read how I found out about my car s repairs that were done seven days prior to my purchase.I bought what I was told was a BRAND NEW NEVER TOUCHED Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the vehicle) my BRAND NEW CAR HAD ACTUALLY BEEN REPAIRED BY HUGHES HONDA!!!! The VSA system was reset after an emissions issue was fixed. HUGHES HONDA NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME!!!!I would never have bought a car that was brand new knowing that it had been repaired seven days previously.I am extremely disappointed because I FEEL that the dealership misled me and lied to me by not telling me about this issue. I have reached out to the Honda corporation and have not received an answer regarding whether a locally owned dealership is required to disclose previous work on a NEW vehicle.NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT TRUST ANY CAR DEALER IN THE FUTURE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE SEVEN DAYS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WAS ON RECORD WITH HONDA CORPORATE.I am very disappointed to know that this information was withheld from me. It absolutely would have changed my mind on purchasing the car.I have learned and want to share with others, ask all the questions even on a brand new car with 0 miles.

I entered Hughes Honda on Saturday afternoon, where I was initially greeted by Jon in the parking lot. Jon was GREAT, but I encountered an alarming lack of professionalism from the manager, Ronney. Despite not having engaged in conversation with him prior, Ronney proceeded to lecture me about my young age, my occupation as a teacher, and my wrong choice of vehicle. He continued to make completely inaccurate assumptions and overtly offensive comments. Ronney, with his pompous, sexist, and age-related attack against me, did not have the first shred of evidence on which to base his unwarranted opinions. His total lack of respect for a potential customer and the teaching profession as well as the profiled assumptions and insults had me completely stunned. When he stopped long enough for me to get a word in, I explained that I did not need to finance with them, nor did I have to buy a car from them. As I started to leave, he then attempted to change his tune and say that there would be no problems. His comments towards me were completely unnecessary and cost a good salesperson (Jon) a vehicle sale. Ronney s conduct was deeply disrespectful and entirely unbecoming of anyone, much less the manager of a dealership. Such behavior undermines the integrity of the establishment and calls into question its commitment to customer service.

UPDATE: Hughes lost their one star. At 4:15 pm, Claire tells me my car is ready. Only to find out that NO ONE did the oil change and tire rotation, the reasons for my appt. I'm told to wait another 30 minutes. I'm called up at 4:50 pm and told they kindly didn't charge me for the tire rotation. They did a cross rotation instead of my usual rotation. That sounds suspicious to me bc it's 5:00 pm on Friday and nobody's trying to stay late. I was right. When I got to my car, my receipt mentions NOTHING about a tire rotation. Uuugghh. But thank you, Claire, for giving me a coupon. I paid $66 for a 5 hour oil change.Will management make true amends? Shrug* They know my number, my address, where I work, and 3 references. We shall see. This deserves reimbursement, true tire rotation, and one free oil change.-- ----------- zzzzI'm still sitting in service waiting room. The women reps are not team players. Their attitude is to undermind excellent service bc they apparently can't stand each other. They respond to each other with hostility. Evidently, my tech"s name is Claire. She was busy. Another woman told me to have a seat. 2 1/2 hours later, I went back and asked what's the status. She again says she will check. Another 1/2 hour goes by. I go back to the desk. Now the woman and Claire are using their passive aggressive voices to blame each other bc no one has addressed my car! Another 1/2 hour, Claire rushes by quickly and says they are waiting on the computer to do a diagnostic analysis. WHHAATTT?? No apology. No I'll talk to the manager for a discount. Just sit here and waste 4 hours on an oil change, tire rotation, a dashboard light. I wish she would come and tell me they found a problem outside of my expensive extended warranty. Stay tuned...Summary: my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid has been a nightmare. Has had 2 recalls. They can't fix the infotainment system wonking out at random times. It's stalled twice while driving on the highway. The service dept doesn't provide free loaners. The service rep makes it seem as if I am the problem.

This dealership is always awesome. Got my van serviced, staff always attentive, very polite. Always looking out for you. I had a recall and just started to walk around, just to move around. My recall lady ( I forgot her name ) she asked if I was okay and checked on the status of the van. Every time I go here, normally it's the same crew there to help you. If you are the Manager of this location, you should be proud of this team and the service department. Not to mention the mechanics you have. Never had a issue. See you in July for my oil change. Excellent team!

We were looking at buying a minivan that would meet the needs of our special needs daughter. We stopped to just look at an Odyssey at Hughes Honda. We were immediately greeted by salesman Todd Keene to assist us with questions we may have. Todd became a friend of my family and we knew this was the dealership and vehicle we should purchase our new vehicle from. The purchasing process from start to finish was painless. The entire team worked hard to see our needs met with a more handicap accessible vehicle for our daughter. We couldn't be more pleased with our Odyssey van but also with the professional staff at Hughes Honda!We highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs!

They were able to work me in on short notice due to an unexpected problem. The young man at the counter was friendly professional and knowledgeable. The mechanics completed the work expediently and the young lady at the counter even loaned me her phone charger while i waited.Excellent service on short notice.

I brought my 2018 Civic in to Hughes Honda for a diagnostic because the A/C stopped blowing cold air. This car has previously had the same issue, with the solution involving replacing the A/C condenser, which has a warranty extension, and this issue was previously fixed at another dealership at no cost less than a year ago. Hughes Honda Service informed me that the car was completely out of refrigerant, and before they could diagnose it to determine where the refrigerant leak was located, it had to be refilled and recharged with new refrigerant. After paying $250+ to recharge the system, they determined that the cause of the refrigerant was the same A/C condenser that was previously replaced. The service department did replace the condenser at no cost under the warranty extension. However, as the refrigerant leak was caused by the faulty A/C condenser, I asked that I be refunded the $250+ for the refrigerant, since it was caused by the faulty part. This refund was denied, because the refrigerant "isn't covered under the warranty extension". It's ridiculous for the part that caused a refrigerant leak to be covered by the warranty extension, but the fluid that leaked out is not.Kris at the service desk was extremely helpful and kind, and other than the refund issue, the process was relatively smooth and easy. If the refund had been given, this would be a 5 star review, but I'm disappointed that Hughes Honda is refusing to refund $250+ when they have admitted that the part that caused the leak was faulty.

Greg was absolutely phenomenal! He took his time through the whole process and explained everything, very easy going and just a complete pleasure doing business with him! If you re in need of a honda he s the guy to do business with! Also, Alex Tyler was the best we could have asked for. He was extremely thorough, personable, and had the BEST customer service ever! Don t waste your time, they re a gimmic. Don t believe their free warranty package. It ll just be added to the sales price of the vehicle. Literally the worst service I have ever received buying a vehicle. Our salesman basically said so are you interested in purchasing or not, before we do numbers Literally anyone buying a vehicle don t know the level of interest without some ballpark number figures. Keep shopping or get ripped off here. Nice try guys

Information on my multi point inspection paper was incorrect. As I was voicing my concerns about the tires showing satisfactory, knowing I need new tires the service advisor continued to giving me my total and asking me to sign the bottom. He was not concerned about the misinformation I was given. The advisor next to him blamed it on their new system. At that time he decide to go into the system to fix it himself but he was not the technician how would he know. I did not like this experience and I ve been using this dealership for two years now. First disappointment. I d rather not see Brent as my advisor. He did not review anything in my paperwork just asked that I sign it. I even have a spare tire on my car at this time and it was in the green and I know it s not good.

Great people that work with you to get the car you want. Didn t get the feeling of being pressured or hidden fees. They were very transparent on about what things were and whether they were removable or not nothing fancy nothing flashy, but a dealership that truly cares about making a deal and getting you the car you want.
