My experience at Grease Monkey was wonderful. The staff were kind and thoughtful, and they were very professional. They fixed my car quickly even though I was a walk-in. Jon, the individual who worked on my car, was very considerate and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Jon helped me so much today with my car!! Very kind, considerate, and attentive to what issue I was having. The prices were extremely reasonable, and the staff was friendly and thoughtful. I would go to them again in a heartbeat!

My service was great for my first time coming to Grease Monkey for my oil change. I came back the next day with my other car I would recommend this business to friends and family. Derrick, Beriyon, John were awesome.

Every single staff even management greeted me and was extremely polite and kind. They all explained what needed to be done and asked before they went to fix the issue. This is not a company that will get by on you

Staff here was very professional, friendly and helpful. Inside was clean and they had water and coffee available. Prices were about avg, but they did a nice military discount. Overall good experience

Absolutely one of the best experiences! Car repairs are always dreadful, especially when unexpected! Kalandra took care of us from VERY BEGINNING and was extremely professional and informative. She honestly made the experience personable and pleasant. With the very reasonable prices (we had actually gone to another shop in the area and almost received double the cost as an estimate) There was no underhanded upcharge feel, she really just wanted to take care of our car needs and showed that ethical auto repair shops STILL EXIST. Diego worked on our brakes and showed exactly how skilled their team really is! He was informative, attentive to his job and super fast. They got us in and out, as a walkin in an impressive amount of time! Even though we didn't directly work with the other workers, they were so engaging and kind. You can tell that they move as a unit and LOVE THEIR JOB! They have customers for life! If your like me and HATE auto repair shops because you feel they may take advantage, it's important to go somewhere you TRUST and know that quality backs the service. This place is that and more!

Great please to get a oil change. People are very nice and very clean business. Big plus, they are open on Sundays from 12-4 pm . I will definitely be coming back!!! Again Great customer service!!!

I appreciate the team here. I came in once when I was passing to the area, and they've been extremely helpful ever since. They have never tried to take advantage of me and let me know when nothing is wrong with my car --very upfront and much appreciated. They have now become my go to place for car concerns.
