Staff was friendly and professional. However it took me over 2 months for my car to get done and when I picked it up, it still wasn't completely finish so I wasted my time and gas to go pick it up so they must've forgot and went ahead and put it in the next day. On the positive note, I was pleased with them painted my car and everything looks good. It's just I wish they could communicate with us better so we don't have to play the waiting game. I highly don't recommend as the waiting time can be discouraging.

I haven't even picked up my SUV yet. They have had my car almost a month. But I have seen my car and I'm highly upset. I bring my car in georgia red now it's cherry red. They painted my car the wrong color. And I dint care to hear excuses. Unacceptable

I am completely satisfied with my recent repairs on my Buick. My car look beautiful! The service from Five Star collision from start to finish has been absolutely superb! Stacey at the front desk was very knowledgeable, genuinely caring and extremely helpful from the time I entered the door. Zac and Trey also provided amazing assistance. I recently moved to Georgia and I have not had good help as related to car service. This establishment did and outstanding job. Every experience was professional, honest and caring. I would definitely recommend Five Star Collision for and collision needs. 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I've been a frequent customer at Five Star Collision Center for a number of years. Their work is always top notch and the repairs are prompt. The customers are given status update reports via an automated texting system. I've always found their estimates to be fair and acccurate.Stacy is my go to person there. She is always there to greet the customers with a big warm smile and a friendly hello.I can't say enough about how wonderful this repair shop is. Hopefully, the next time I stop by will be to just say hello and grab a cup of coffee in their waiting area.Pictures also include before and after shots of the body work on our Honda Pilot.

Took our 21 Toyota Highlander in for nice ding in the door after hit run. 5 star was excellent doing the work the car looks brand new, but there orginal estimate was way off, and they increased by 40%. Stating that that could not repair ding and had to replace the door that's why there price increases. sorry any good adjuster should been able to see the door needed to be replace on the original estimate. Other body shops quoted the damage with door replacement which made there estimate double at first, but after 5 star added door there estimate was within a few hundred of the other estimates. I feel they quoted low to get the work, yes insurance paid.As for the work it was flawless outstanding job. Car door looks brand new never can tell the car was damagedCustomer service was outstanding they kept me updated weekly on the progress, car was in and out shop In 13 days

Thank you to Five Star Collision for a superb job to my daughter s car. It was in for service for a fender bender to the rear passenger door, etc. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Reginold Alston. I had my 2018 Z06 Corvette in for body repair and paint! I m very pleased with the results and work. Chris was awesome with keeping me updated and with the pickup/delivery. Justin was also a great person to work with as well.

I was told 3 different times when my vehicle would be ready. I had an out-of-pocket rental so the "guessing game" they were playing was very frustrating. The work was top notch...except they messed up the headlights. They replaced one bulb and didn't adjust it with the other. I'm not impressed...sorry.

Very friendly staff, kept me updated regularly as to status. Mechanics and detailers did a fantastic job looks like never damaged and nice shine looks like a show room vehicle. Thanks Great Job to all the staff involved.

The rear liftgate is no longer operational. I reached out to try and get it fixed and they said to email them.Manager Christopher Jackson reached out to see if we can get something scheduled on 19SEP23. I responded on 20SEP23. I have yet to hear back. Today is 4OCT23.....Update - my car has finally been fixed. It took a bit longer than I would have preferred but the important part is that they came through. Five Star Collision Center is one of the best vehicle repair companies that I have ever worked with. The staff was extremely professional and frequently kept me in the loop from start to finish during the repair process. They do excellent work and really take care of their customers. I would both highly recommend, and glady return if I required any repairs going forward. Keep up the good work Five Star!

Having an accident is stressful to start with, so having a team of specialists to walk me through the repairs was a huge relief. From the first call to set an estimate appointment until the day I picked up the completed vehicle, everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. They kept me informed during the repairs without me having to call. They dealt with the insurance and car rental companies on my behalf. We took our car, Dodge Charger, to be fixed after hitting a deer. They did such a wonderful job. My car looks like it did the day we rolled it off the lot. She is so shiny and pretty again. Everyone that we worked with was so nice and friendly. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. Thank you guys for all your hard work. I brought my car to this for a estimate and possible repair. The staff was very professional and curtious. Although I didn't get any work done do to the extent of damage my vehicle had I would feel very comfortable if I needed to die to the work I seen and my experience with the staff
