I liked the frequent updates from the service reps (parts status, repair status, etc). I also liked the courtesy shuttle service since my alternate ride (aka wife) was out of town. After dropping off my vehicle, I appreciated the video walk-around inspection of my truck...I have never had this done by any other dealer. This was my first time for service at Five Star Nissan & I was very pleased.

Very nice employees. They seem to genuinely care about your safety. Be prepared to wait a good while if you choose to wait. The seating is comfortable and accommodations are good. With a good movie or study guides for class or work, you should be able to pass the time without much discomfort. Don't schedule an appointment if you have to be somewhere important later. Give the service department unlimited access to the remainder of your day, or drop off your vehicle.I was very ill both days I waited on my vehicle, due to circumstances beyond my control. The first time I didn't plan well. The second I did. However, both days were comfortably tolerable.Recommend Five Star Nissan Service Center.

Porsha has been my service advisor for sometime now. She is always nice and friendly. My car is always serviced in a timely manner. I haven t had any issues since I switched to this location a couple of years ago.

I received prompt and thorough service regarding the repair of my car. Porsche, in the service department communicated very clearly and effectively about the issues concerning my car. The parts that were needed were received the next day. I really appreciated the shuttle service and the friendly driver, that came to pick me up and bring me back when my car was ready. High five 5 Star Nissan Service Department!

Very professional. I called Wednesday for an appt and they were able to squeeze me in that same week on Friday. I live in Dublin, but will always choose to drive the extra distance just to receive these wonderful services again. I ve never experienced receiving a video describing what was needed repaired on my car. Exceeded my expectations!!

The service team at Five Star went well above and beyond to meet my service needs on my Titan. Reid specifically always finds a way to help me get the best possible solution at the lowest price. For difficult situations he researches and helps me overcome maintenance issues. The words service and customers still exist at Five Star!

I had brought my Nissan truck up to that service department multiple times and the issue I was having was never resolved. I would bring it there because it wouldn t start and I was getting a key system error message on the display. The first time this happened, I was told it was an issue with my key fob, and all I needed to do was replace the battery in it. For about 6-7 months, I didn t have the issue again so I felt like maybe that really was the problem even though I felt like Nissan shouldn t have it where a vehicle just cuts off or won t start all because it wants a new key fob battery. I mean that s one heck of a temper tantrum! Then all of a sudden my truck started doing it again. Just not starting or randomly cutting off in the middle of traffic and I m getting the same Key system error message. I change the battery, didn t work this time. I take it back to Nissan, I m told my truck needs a new starter. I ll be honest, I know nothing about cars so I got the new starter. They kept my truck over a weekend and I picked it up on a Tuesday. By Thursday morning( less than 48 hours) I had to leave my truck at work and find a ride home because it WOULDN T start again! I have it towed back to Nissan thinking that the starter that was just put on had to be faulty. No, I m told this time, it s the battery for the truck! So nobody checked that over the weekend you guys had it?! At this point just admit you don t know how to fix what is going on with my vehicle. Instead they get a car salesman to come out and try and sell me a new truck while they are putting a battery in my old one. I did end up getting rid of the truck but not there and not a Nissan. I got one with a lifetime warranty on it. If you don t know what s wrong with it just admit it and stop taking peoples money.

I was able to have my truck towed by AAA to 5 Star as soon as I called. I had called several others wo could not take my truck til Monday or Tuesday. Problem was fixed by Tuesday. Reid was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was amazed to receive a video of inspection. My first time to use 5 Star.

TERRIBLE! Don t stick to there agreements! Service department did there job! Thomas our salesman did his job!The rest NO! I bought a Nissan rogue new my husband ran over something and they fixed the tire under our warranty, while we was there they worked up a deal that we agreed on to trade and get a new pathfinder . Suppose to have the same warranties as the rogue, the only way I was willing to trade. I take my pathfinder in just to be told they didn t do there job! We had to pay 70 something dollars for oil change that was suppose to be in our warranty! Keep in mind this was agreed upon at sale, Thomas our salesman remembered. But no they managed to leave it out! I HATE DISHONESTY!!!!!Thomas if you ever quit let us know where you go.But will not buy from them again!!They will not get my business again, EVER! And I will make those that ask will know also!

Very satisfied. Gina , the service advisor went out of her way to explain everything, provide cost of repairs, scheduling, etc. Richie my tech was top notch and serviced and repaired all recommended items. Appreciate the complimentary inspection as they recommend service and repair items I would not know about on my own. Truck was ready when promised and runs like a top.

