Thomas is the best! He has sold my mom 2 vehicles and sold me my car this passed Wednesday! When I first went to the lot they didn t have what I wanted but Thomas got one in for me and it was just what I wanted. Go see Thomas for your next car!

Nice people.Went through the payments process a little fast without enough explanation on APR and the 60 day 2000 mile warranty.They seem like they are invested in the customer.They engage and compliment, making you feel that you're making a solid choice. Hopefully! Only time and circumstance will afford one that answer. Any purchase holds that slight gamble.Service, if you are waiting, takes awhile. If they tell you 1-1.5 hours, plan for 3 to 3.5. Then be pleasantly surprised when it takes only 1.5, but always be prepared for the 3.5.Everyone is very nice.Genuine kindness is appreciated and refreshing to encounter.Thank you Five Star Nissan, John, and all the others that supported the purchase, of what should be, a solid vehicle.

I had a wonderful, pleasant experience here. My sales rep was Mike Leger, I would recommend that everyone reach out to him. You tell him what you want and he works it to your budget. He very thorough when explaining things to you, he stops to ensure that you have an understanding, and he s very knowledgeable. My son says he s going to purchase a car from him soon. He has AWESOME customer service skills.

Reggie Mr. Five Stars in my book was the best. My mission for purchasing an affordable but reliable vehicle was completed with this sales manager. Had a great experience with my car purchase thanks to Reginald (Reggie). Would highly recommend working with him. I live in South Carolina and contacted the dealership after hours. First thing in the morning, Reggie gave me a call. Within an hour, we had a trade agreement worked out and I was on my way to pick up my car. Reggie seemed to be helping out a few customers at once while I was there, but he made sure I was all taken care of. He's been a great deal of help after my purchase for a few of my inquiries.

I took my grandmother to get her vehicle serviced at five star Nissan Warner Robbins and we were greeted with a warm smile from Ms Sherry Cox. She was very genuine and caring and helped us prioritize our maintenance needs and even got my grandmother on a payment plan. She was top notch start to finish. We need more people with genuine souls like hers. Great asset to your team

My first visit to Fivestar Nissan was very impressive. I came to get my vehicle serviced and when I arrived I was greeted by Mrs. Sherry Cox. This young lady was so bubbly and sweet her personality was amazing Mrs. Sherry kept updated about my vehicle until it was ready. She really makes you feel comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. Mrs. Sherry you re simply awesome and we need more people like you in this world to help us see that good people like you still exist.

ROBERT LB IS YOUR GUY!!!!! I went into Five Star Nissan simply to do leg work to prepare for my lease ending in Feb 24. Roberts customer service was top tier! I never felt pushed or pressured. He was knowledgeable, very accommodating and pleasant. He gave me all my options hypothetical and never pushed to do something today . His boss came over and literally gave me everything I could have asked for, but didn t, cause again, I wasn t there to buy a car. His pleasant demeanor has ensured further business with him. I wasn't planning to buy a car at the moment. I had terrible experiences with 2 other Nissan dealerships prior to calling Five Star. Alex found the car I loved and completed most paperwork before I arrived. The service was phenomenal and I was so relieved since i drove almost 2 hours to pick up the car. I was greeted with a nice bouquet of balloons attached to the new car wishing me a Happy Birthday. All of the employees that i encountered at Five Star were pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much Alex and team.

Great experience! Mike L made this process so easy for me. He took my wants and needs into consideration and moat importantly, the price! He found a perfect fit for me. Jay-Allen took great care of me and was super responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He knew time was something I didn t have a lot of during the buying process so he worked hard to handle as much of the it a manner that fit my schedule and I appreciate that . And btw, I do love the new truck.

I was interested in buying a Nissan 370z but I had a lot of negative equity that I wasn t able to rollover on a used vehicle. Jay tried very hard to get me the car I wanted he was honest and he was not pushy at all. He got me a beautiful 2024 Nissan Altima s that I absolutely loved even though I was unsure of because I wanted to get a sports car. I am so happy that I decided to get this Altima!!! Very sporty and fast. I would send my friends to buy from Jay he really cares about the customer and wants to help them. Thank you for everything!!!

Staff is friendly and competent, especially the sales representative Thomas Golphin. Prior to our visit, I browsed the Five Star Nissan web site and selected a specific vehicle (SL 2WD Pathfinder) to purchase. So when we arrived at the dealership, Thomas quickly arranged for a test drive of that exact vehicle. We loved the vehicle and after some discussion, management agreed to a reasonable trade-in price for our old vehicle and the exact discounted price for the new vehicle that was posted on the web site. So the purchase process went fairly smooth. No complaints. We will certainly plan on purchasing our next vehicle from Five Star Nissan.

Five Star is definitely the place to get a car great customer service, very professional and they will make sure you leave riding with a new car off the lot. Thomas Golphin was my sales person he was amazing. I definitely recommend Thomas Golphin if you are looking to buy a car . Thomas, the General manager and staff made my day. John Kosater was very responsive and accommodating to our busy schedule, even brought the car it out to us to inspect and test drive. The car needed a rear hatch lock actuator replaced and he kept us up to date through the process.

I went in to purchase a truck but was eventually persuaded to lease instead (mistake on my part). While in the finance office, the finance person could not make the numbers on the contract match what was quoted to me. He was going to get with a manager and email me the documents to E sign. It has been 3 days and I still have not heard anything from the dealership although they have cashed my deposit check. I asked for a bed cover and had to continue to call and get a price for the bed cover. This is an item they make money on but I had to continue to follow up. I will call tomorrow to try and schedule the installation. The overall experience was terrible and I will not do business with five star nissan again.
