I was greeted and welcomed warmly right away. Alivia was so sweet and helpful and did her best to get me approved for a car, which she successfully did. Also her manager Mark was helpful and professional as well. Great atmosphere and customer service. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I highly recommend Five Star Hyundai Warner Robins. I didn t think car buying could be as easy as Five Star made it. Josh, our salesman, was professional, courteous, and very responsive. We were interested in a specific car on the lot and within 24 hours hours he had it in our driveway in Florida! He was amazing!!! The entire team was a wonderful and we will forever be customers of Five Star.

9/9/23, my car was dropped off for repairs. 9/15/23, no callback about repairs, I visited the dealership to get my car charger and noticed a chunks of paint missing from my door. 9/20/23 with still no update about my damaged door, I visited the dealership again, that visit involved the Manager John blowing me off and a Technician Dylan McMinn, "PUTTING HIS HAND IN MY FACE". Never has The Manager John admitted the damages were done there and he would be fixing my door at the goodness of his heart. Working with dealership to fix my door, I cancelled my repairs, now I just want my door like it was before going there. STAY AWAY!!! Will update after my visit today 9/22/23, received a call yesterday, my door was fixed in 2 hours, hard to believe.UPDATE: car has been picked up, I wasn't greeted nor seen the other participants from my last visit, just Jared my Service Advisor and they attempted to fix my damaged door, paint looks spot on but there's a small dot/hole where the damage was located, you have to can see it up close and feel it your fingers, now the finished product is another story, over-spray and tape residue over my windshield, door, and moulding around my windshield. Now, I have invest in razor blades, soapy water, and my time on my day off from work and hope I can get all the over-spray and residue off my car. Thanks Hyundai for Warner Robins for doing more damages to my car. Pics attached.NOTE TO EVERYONE: video around your vehicle and discuss this with your Service Advisor upon dropping your vehicle off at dealerships because they will/try to bully you and mistreat you, especially Hyundai of Warner Robins. I have been dealing with dealerships for 30+ yrs and never received this treatment.

Austin was a great sales person today. He helped us get into our new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT and out of my 2021 Ford GT mustang with ease. Austin was very smart and knowledgeable with all the features and with the hidden compartments with the vehicle. He never complained about being in the rain, even when I changed my mind three times.

UPDATE: I Just emailed them so we ll see what happens.I recently visited the Five Star Hyundai location in WR for a recall service, which was prompted by my car experiencing limp mode. Despite my suspicion that the alternator was the root issue, I was assured that the recall had been completed, with only the oil gasket requiring replacement. However, shortly after, my car once again entered limp mode. Upon contacting the dealership, I was informed of a $240 diagnostic fee to determine the problem, with potential additional costs exceeding $500 for alternator replacement, alongside service fees.This experience left me profoundly disappointed and feeling exploited. It is disheartening to encounter such challenges, particularly when seeking service at certified dealerships. Subsequently, I had to tow my vehicle for the third time, this time opting for the Macon location. Their thorough assessment confirmed my suspicions, earning my respect.Given that the initial recall service failed to rectify the issue, it is incumbent upon Five Star Hyundai in WR to address the subsequent repair costs. In these challenging times, the added financial strain is deeply distressing. I implore others facing similar circumstances to consider alternative service locations, such as the Macon branch, where competent and respectful assistance is assured, without undue financial burden.

My wife and I bought two vehicles from 5 Star Hyundai in Warner Robins Ga. Usually it s a grueling process but Amanda and Austin as the dealership representatives were the best I ve ever dealt in my 60 plus years. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly making it seem like they actually cared for us as people and not just a buck to be made. I truly enjoyed spending time with them, I felt I was buying from family not business people. I wished the stars with higher than 5.

Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins provided timely, courteous, and superb service maintenance. Customer service was exceptional and knowledgeable. Amanda, the service consultant, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, who went above and beyond to ensure all my vehicle service needs were met. Highly recommended and will return in the future.

My name is LaVern Turner, I had a great buying experience. My salesperson, Rebecca Ivie, was very patient with me, professional, knowledgeable, and answered ALL of my questions. Definitely will return and look for Rebecca when I'm ready for an upgrade. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe. Great customer service. Purchased my vehicle without going into the dealership. The process was quick! Rebecca the sales queen, and Thomas, the finance guru, did their thing!! Oh, let me not forget the delivery guys were knowledgeable and professional. Great job, Five Star Hyundai. I live about 90 minutes away and didn't have to go in. I described what I wanted, and Rebecca made it happen. I will be back!!

Great New Car Buying Experience!Hayden was a great pressure-free salesman who took wonderful care of us while shopping for our daughter's vehicle. We were in a deal with another dealer, but Hayden and the sales team worked with us and came up with a deal that we like enough to walk away from the other dealer. The only problems we came across with the car when we got home were that the radio antennae had not been installed and some leftover sticky material from the shipping foam attached to one of the doors had not been removed. Both were easy fixes for us and we understood that the car had just come off of the delivery truck, so neither were big deals. The main facility was under construction, and the sales team was working from temporary shelter-type structures; however, this did not limit the sales team in taking care of us. Otherwise, the entire experience was better than almost any we have had in the past. We purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Accent, which turned out to be a great smooth-riding car for our daughter. With the extra warranty time and service contract, this was a great deal for us.