I was on way to my Florida from Michigan visiting two military buddies that had two different cancer surgery. I noticed that my car battery was acting sluggish. Thank god for GPS found a Nissan I pulled in and they took care of my issue in a timely matter. Thank you so much Nissan & Crew

Two months ago 5 Star Nissan did a brake flush on my Frontier. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed my brake pedal was getting mushy. I returned my Frontier to 5 Star Nissan for a checkup.Nissan went through the whole braking system and found that an auxiliary braking system I had installed for flat towing the Frontier was causing the mushy brake pedal.Overall, they spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting the issue and charged me....nothing. Very pleased with the service I received at 5 Star Nissan.

My car was brought in through my insurance. It was originally at another location and they had it towed to the Nissan dealership due to transmission issues. They didn t contact the insurance, no one did until I called and let them know where my car was. Took over a month to get fixed. When I picked my car up, everything was turned upside down when I opened the door because papers fell everywhere outside. Items were missing and you can tell a lot of my items out of the glove compartment, middle console, side doors, and small bags from the backseat were dumped out and thrown all over the car. Christmas cards and any envelopes were torn open. I had a laptop gone, money from my glovebox, and also all of my change from my little change pocket in the car was dumped into my cup holders so they could sort through and all of it was taken except for the pennies. Luckily some of items were minuscule to me as the laptop was broken, the change is nothing but spare change but the money was collected for charity. Now, I understand the whole remove all valuables before leaving your car but my car was towed so abruptly that I didn t have any time to do any of that. And I m sure due to that, is the reason the desk worker said my deductible just disappeared oh okay but I m not 100% sure so I can t say that with 100% confidence but I can put 2 and 2 together. I also had to come back once the work was finished because my car usually has remote start when I bought it in 2019 and after I picked it up the remote start wasn t working and I had some weird cable hanging under my wheel/dash. I m telling the front desk worker like hey my car used to remote start it isn t anymore he s looking at me like I m crazy saying my key doesn t have the arrow thing that all Nissans have to remote start so he goes and talks to the people in the back who worked on my car and said they stated it could be the loose cable that s hanging bc they didn t plug it back up because they didn t know what it was?? Anyway he plugged it up and the car started like it was supposed to and he was saying he didn t know it could do that and it must be an after market thing. I wish I would ve taken more pictures but my dad drove the car home and I didn t see inside until he mentioned it to me. It was a mess I just started cleaning before I even thought to take pictures. It took me almost 30 minutes to sort and clean my car it was such a mess.Service: Transmission repair

The service department provided the requested service of a diagnostic assessment as requested. Due to the outcome of the results, we engaged with the sales department which was not an impressive experience at all. We waited for over two hours for the sales representative on Saturday morning with the promise to receive a call back around 10am on Monday morning which resulted in me calling him at approximately 12 noon resulting in another promise to receive a call back in 30 minutes that has not been received to date. And, one interesting fact to note is being at a car dealership with an interest to purchase, but no real desire of the representative to make an effort to sell without really knowing my ability and resources to purchase. The lesson learned through this experience was everyone is not worth your time and respect as a customer.UPDATE SINCE REPLY TO MY POST:The thought was the person requesting my contact information would actually be the person reaching out to contact me regarding my concerns; however, that was not the case in my situation. Please be mindful to expect respect for any investment you maybe considering as a customer.

Had service department install window visors on my vehicle. Found out after installation, they were the wrong ones and one was installed slightly off. I want to thank the Service Dept.(Porche) and the Parts Dept. (Bill?), for quickly acknowledging the issues working out a resolution. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is- I wasn't told that there were some issues before I saw my vehicle, I had to bring the problems to their attention. Was heated at first, but after venting to my salesman (Thomas)-Awesome Salesman-and calmly thinking...I appreciate 5 Star for a good customer service experience.

I love how drop off was easy. Pick up was easy and that my oil changed include a car wash!!! Every Nissan I've owned has went to this dealership. Service center not been let down yet. They just keep improving and improving

I ve only been to one Nissan dealership to have my vehicle serviced which was in Newnan, but I was very impressed with the quality of service that I received upon my arrival. I was greeted by Mrs. Sherry Cox who was very nice and had a one of a kind personality she kept me updated on when my vehicle was ready as well as making me feel comfortable in a cool atmosphere. We need more people like Mrs. Sherry in this world bc we re faced with some many things in our lives and we need people like you to keep smiles on customers faces. I recommend FiveStar Nissan to family and friends to get their vehicles serviced here. You guys are awesome!!

Whoever did my oil change went above and beyond this time. When I drove off the lot it felt like a new truck. Everything was set up just like im used to with genuine Nissan service. I just went on an 1800 mile trip and the truck performed well. Im pleased and will be returning for further service on my 2018 Titan. Quick and friendly service. I came in for some new vehicle checks and adjustments. They listened and wrote my concerns down. The technician sent me a video of my truck addressing my concerns and even drove around with me trying to duplicate the concerns.