0 if I could!! We dropped car off for service on a Thursday evening as a unscheduled dr0p off letting them know we needed to have the car back by end of day the following Tuesday, they gave no indication that would be an issue. They did not check the car in until Monday, but we couldn't get hold of them to find that out until Monday. We knew what was wrong with the car and were ready to get repair done but we couldn't be without a way to go. They never offered a loaner and when we asked if they could reset the code so the car was drivable the response was "we don't work for free" also when we mentioned that Jeff Smith Ford cleared the code for us their response was "we're not Ford". Upon leaving we took the car to my favorite dealership Lowe Toyota, they were super helpful and took care of us immediately. We understand the code needs to be present in order to diagnose and complete the warranty repair, but the fact that they offered no loaner and were rude showing no concern for our situation was very frustrating. I have been told by numerous people that 5-Star was terrible for various reasons but now we can agree with them from first hand experience. Our bad experience was with Amanda. The lady who originally spoke to us was Tia and she was wonderful but was unable to answer our questions.

I drove from Clearwater Florida to Warner Robins Georgia because the deal was so good. The exact deal was honored and there were no sales tricks or up selling. I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend Five Star Hyundai.

This is the fifth Hyundai vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the last 12 years. My sales consultant, Mark Nance, did an outstanding job handling the purchase process and keeping me informed every step of the way. They found the exact configuration I wanted, a 2024 Tucson Hybrid Limited, retrieved it from another dealer, and had it ready for pickup in two days. Mark Nance did an excellent job of explaining all the vehicle's features to both my wife and me. I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales consultant, Mark Nance, to anyone purchasing a Hyundai.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Austin Clark made the experience pretty seamless. He quickly helped me pick out the right SUV for me, got it to a price I was comfortable with, and even shipped over the vehicle from another dealer just because of a particular color I wanted. Another sales member, Arkyanna Gibbs, made sure that my paperwork was filed accurately and my insurance was sorted quickly. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase, a 2023 Hyundai Tucson, and I highly recommend this dealership and their sales team.

These guys usually do ok, but after my last visit. My rim was damaged. It now has a small gouge on one of the spokes. I will have to find another location. It is unlikely I will find a business with a considerate staff. Customer service satisfaction has tanked and has been plummeting decade after decade. It is rare to find people who take great pride in their work in any establishment!

Took my 2018 Sonata with less than 35000 miles to this dealership for what should have been a covered repair under my bumper to bumper coverage. The first time without inspection was told repair was not covered. After contacting Hyundai corporate I returned for what was a covered repair. This time the dealership claims it is not covered because the damage was caused by running over some animal and there was fur and blood around the damaged part. The next day I have my car placed on a lift to see for myself what the dealership claimed. There was no fur, no blood, nothing but the damaged part. This dealership has no integrity and can not be trusted. If they will attempt to steal from you concerning a small matter, how much will they try to cheat you when it comes to a major purchase. Steer clear of these dishonest people, don't do business with crooks.

She worked so hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a price that was fair and I was comfortable with! They were the only dealership that could do that. I tried four other places.. If you are looking for a hassle-free car purchasing experience, this is the dealer for you. Our sales rep. Austin Clark just made the whole process stress-free. He is very knowledgeable about the setup of all the new technology featured in many of Hyundai's products. They did not have the exact vehicle my wife wanted but they were able to locate one and have it at the dealership within 24 hours. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have had in a long time!

My husband and I went to go look at a Palisade. After having a terrible experience at a different dealership we went in with no high expectations. However, Austin Clark completely changed that. He went above and beyond during the process of buying the Palisade. All of the Finance department was amazing, the negotiation process was smooth and they truly helped to get us to the price we were wanting to pay without making it seem like it was impossible or a big deal to do the extra work. The buying process was so smooth my husband saw a truck at one of the other Five Star dealerships he wanted to look at and Austin even drove us to that dealership after the purchase of the Palisade for us to drive the truck back to Warner Robins and begin the purchase process. On the same day we left with a Palisade and a truck. It was a simple process. Shoutout to Austin Clark, JT and everyone else who assisted us with their transparency and helpfulness throughout the process. I d recommend this dealership to all!

Terrible service after the sale, finance lies and scams.Purchased a palisade 2 weeks ago, sat at the desk and looked at otd prices and monthly payments that didn t align. Mark stated that is would auto correct when sent to Hyundai financial. False, Hyundai sets the monthly payment to align with what the dealership tells them and not the otd price. Can t get anyone to return calls or emails. I ve also asked for my paperwork that I signed and was told to give a day or 2, 2 weeks ago. Avoid this dealership, they are scammers and have no intention on helping once the sale is complete.

I had a better experience after experiencing some hardships due to a former employee by the name of Mr. Heney, gave me a bad deal which left me in a sticky situation when I brought the car back this third time to get something reliable. Mr. Chris Lamar was awesome and got me into something reliable with a manageable payment plan. They say that the third time is a charm.
